This was my first time here and Ryan did a great job. I haven't had a pedicure in several months due to damage done to a couple of toenails from wearing shoes that were slightly too small and I had surgery on my big toe a little over a month ago. Ryan was super gentle around my surgery scar, as it's still healing and tender, he took his time and spent the better part of an hour getting my feet back to beautiful! The lady that did my toes though wasn't the friendliest and didn't do a great job in parts of the pedicure, but the lady that did my mom's did a great job and was super friendly. He is also really fast with polishing. His nails never lift of peel . Milissaa does my pedicures and she has a great touch. She doesn't speak great English which is fine when you want to relax. I go here regularly for pedicures. They follow all the health codes and actually sanitize the tools like all salons are supposed to do (but many dont). I used to go for pedis oblivious to all the risks, but started paying attention to where tools were stored and how/If spa tubs were cleaned between customers after a story on the news a few years ago. You could easily get a toenail fungus or even Hepatitis from tools and tubs that are not disinfected correctly. This place uses the UV sanitizing ovens and I have watched them get a fresh package out every time I go. They use tub liners and also disinfect tubs after each use. A basic pedicure is $25 and always looks great. They offer complimentary bottled water and are always very friendly. Message chair is great. I always call ahead, but they seem to have plenty of room for walkins too. read more

First time here, I made an appointment for 3 pm on a Friday afternoon but I was the only person there at that time. They're very professional, the salon is well kept and organized well. Only initial qualm is I can't hear music playing, makes for kinda an awkward silence. I got a basic mani-pedi (regular, no gel) for $40+tip. First time ever here with my sister for two gel manicures. Upon entering temperatures were taken and they had us use antibacterial. Selection of gel colors was good, just the right amount to pick from. Coming from New Jersey I have very high expectations at nail salons and they met every single one here. Terrible customer service!! Went here 1.5 hours before they closed. Signed my name and sat down. 5min later a lady came to me, asked what I needed. I told her eyebrows waxed please she looked at the clock irritated and shook her head and said "no we don't have time". Over an hour before you close and you "don't have time" to do your job. A simple eyebrow wax?!? I came here based on the reviews but what a waste of time and gas. I will definitely take my business elsewhere. To a business that appreciates their customers and has time to do a 15 min service during their posted business hours. Was in town for the weekend and in need of a pedicure. Went in the middle of the day without an appointment on a Friday and was immediately seen. They have several different pedicure options and the lady I signed in with patiently explained the differences. I went with the collagen socks pedi and was escorted to the pedicure stations. My tech was Melissa and she gave the absolute best foot massage I've ever had. She took her time and was so attentive! The best part though was her foot and calf massage - I've never had a pedicure done anywhere before were the tech took sooo much time with the massage. I recommend Melissa if you want to completely relax and feel pampered with not only having painted toes, but leaving just as relaxed as though you had a full body massage. I've never had someone do my nails worse than Lisa. There is glue all over my fingers. I asked her twice before starting the dip to do my cuticles and she didn't. She went so fast and just put the base coat on starting dipping them and said she'd do the cuticles after. She did this awfully afterwards that even another employee saw and did my cuticles after. Still, they look awful. I asked them why they wouldn't do my cuticles first and they replied that it would make my skin too thin or cut me. Shouldn't they be able to do my cuticles without cutting me????? Good nail salons can handle doing the cuticles first then putting on this polish. This isn't rocket science. There's polish around my cuticles (THAT WERE NOT TAKEN CARE OF). As soon as I get home and get rid of these cuticles it will look like my nails are 2 weeks grown out already from how much space there is between the polish and the base of my nail. It was a Saturday afternoon and even though they were completely booked and told me it could take up to an hour, they took me in in about 15 minutes! The front desk staff as well as the manager, and the girls who did both my manicure and pedicure were amazing. They offer drinks too, that's really outstanding when you want to relax. As for my gel manicure is the best I've ever had! I've had may nails done in NY, PR and even a cruise including several luxurious spas and no place have done my nails like this place. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with this place. I did a walk-in and wanted to get a pedicure and a full set done. They told me they can do it however I felt rush and she jumbles through. The lady's name is Alma did a horrible job on my pedicure. Not only she didn't let me chose the type of predicate and told me because of time limitations she only can do a basic pedicure for me. She didn't even massage or anything. She hurries through the whole process and gets me out of there. I decided not to get my nails done because who knows if they are going to rush that too. I've never had such a sloppily pedicure done in my life. So much for indulging and pampering myself. I wish the guys at the front desk would have told me that they are busy and can't provide the service now. I would have come back later and make an appointment. I should have been discounted and not to be charged $43 for a basic pedicure. Even though she did a terrible job I still tip her because I'm a nice person. I will never come back here again.
