I came to this nail salon to have my nails done with SNS dip powder. They lady charged me, 45 bucks for it. My nails real. I needed tips on only two of nails because they broke and I wanted a coffin shape. Normally SNS is 35 or 40 dollars regardless of the shape of the nails. The problem is that I'm paying for SNS dip nails. They didn't use SNS products to complete the service. Using another brand. So if you advertise that salon does a SNS dip why are you using another different product to set the nails??? I recommend that you go somewhere else to get your nails done if you want SNS. There is not clear communication of how much the service is going to cost. Here is a picture of my nails, I'm dissatisfied. I wanted beautiful nails for the holiday and looks sloppy. I assume as with all other nails places there is always one or two people that are fantastic and the rest are not. I unfortunately had someone here who was not... to sum it up.. she cut my real nails down to barely anything because "short better" even though I asked her not to cut them short, had to soak my gel off twice because of a horrible polishing job, and I was left with nicks and scrapes from the file and buffer... all in all I was here for 2 hours to get a gel polish change on my hands and feet... 2 different people, which the second person never said one word nor made eye contact with me... and I was still charged full price by the owner but given a lotion for my troubles... even though the owner was extremely nice I will not be returning... $50 for shellac polish change and bad service read more

I have been here twice. The first was for a pedicure. It was a very good pedicure, but too expensive. The second time was about 2 weeks ago. I came for a fill in. My original nail tech was booked. It was a weekday, and when I walked in I was greeted by the gentleman and he very politely let me know that there would be about a 30 minute wait. Not a problem because this was my only available day. I wasn't sure why there was such a long wait though, because there were only about 4 other customers in there. They didn't have many staff members. At least that day. He was very kind, and after what looked like an appointment with his client, he did my fill. They looked good when done, but the acrylics did not last at all. They used Seche Vite top coat which I normally love, but it didn't last. It started peeling off my nails. I do not put my nails in water either, only to wash my hands. I use gloves for dishes, etc. Also, 4 nails have broke in the corners, because he made the acrylic too thin. I noticed they were kind of thin when my nails were drying, but I didn't think they would break. I have been getting acrylic for years, and never had this issue. Also he did not file my nails down underneath, so they are starting to lift. I asked him to file one while I was there that was lifting because my nails are the same length as the fake nail, then a couple days later more started to lift. I shouldn't have to ask to file my nail down though. Also, as they grew out, I noticed that he filed down too deep at my cuticle and dug into my nail. Not cool! Overall, I did like my pedicure which is why I came for a fill because the reviews were so great, but I will not return. read more

I've been to this place a lot and always have an awesome experience. Wrote a review this time because of how well they treated a potential bad experience. I got my nails done Tuesday with a gel manicure and pedicure. 2 days later the color from the gel turned yellow and they were peeling. I came back in to tell them and they fixed it right away. New color, new manicure. They didn't want to charge me anything to fix it. They apologized and the manager watched to make sure everything was right. They do have multiple pedicures to chose from, their pedicure wash bowels do have a liner in them.. but I ended up with nail polish all over my skin.. I just paid $35 dollars for a pedicure and a polish I could have done neater myself. I honestly don't think there was a top coat done either as my eyes were closed trying to relax. Today was the first time I had been to this nail salon. Without a doubt it was one of the best experiences I've had with a salon in the Brandon/Bloomingdale area.The ambiance is relaxing and the overall look is very serene and soothing.The manager was very friendly and the nail techs were very sweet as well. When I was grabbing lunch today I happened to stumble upon K's Luxury Nail salon. They are a new business and was recently renovated throughout. They are giving 20% off all services for their grand opening so I decided to give them a try, who doesn't love a discount? When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the manager and after looking over their services I was impressed at the variety they offered. They offered six different types of pedicures, a kids menu, waxing menu, and prices of every add on like gel polish and callus removal. They also had the time listed for each service which I thought was a great addition because I had never seen that before. After reviewing the menu, I decided to get my eyebrows waxed and get a pedicure. As soon as I picked my polish color I was taken to get my pedicure by a women named Kim. As I walked through the place I was very impressed by the changes the new owner made. The entire place had new tables, drying stations, pedicure chairs, paint, a double vanity for hand washing, towels, and they even had clouds painted on the bright blue ceiling. I talked to the manager and Kim about it and they were both very knowledgeable and happy about the changes. She offered me a complimentary beverage, an assortment of water, soda, and wine, and then preceded to do my pedicure. She did a great job and we had a nice conversation throughout. The pedicure chairs also have a back massager, leg massager, side tables, and beautiful glass bowls. When my toes were done drying she took me back to a separate and private room to do my eyebrows. She was extremely gentle so the pain was almost non-existent (it is still waxing) which is rare most waxing experiences. Check out and payment was easy and they even texted me my receipt. Awesome experience. I have been to many nail shops. This one is newly decorated new chairs open airy friendly efficient staff. Came in the am was seen right away for a pedi. They use the plastic covers for the foot bowls. All equipment was sterilized and ready for me. I was given a choice of pedis $25-55 so quite a menu. Jenny was exceptional. I am so sad to see that if you are 4minutes late for an appointment you lose it. I have been coming here for the past year as we moved the the area then. I loved the service and quality. This past Saturday was the worst experience. On Friday, I made the appointment for my mom and I to have pedicures. It was her birthday present. It was for 1pm. We walked in the door at 1:04pm and was told by the curt young man that they have a new policy you have to call if you are late and we forfeited our appointments. We would have to wait a half hour before anyone could do our toes. I said I just made the appointment on Friday and wasn't told anything.
