    Carmel pudding boba milk tea

Another update: still absolutely my favorite boba place in Natomas/sac area. They have changed a few drinks since my last update. They have also added some more items as well. I always get their jasmine or oolong milk tea, but recently have been getting oolong. I will order 100% sweet and no ice. Popcorn chicken of course. I recently tried their bingsu. The mango and strawberry and the brown sugar. My friend and family came to visit and always bring people here. The strawberry and mango one is pretty good, my kids loved it. But I really loved the brown sugar one. I realized it's an acquired taste. I grew up not being fond of red beans but now I love them and it paired so well with the brown sugar. I have slowed down coming in as much bc I have been on my workout thing so I come in for a little deserving sweet treat. But it will always be my go to spot. Employees are always kind and sweet. A few have Ben there from the beginning and have always been super nice. The last couple times I've been, there were a few people but not super crazy, but it can get really crowded during peek times.

They have two new parfaits out. We tried the mango sticky rice and had the option of either matcha or ube soft serve. We went with the ube and it was very delicious. Topped with fresh mangos, cornflakes which added a nice crunch, refreshing mango ice cream, sticky rice (great texture), whipped cream and dried dragon fruit bits. The bottom was filled with mangos and a think it's a matcha jelly. Will definitely get this again.

So my daughter spent 3 weeks in Korea with friends about 2 years ago and ever since she has been on a "Korean Culture" kick-takes me to really awesome traditional Korean restaurants and recently convinced me to try Bingsu for the 1st time. This led us to Bingsu Tea in Natomas on Del Paso Rd. This shop has plenty of parking as it's a pretty big shopping center that it shares with many other businesses. When you walk in,the shop has the cutest interior design, little tables on the right side of the store, cute little design touches on the left. Ordering is mostly handled by two kiosks on the left. Menu is pretty lengthy but since we came here just for the Bingsu dessert dish,it wasn't too tough to decide. I've been here two times now and both times I got a Bingsu dessert dish. The 1st time we got a Oreo version and the 2nd time we got the Strawberry Mango version. Each ran about $14.30 I'm a little out of my element when to comes to this dessert as I'd never had them before but I will tell you this, both versions were excellent. Not too sweet, which was a surprise, the ice cream and the shaved ice on the bottom worked together flawlessly.A drizzle of condensed milk added a nice touch and enhanced the flavor profile. Between the two I think I preferred the strawberry-mango version but it's really close both were really high level. The Oreo version definitely hit right if you're in the mood for chocolate sweetness. The desserts are big enough to share-we shared with 2 people on the Oreo and 3 people on the strawberry version. In closing, I 100% recommend this shop if you're ever in the Natomas area and want to try out a pretty unique dessert experience-I'm sure you will enjoy it.

Mango sticky rice matcha ( bitter)

Went here after a good meal from Olive Garden, looks popular on yelp. The place is cute,we tried the mango bingsu and it's really good,it got fresh sweet mangoes and added condensed milk on top.The disappointment went to mango sticky rice matcha,it has a bitter taste,we asked the staff about it and she said that it was a new matcha thats bitter so she said she'd add more sweetener which we don't know what it is,it end up in the trash can.

Jasmin guava cloud and (half-consumed) taro paradise milk tea
    Jenny W.

The drinks: 1. Jasmine guava cloud 2. Taro paradise milk tea 3. (Not pictured) strawberry smoothie Jasmine guava cloud is a must-try! Everything in its description is 100% accurate. That guava cloud is thicc and velvety, full of guava flavor. It paired beautifully with the floral notes of Jasmine tea. I would definitely return for this. Taro paradise milk tea supposedly uses real taro, but my Asian mother said there wasn't enough of it in the drink, making the taro flavor light and diluted from the milk. I cannot vouch for the quality of this beverage, but it's a bit disappointing to hear it fell short. Strawberry smoothie was a hit and my grandpa happily finished it all. He's not easy to win over so imagine my surprise when he reported that it was a really good drink. Unfortunately, we weren't able to try the bingsu despite it being such a hot day, but this won't be our last visit. We will return for more!

