We finally made it in to Haute Coffee in Roseville. It was super easy to find and there's a ton of parking. We were immediately greeted upon walking in. The gentleman was very helpful and patient while we looked over the menu. We ended up ordering a Pistachio Latte and a Strawberry Matcha. Both were super pretty! There lots of indoor seating and pretty hanging lights. We'll def be back to try some other drinks soon.

Fun atmosphere, good pastries and excellent coffee - at a very high price. Well worth trying, just be prepared for pay $8 for a medium mocha or latte. The tiramisu latter is very good, and the croissants were good as well. If you don't want to pay a higher price, choose a different location, we chose this and we like and recommend it.

My husband and I were eager to check this new spot out that replaced Starbucks. The first time we stopped by, they were still closed at 7:30am and weren't able to stop in. Many of us start work at 8:00am on weekdays and so I was bummed to see that 8:00am is when they open on weekdays. We appreciate the large parking lot & plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Upon walking in we were greeted by friendly staff that were also extremely patient in answering all our questions! We ended up ordering two iced coffees to go. We really wanted to try their pastries but they had already sold out of many of them, unfortunately. The drinks were delicious!! As a breast feeding mom I'm very conscious of my caffeine intake and was seeking a decaf option, I was bummed that they didn't have this as an option. Would love to see this as an added option in the future.

The owners are very nice and the barista's are very hopeful. There are a lot of pastry items with savory and sweet and an enormous drink menu. I had such a hard time choosing. I asked the owner for some recommendations and he gave me two different drinks seen in the picture HAUS special (cinnamon, nutmeg, etc) and the roasted hazelnut dalgona iced coffee. I absolutely loved both of them and this pistachio pastry was phenomenal. There's so much pistachio cream inside.

At this point I am quite a regular at this adorable coffee shop! I've had to teas, coffee and pastries here and all have been incredible! The staff is quite quick, especially when you come with a large group as I have in the past as well as our super helpful even when I have come by myself and want to try something new. I am so happy that there is another coffee shop in the Roseville area that is not a Starbucks and I cannot be more happy with location of this place their ambience and the coffee itself!

Yummy! There's a lot of eye-catching drinks and pastries happening at the new Haute Coffee. I've never seen "dalgona" on a menu, so I went with the roasted hazelnut pistachio dalgona with almond milk. Wow, that was dessert in a cup! It actually wasn't too sweet, had a nice nutty flavor, and the dalgona was thick and creamy. I would recommend if you love a rich & thick cold foam over your coffee/latte/espresso. I didn't really check out the pastry case, but my friend ended up getting a Dubai butter croissant. OMG that was delicious! Buttery, flakey croissant, stuffed with the pistachio and kataifi mixture, and dipped in dark chocolate and pistachio bits. If you want to treat yourself, stop by Haute and get something tasty!

I did not have the best experience at the Haute Coffee truck in Elk Grove but I wanted to give a chance to the Roseville location. The menu has a ton more options here and my drink wasn't so watery at all. I did enjoy my pistachio hojicha, although it is on the sweeter side and not as much hojicha flavor, but at least the pistachio was present. If they can learn to nail that balance and really highlight the hojicha, you've earned that last star in my book. I really liked the dubai croissant! It was super soft and the shape of the croissant made it easy to enjoy without it flaking off into too many pieces. I don't know of any other spot doing the round croissant wheels here in Sacramento yet. The interior is nicely decorated and they had some interior seating, but it did feel a bit cramped next to so many other tables, but hopefully they will bring out some patio options too to be able to get customers some more space!

Newest coffee spot in Roseville!! Haute coffee replaced the old Starbucks location and in the same plaza as Bel Air! Walked in and was greeted right away. I got to meet the owners Sid and Zaib (ugh sorry if I mispelled). Sid was super helpful with the menu and explained everything and gave a few recommendations. They have everything from different artisanal lattes, matchas, and the longest list of hojicha flavors I've seen on a menu! They have some appetizing looking lunch sandwiches and pastries as well. The interior has a modern sleek design to it. Perfect for studying or just lounging. It's the kind of place you want to just sit and hang out awhile. Here is what we tried: -Haus Coffee: owner recommendation and now my new favorite. I love the spices especially the notes of cardamom -iced salted caramel matcha: my daughter loves her matcha, I personally didn't try this but she knows her quality matcha and said this was made using high quality matcha and made well. -Dubai croissant: made fresh and delivered daily. Check out my photo, it's gorgeous. Perfectly flakey with pistachio filling. Not too sweet and the perfect addition to enjoy with any latte. Overall, we had such a great experience. Enjoyed everything we tried. We loved it so much I even ordered an ice coffee and another one of those croissants to take home to my son to try. The owner Sid was so kind and saw me in line ordering again and made it on the house for us. Definitely coming back and highly recommending!! Side note: I asked and they said they will be bringing out some patio chairs soon!!! Can't wait so I can bring my dog Boba to hang out too! Thank you, Haute Coffee and welcome to Roseville!

