When I saw they were building Blue Bottle in Roseville at the Galleria, I was pretty stoked as I've had and enjoyed their coffee at their locations in San Francisco. They have a pretty decent location in the mall,as they are a standalone kiosk located on first floor in a part of the mall say when you're leaving the food court headed towards Round 1 or the movie theater, you can't miss them. They have a few tables so there is a solid spot to just hang with pals or maybe just relax and drink your coffee. The customer service was pretty solid, nothing memorable occurred,so I guess that's good. I ended up going with a 16-ounce Iced Mocha($8.50). It came out in a paper cup-I didn't love that. I'm not sure how to explain it but it didn't taste like the Blue Bottle Coffee I had before in San Francisco. I'm not sure if it's maybe they're new or maybe they changed their recipe, but I didn't really enjoy the mocha. Bummer that the Starbucks kiosk closed a bit before this kiosk opened-I guess it's Nespresso or Capital One Cafe for my coffee needs when visiting the Galleria going forward unless something drastically changes at Blue Bottle Coffee.

While shopping at the Galleria Mall, I decided to stop for coffee at the newly opened Blue Bottle. It's located downstairs in the middle of the mall. There was only one person in line so I figured it was the perfect time! When I got up to the counter the girl working informed me they were out of vanilla bean and chicory cream. Sooooo....i decided to get the ICED SWEET BLOSSOM LATTE (SWEET AND FLORAL SEASONAL LATTE WITH ORANGE-ZEST GARNISH). The drink took a while to be made even though it wasn't that busy. Not a fan of iced drinks being served in paper hot cups. But the drink itself was surprisingly pleasant...only wish it was a little stronger.

Omg! My friend and I stopped at Blue Bottle coffee at the West Field Galleria in Roseville. Today 05/16/2026 was the Grand opening and there was a line, but not too bad was we arrived 2 hrs after opening. The coffee selection isn't huge, yet very simple. The coffee is so delicious probably up there on the top of my list. I ordered the Iced Golden honey cinnamon NOlA with the NOLA cold foam. This is Heaven in a cup. I will definitely be back to try their Matcha. The staff were fast and efficient and most of all very pleasant. There is a small seating area to enjoy your coffee. They sell coffee, tumblers, cookies and more.

Love the NOLA shakerato. Lowe-key have cravings for it. The pre-packaged one at Whole Foods doesn't come close to getting it in person however the kiosk at the Roseville Galleria mall has no working espresso machine and therefore has partially premade their recipes.

Spent about $20 for two small coffees and it's not that great. I can make better lattes at home with my Breville.

Service was great. We ordered a coffee and a latte. Latte was almost hot and the coffee was barely warm. It's a great place to hang out.

I got the Matcha Cafe which is a mix of matcha and coffee. It was really good! The matcha and coffee flavor was present, but neither one was very overpowering the other. We ordered the banana Matcha and the einspanner Matcha. The twin enjoyed the banana Matcha because they gave less ice. It had a nice banana flavor that didn't taste like candy. I enjoyed the topping on my einspanner. I don't know what it is made out of but it is a very thick cream similar to marshmallow fluff. Twin likes to mix drinks so after we both had half she combine the drinks and that was tasty too. We also ordered the combination by me. The bread was very good, fresh, but not super dry or stale. The inside was good, but it needed pate and fat and a little more seasoning. It had a very nice presentation as it came in a little box. We don't live near this place but the next time we are close, I will stop by.

Hidden Coffee Bar ended up being a really cool experience. Met Austin, the owner, and we…read moreimmediately got into it on coffee, gear, sourcing, all the fun stuff. I'll be honest, the Ethiopian I started with wasn't really showing how I expected. It felt a little muted and flat to me. But here's where it flipped, he actually checked back in, asked what I thought, and instead of brushing it off, he was like "yeah... you're right." That alone tells you a lot. He pivoted and brewed up a Mexican that absolutely slapped. Clean, expressive, way more dialed. From there we just geeked out for a bit talking single origins, roasting approaches, equipment, all of it. That level of awareness and willingness to adjust in real time is rare, and it's what makes a place worth coming back to. I'm really interested to see how he continues to shape the program here. This feels like a shop that's still evolving in a good way.

I was honestly so excited to go to this place. This coffee bar is actually quite hidden, as they are located right behind the Village General Store on Vernon. There's quite a bit of parking when the storefront is closed, so you wouldn't even expect a wait at all. They have such a spacious patio as well (if you want to sit down and have a good time chatting it up with your other friends), and such big space to wait if you don't want the patio. I got one of their oatmeal cookies as well as their Matcha lattes. What I didn't know was that their oatmeal cookies were gluten free, and they were sourced and made locally by artisans here in Roseville. They also used quite premium-grade matcha that made it taste really good with the whole milk they mixed in eventually. The ambiance and the hospitality was one of the best out there, and I can't wait to be back the next time I'm in Sacramento!

I've been here a couple times with friends but this particular time I went with a friend I always…read moreget coffee with (she's been with me for most of my reviews) so I came in with more of an expectation. I ordered a 12oz iced brown sugar latte w/ whole milk and my friend got a 12 oz maple spice latte w/ oat milk. We both enjoyed it so much! We both rated our coffees a 5/5. It was perfect because it wasn't too milky and it also wasn't too sweet. I think since we got a 12oz it's a more equal espresso to milk ratio so if you're looking for just a quick pick me up of a coffee I'd heavily recommend! The seating and the vibes there were super chill too and they also have a cute little sketch book for customers to add to. The staff were polite and helped with recommendations. My latte was also only $5.60, so I will definitely be coming back!!

As someone who has worked multiple Customer Service jobs I immediately know what kind of behavior that attitude entails. I am obviously not going to sit there and be overly friendly when you're making it clear that you don't even want to serve me. I got a water-down chai which never happens, I wasn't even given a chance to say that I want it with a substitute milk. She also handed it to me without saying a word and also handed me my stamp card back un-stamped. I got an avocado toast, but now I'm scared to even look at that to see if it was done correctly, however, the blond girl who brought it out, was super friendly, which perked my attitude back up a little. I am now currently sitting in a Starbucks getting another drink because I am not drinking the chai that I got due to it not being made correctly. It tastes like hot milk. I have never had that happen before! This is my first bad experience at this location and I am very disappointed... I will make it a point to never go in the morning this early.
