I decided to give this place a try for a late dinner after attending a concert. Our server, Pim, took great care of us throughout the evening. The food was good. We sampled their Pad Thai, Tom Kha soup, chicken skin, and crispy pork, and all of it was delicious. The prices are a bit high, though. There's a live band, so don't expect a quiet meal. It seems like the restaurant is popular with locals. The band played Thai music all night. They offer outdoor seating and valet parking, but you can also find street parking if it's not too busy.

p1. Pad Ga-Prow Recommended! Minced meat goes well with rice! p2. Morning Glory Stir Fried Water Spinach Satisfied, I think it is a must-order when eating Thai food p3. Moo Sam Yang Grilled Pork Platter If there are many people, you can order one! The portion is large The crispy pork is delicious! The pork is very chewy, and there are pork patties that taste like fish cakes, which are also very delicious Eat it with sauce and it is not greasy at all p4. Fried squid legs Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside! The squid legs are very chewy

We've traveled across Thailand many times and the food at Kruang Teed is as authentic as it gets. We sampled several of their Thai classics and they were all delicious. We literally felt transported back to Thailand. If you want to enjoy authentic Thai food, this is the place to go. Bonus is that they are open late and serve draft beers and Thai beer bottles (e.g. Leo, Chang).

We made a reservation through Google Business and we arranged to arrive at the restaurant early so that the server could seat us as they just opened. The business hours are now from 6:00pm to 2:00am. Here is my breakdown: The service is excellent and very attentive. We get all that we need. The food, if you compare and look, is pricier than the average Thai restaurant, but the portion size is huge. The ambiance is clean and minimal.

Trendy Thai style bar, mostly my Thai friends love hanging out here. During my vacation trip, my friends already went to have a party here twice. I came to this bar one time for after party of my friend wedding. The place was super chill, and staff was very friendly. Food was great, we order lots of appetizers and focusing on drinks.

This place is a whole vibe! The live music is fire and the food is amazing. Get yourself a bucket of beer some yummy food and enjoy after hours with live music! Staff makes you feel like you are one of the regulars, they're happy people!

Bland Thai Papaya Salad Unacceptable they didn't even put it in the mortar because the tomatoes are not crushed

Literally the worst papaya salad I've ever had. They didn't even pound enough garlic, salt, peanuts, chilies, sugar and shrimp. The string beans and tomatoes were not lightly crushed and the ingredients were not infused in the papaya. The papaya wasn't cut thinly looked more like ribbons. I squeezed a lime to try to make it taste better but it was still super bland. I waited 20 minutes for this too SMH! I had a good experience here before but this time they fell short.

Some of my friends come and visit Kruang Tedd on the regular and I decided to join them one night. Coming to a Thai restaurant you can already imagine what types of dishes you will be ordering. Well, scrap all that. Those typical dishes are great but Kruang Tedd has more to offer. Although they do serve the Thai staples I feel that the Appetizers, Grill and Chef's special sections in the menu shines. There isn't too many places that serve chicken skin and it is just that delicious. The spareribs are great and the e-saan steak are just a couple items to mention. I enjoyed my time at this establishment and would love to come back to try more items on the menu. Parking: small private lot, valet VERDICT: Rinse and repeat

Food and service top notch. Arrived before dinner and before the "valet". Went to my car halfway through dinner and "valet guy" has now arrived and says I need to pay 20$. I laughed and said no thanks. He said it might keep my car from being damaged and aggressively stepped to me saying he could have me towed if he wanted. I declined again, thanked him for his kindness and walked inside. When time came to leave cars were parked so close I could barely get in my vehicle. If you want food from here park someplace else or at least be prepared for captain butt head valet guy.

This place is legit. I got diarrhea the day after iykyk Fast service with speedy food delivery and attentive servers. They have live music so the vibes are Thai music only I got the chicken skins, som tum with fermented crab and the raw crab salad and the pork hot pot. I also got the strawberry slurpee and grilled prawns. They don't allow the bbq indoor unfortunately but if they did I know it would bussin

Decent Thai spot. The food took a while to come out and the portion sizes were average. Very limited parking.