So I decided to take my goddaughters and cousin to this place since they are open late and I was in town last week. Last Saturday was their grand opening and they had free henna and a free dessert I forgot what it was called. It was still pretty busy at 9pm but they had a lot of tables so it worked out for us. I think ofcourse given that it was their grand opening every single owner was their, pretty much it was full force in there. You can definitely see this place quickly getting busy and not having enough seating available. I would say this is a place that is a grab and go. They do have a good amount of tables but the place is small. We ordered 4 drinks and two croissants. Me and my cousin ordered the salted caramel matcha which was okay. I can taste more of the matcha and barely of the salted caramel. My goddaughters ordered a mocha and strawberry matcha. Both girls enjoyed their drinks. The strawberry matcha was actually really good. We also ordered a pistachio and chocolate croissant and honestly since they warmed it up it was so good and highly recommend it. We all got free henna tattoo which was a cool added touch for their grand opening. Honestly amazing place that is open late. Highly recommend it.

Can't comment on food so the food rating is based on the craft coffee available here. Nice remodel of building. Good atmosphere. Well staffed. Plenty of seating. I will say I would have loved to see outside tables and chairs to sit outside on a nice Spring day to drink coffee. Owner was present and is personable. Best of all it's not just another coffee shop. They make traditional macchiatos (not the fake Starbucks kind) and all with me enjoyed their coffee drinks. Go stop by and check it out

This is our new go to spot whenever I come to visit family in Roseville. Location is great, store is really clean and modern. The girls working the front were so nice and accommodating. I wish we had a location in the Bay Area! I dream about the ube matcha. The powder they use for the ube is excellent.

The little lady at the register was very helpful. The space is comfortable and even when nearly full not that loud. Open late night provides a nice safe space for youth to socialize. The Dubai latte was very sweet. Their cinnamon roll is a bit too dense ans not sweet enough. The pistachio croissant thingy was excellent. Prices are a but on the high side. Almost 12$ for a large drink.

The lattes here are so good! They have so many flavors and they are well balanced. The employees are so nice, and a shoutout to Gigi for taking my order, she's the best! The vibe in there is very friendly, warm, and would be a great place to work, study, or even just hang out in the good weather or vibe of the inside.

We pulled in excited for both food and coffee... but quickly learned this is very much a coffee-first, food-optional situation. The coffee? Pretty solid. I ordered the honey lavender latte and enjoyed it. My daughter's iced vanilla latte also passed the teen approval test. Minor head-scratcher: I ordered my latte "for here" and still got a to-go cup. Now, the food. Oof. I'd strongly recommend sticking to baked goods (I didn't try them, but guessing that would be a better option) The avocado toast was a letdown. Imagine a teeny, paper-thin, cold piece of toast topped with a small smear of avocado that tasted more "packaged" than fresh, a drizzle of balsamic glaze, two lonely feta crumbles, and a sliced hard-boiled egg... served cold... on the side. It did come with a side salad, which felt like an apology. We also ordered a croissant sandwich (ham, Swiss, and scrambled eggs), which unfortunately did not sit well with my husband. The eggs tasted like they may have come from a carton. The staff was nice, but the service model was confusing. When I'm prompted to tip at checkout and there are tables and seating, I assume some level of table service. Instead, we picked up our own coffee, food, silverware, and napkins, and at the end, we also got the honor of bussing our own plates back to the counter. Full-circle dining experience. Bonus details: - They had one single packet of hot sauce left in the entire place - The salt shaker was completely solidified (we did ask for more, but the replacement had exactly one functioning hole) * And just to keep you on your toes, the front door pushes instead of pulls. A small thing, but somehow on-brand. Bottom line: Come here if you want a custom coffee. If you're hungry, manage expectations... or honestly, stick with good old Starbucks for consistency, fewer surprises, and doors that behave.
