The shaved ice milk was delicious and went well with the plethora of fresh and nicely sliced fruit. The bits of strawberry pocky were a nice touch too, with small chunks of cheesecake also adding to the fun. I loved the wood spoons and simple dishes. I walked in here looking for a little Sunday treat after grabbing some donuts nearby. They have self-serve kiosks, which makes ordering easy and lets you take your time, but what really surprised me was how warm and welcoming the atmosphere felt despite how busy they were. Variety of food and drink options [Natomas Sacramento CA] I've been here a couple of times and tried their Popcorn King Mushroom, Strawberry Mango Bingsu and the Mango Bingsu. Enjoyed the light and creamy Korean shaved ice dessert that is always satisfying. The ingredients are fresh and the different toppings are always fun. The little bear topping is too cute and makes presentation appealing. They have nine different options and can't wait to try the other 7 flavors! The snacks also have different choices and not only your usual popcorn chicken. The popcorn mushroom was really yummy and I'm looking forward to trying other items offered like the Golden Lobster Ball and Fish Ball. I have yet to try their bubble teas. My friend and I decided to check out this place after we had seen it on our Instagram reels. We went on March 18th around 1:30 p.m. . When we got there the space had at least three other groups already in there and luckily there were still four tables available that could seat about five people each. When we got there the person behind the register greeted us and asked if it was our first time in the shop and we told her yes. She gave us a rundown of the menu and some of the specials. We told her that we were here specifically to try the bingsu and she said the top ones chosen were the mango, strawberry, and halo halo. Unfortunately at the time the strawberry ingredients were not available so we decided to do the halo halo. In addition we got the house milk tea and the Oolong milk tea with boba. The space itself, as you can tell by some of the pictures I added, was super cute. The bears that greeted you when you walked in on the wall, the little figurines throughout the store, and the atmosphere itself was joyous because there was a lot of people coming in and out of different ages. I will say that I really enjoyed the teas that we got. One of the things I really look for in my milk teas is to be able to taste the tea itself within my drink. This order for both of us had that. The milk did make the cheese creamy and the boba were just the right texture with a little bit of a bite to it but still soft to chew. The star of The experience though was definitely the halo halo bingsu. I thought that it was going to be extremely sweet based on the different toppings and the addition of the condensed milk that you add at the very end. I was completely wrong. It was such a well-balanced dessert item. It was creamy but savory at the same time and the thinness of the ice really helped to bring all the flavors together when you had like a little scoop of everything but also enhance them on their own when you took a little bite. So considering that all the items there were just fabulous I definitely want to come back and try the other teas and the other popular bingsus. read more

I've been on the search for good oolong milk tea. Got the regular oolong milk tea and Tieguanyin oolong milk tea both 50% sweet. The regular oolong milk tea tasted like regular black milk tea to me. Plus is they give a good amount of boba. The Tieguanyin oolong milk tea tasted like green milk tea to me. I don't think I'd get these drinks again. Bingsu Tea is a very cute little shop in Natomas. There is a corner set up just for photos. Limited seating but it is a pretty small space. Came here on a rainy night and it was not very busy. I could see it getting packed on a hot summer day though. Walked in and placed our orders on the self serve kiosk. If you don't have card payment, they have a register and cashier for cash payment also. We had the Tira Miss U bingsu, milk cloud foam coffee and banana milk coffee. The bingsu was good and had a piece of tiramisu cake on it. Not too sweet. The coffee was delicious and I would definitely have that again. Next time I would try one of the fruit bingsu instead. Not much interaction with staff (as the ordering was done on the kiosk) except when getting the order from the counter. But they seemed nice. This is a really cute place. There are a handful of tables. The place is not that big but it utilizes the space quite well. The also have cute decor for that instagram-worthy pic. They have a lot of choices drink wise and food choices as well. I got the Happy Family one because it has a bunch of toppings. My kids both enjoyed their non-caffeinated drinks....no complains there. I liked that it came with toppings like pudding, boba, red beans and another topping. They were both tasty and sweet, just like how I like it. Got them both at 100%. The matcha lychee can be on the sweeter side. If you want it less sweet, I'd recommend getting it 75% sweetness or even less. The syrup from the lychee made the drink extra sweeter. There are two self service kiosks and and cashier person to take cash payments- it's pretty small inside but we were able to sit as a party of four. Yummmmmm- I got the strawberry cheesecake bingsu and added an extra side of mochi- it came with a side of condensed milk. Their ordering kiosk is ok, the one on the left we used--felt like the touch screen wasn't as responsive. Well, we did not come here for their namesake bingsu this place also serves boba. There were many young families here on a Friday evening. We ordered on the automated machines and waited for our order. There is a faint sugary smell in the air and the place also has very modern wood decor. I was so happy that I was in the area to be able to try this cute place. I absolutely loved all the cute bear decorations. It provides a perfect little photo op. They have two kiosks where you can order from. We ordered the brown sugar bingsu and the limited time valentine bingsu. The brown sugar bingsu comes with boba, boba jelly, red beans, pudding, brown sugar cubes, a cute little bread, and condensed milk on the side. It doesn't say what it has inside with it on the menu, but I'm guessing based on the flavors and textures of the toppings. It was very sweet and delicious. But personally, I would have preferred it to be a little less sweet and some crunchiness to be in it. The valentine bingsu came with strawberry ice cream, brownies, strawberries, chocolate sauce, a little heart type of white chocolate cookie, a cute little bear, and a side of condensed milk. Order came out in a reasonable amount of time, though I did find it kinda weird that the bingsoo came out first. But pretty much no service provided other than them making my stuff and calling out my order for me to pick up.. what interaction I did have was friendly enough. INTERIOR/AMBIANCE: cute interior, but very small. 3 "regular" tables that fit about 4 people on bench seats, a few bar seats against the window, and two small round tables. They do their best to squeeze in as much seating as possible, but it's a very tight squeeze. The kiosks are right next to each other, squeezed in between tables and bar seating so it's hard for both to be used at the same time, especially if more than one person is trying to look at the menu/kiosk. Then, if the seating is taken, there's not really anywhere for you to wait out of the way. LOCATION: near the end of the shopping center, there's plenty of parking in the lot. This was my first time trying Bingsu and WOW it was a total flavor bomb! This place is adorable the second you walk in. You can either order at the front or they have a little kiosk there for you to order. I didn't know what to expect as it was my first time but the fruit was super sweet and fresh, the cheesecake pieces were a great addition, they gave a little side of condensed milk which I added to the top, and the ice was so fluffy and melts the second it hits your mouth. The only thing I'd say is it is super sweet (which may not be a problem to some). I personally like things on the less sweet side but it's still delicious if you are in the need of a sweet treat fix! read more

We ended up splitting a Mango-Strawberry Bingsu, and I also ordered the Passionfruit Jasmine Green Tea; regular sweetness, regular ice. I thought the Bingsu was pretty good. The fruit tasted fresh, and the ice itself was a good consistency. For being in Sacramento, I was impressed. I also enjoyed my passionfruit jasmine green tea. I will say, their drinks are on the sweeter side than most boba places, so if you're not a super sweet drink person, go for the 25%-50% sweetness. Since I love sweet drinks, I didn't mind.