Delicious dessert options and lots of delicious drinks. I loved the premium jasmine milk tea it was definitely top tier, the service was excellent and the creativity on the dessert were so delightful and not too sweet which is good for my taste. I don't like overly sweet drinks or desserts. But everything was custom made to the sweet level that was requested. Employees were knowledgeable about the menu with was awesome!

Awesome tea and bingsu cafe! I tried a strawberry mango bingsu that was full of fresh chopped mango and strawberries artfully presented over the shaved milk ice that is key to the dessert. The shaved ice milk was delicious and went well with the plethora of fresh and nicely sliced fruit. The bits of strawberry pocky were a nice touch too, with small chunks of cheesecake also adding to the fun. I loved the wood spoons and simple dishes. The seating and decor were simple and did the job. I look forward to another dessert time here in the summer days!

Variety of food and drink options [Natomas Sacramento CA] I've been here a couple of times and tried their Popcorn King Mushroom, Strawberry Mango Bingsu and the Mango Bingsu. Enjoyed the light and creamy Korean shaved ice dessert that is always satisfying. The ingredients are fresh and the different toppings are always fun. The little bear topping is too cute and makes presentation appealing. They have nine different options and can't wait to try the other 7 flavors! The snacks also have different choices and not only your usual popcorn chicken. The popcorn mushroom was really yummy and I'm looking forward to trying other items offered like the Golden Lobster Ball and Fish Ball. I have yet to try their bubble teas. Ample seating available inside. There are two kiosks to order from. Customer Service is great and order comes fast. This location was formerly occupied by Sun Tea and is next to Teriyaki Maki. Cool place to stop in and enjoy some boba. Ambiance is really warm and relaxing. There's not as much seating inside, but it didn't seem to be a problem when we went. We really enjoyed the strawberry bingsu dessert. The ube soft serve was really good as well. The brown sugar milk tea was just ok. I definitely want to come back and try other flavors like the white peach jasmine tea.

I think the Koreans have always done the sweet things right but Bingsu has taken this to another level! I got the Mango Strawberry Bingsu shaved ice...WOW. So much amazing flavor and so many textures and extras, its almost like treasure hunting for amazing flavors. Pocky, Mochi, icecream so many surprises. Great presentation as you can see from my partially eaten bowl. Service was quick and wait time wasn't too long, friendly staff that were quick and eager to help. Quiet but small eating area with a few tables. Great find and great place to find some snacks! Thanks Bingsu made my day

My friend and I decided to check out this place after we had seen it on our Instagram reels. We went on March 18th around 1:30 p.m. . When we got there the space had at least three other groups already in there and luckily there were still four tables available that could seat about five people each. When we got there the person behind the register greeted us and asked if it was our first time in the shop and we told her yes. She gave us a rundown of the menu and some of the specials. We told her that we were here specifically to try the bingsu and she said the top ones chosen were the mango, strawberry, and halo halo. Unfortunately at the time the strawberry ingredients were not available so we decided to do the halo halo. In addition we got the house milk tea and the Oolong milk tea with boba. The space itself, as you can tell by some of the pictures I added, was super cute. The bears that greeted you when you walked in on the wall, the little figurines throughout the store, and the atmosphere itself was joyous because there was a lot of people coming in and out of different ages. I will say that I really enjoyed the teas that we got. One of the things I really look for in my milk teas is to be able to taste the tea itself within my drink. This order for both of us had that. The milk did make the cheese creamy and the boba were just the right texture with a little bit of a bite to it but still soft to chew. The star of The experience though was definitely the halo halo bingsu. I thought that it was going to be extremely sweet based on the different toppings and the addition of the condensed milk that you add at the very end. I was completely wrong. It was such a well-balanced dessert item. It was creamy but savory at the same time and the thinness of the ice really helped to bring all the flavors together when you had like a little scoop of everything but also enhance them on their own when you took a little bite. So considering that all the items there were just fabulous I definitely want to come back and try the other teas and the other popular bingsus.

I've been on the search for good oolong milk tea. Got the regular oolong milk tea and Tieguanyin oolong milk tea both 50% sweet. The regular oolong milk tea tasted like regular black milk tea to me. Plus is they give a good amount of boba. The Tieguanyin oolong milk tea tasted like green milk tea to me. I don't think I'd get these drinks again. Also wish they had other toppings like grass jelly.
