This was yummy, and a nice big cup size for an iced drink. Also got a card for BOGO Drink 50% off on my next visit. I have my eye on the Banana Matcha, the VIP Vietnamese Imperial Pandan, or the Sampaguita Milk Tea. The menu describes the Vietnamese iced coffee as "phin filtered coffee with condensed milk," but it leaves out important details, like whether it's brewed to order or made ahead and kept in the fridge. I ordered, then used the restroom. It's well stocked, but the door has no handle, just a lock, with the handle hole covered by a piece of colored cardboard. I've been to plenty of rundown cafes and have never seen that. My coffee was ready in under two minutes, and it tasted very stale. Either it was brewed ahead and left sitting in a carafe, or it wasn't truly made with a phin. If a café can't get Vietnamese iced coffee right, I won't be back. Stale coffee, a neglected restroom, and underwhelming service.