We've been doing that for a few years now, so that should tell you something right there. Our order is fairly consistent: we each start with a mimosa that comes in a highball glass, so one is usually all we need. Next, we share an order of kimchi biscuits (you get two). So delicious! Packed full of kimchi, bacon and cheddar cheese, it's a nice combo of flavors that play well together. The interior is usually soft and warm, with a nice crunchy crust. Top that with a smatter of the cinnamon butter that it comes with...yum! Our choice of entree varies, anything from avocado toast, to their kale and seaweed salad or any of their other selections they have from their brunch/lunch menu. On this outing, my friend and I both opted for the bibimbap. I opted for the pork bulgogi while my friend got the chicken version. It comes with a generous amount of carrots, zucchini, shiitake mushrooms and bean sprouts, and is topped with a runny, sunny side up egg that serves as an excellent sauce when you mix everything together, along with the gochujang sauce. We upgraded and got it with brown rice in the hot stone bowl. Worth it! The regular bibimbap is good, but when you mix in the crunchy crust that comes from the bottom of the stone bowl, you get an additional texture that makes the dish really stand out. The flavors already come together nicely, and the crunchy bits just enhance the experience. For dessert, we like to share the "lemon pie", which is actually a scoop of lemon gelato that comes in a glass that also includes graham crackers, topped with toasted marshmallows. A nice way to end the meal. And the staff! We usually either have Justin or Ann as our server, but everyone there is super friendly and helpful. They are consistently good at checking up on you and making sure you have everything you need. Just another 5 star reason of why we keep coming back!

One of the best meals I've had this year. Everything was a hit -- from the salad to the side dishes, the meat, and dessert. Nothing disappointed. The menu is definitely made for sharing, and every dish felt thoughtful, flavorful, and fun. My favorite was the fried pepper. I think I'll be dreaming about it, and I would come back just for that. We were definitely overloaded with meat, but in the best way. The decor and ambience are very chill -- lively, relaxed, and very LA without feeling pretentious. We came for my mommy friend's birthday, and it was perfect for a moms' night out, but the crowd also had that young, hip energy. It feels like a place that works for all ages. Service was very attentive and knowledgeable without hovering. Parking is right next door by the Electric Theater lot, about $15 with no validation, so carpooling is probably the move. Love it, love it, love it. Definitely coming back.

Food wasn't good. Nothing stood out to me except for the salad. For starters we were suppose to have two different salads but without apologies a waitress simply brought out a small bowl of cucumber slices stating they ran out of the other salad. No comp or no discussion on an alternative where I was charged full prefix price. It was disappointing since I wanted to try their salads and that was the best part of their entire prefix and only dish we actually finished. For Steak and eggs entree, they never asked how I would've like the steak cooked and they brought it medium, which we did not touch since it was too bloody for my liking. The deserts were all underwhelming also including meringue, tart and chocolate mousse. I got sliders for my kid who loves a good cheese burger but she didn't eat it either. Also having fries with burgers would've been nice and I was surprised she got two small sliders with no fries. Usually sliders and chicken tenders are always served with fries. Esp for children. Service was okay initially but towards end I had to keep looking for waiter trying to ask for things since again end of day I felt workers were busy closing out and not as much attention was paid to guests still left. Ambiance was okay. It was farther than I thought near Chinatown than my usual west LA options. To me it's about experience, taste and quality time but given price point and culinary experience I had for Mother's Day prefix, I do not want to dine again at this restaurant.

I had placed a phone order, for pick up; upon arrival, I found the service was prompt. I saw my food ready to go, just past the main walk-in area. Almost immediately after that, I was taken care of by the host and on my way. I've been waiting to try this place for ages so on the drive back to work I was excited to steal a piece of meat from the bag. Initial bite flavor was good, meat was tender just a bit on the chewy side.. I wasn't bothered by it too much as I'd have to leave it in an oven warmer at work. Trying to keep food warm, in doing so, I knew there'd be only two possible outcomes, melting tender or either tough & dry. So, the dish of meat and rice sat in the warmer for almost an hour hour and a half. The downhill slope.... Set the "meat " on the veggies and began to eat. Meat after meat, I kept experiencing the same exact texture. It was the same exact rubbery chew, I initially tasted. Each and every piece was the same exact flavor. There was no peak, there was no pitfall. If you cook or grill, you know this is a red flag. Normally, consistency would be a good thing, a Master craftsman type experience, but this was NOT it. As go on, I get the sinking feeling, this can't be real meat. I lock in, the deeper I dig, each piece looks the same, broken apart the same, tastes the same, just various shapes. They can call me crazy for this one - I'll stand by it. Something is not right here. I'm not even going to throw it away. I'm going to study it for the next few days and post an updated review. I hope I'm wrong but as of right now, I'll never revisit this place. Too freaky of an experience. We
