It was super tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The mac and cheese, baked beans, and cornbread were all really tasty too. We came in on a Sunday and it was BUSY! Unfortunately, they had already run out of the pork belly and a few other things, but we definitely weren't disappointed with what we got. The owner even came by and apologized for running out of certain items, which was really nice of him. He seems like a genuinely good guy, and you can tell he knows what he's doing when it comes to BBQ. At this point, I think it's time for a bigger place! We'll definitely be back, and hopefully next time we can get our hands on that pork belly. Side note the cookie was actually amazing as well this place did not lack in any department.

I wanted a regular sized Cadillac margarita on the rocks. The menu had a tall double advertised. I'm a little lady, so too big for me.
