Nice place, comfortable and good staff based on me just getting a couple of drinks. Way overpriced but it's Hollywood so that's about what I expected.

Used to love this place. But because of one of the security guards who abandoned one of the best bartenders its gone to shit. I went in tonight the bartender was mediocre and decided it was not only cute to disregard patrons but to be rude to a disabled patron nah. The man behind the bar tonight was slow. There was about 15 to 20 people there. I bartend that's nothing. I do high end craft. It should not take 20 mins and having to be flagged down to pour a jameson on the rocks. He was not nice he was rude and he clearly did not know the locals his attitude towards a wheelchair bound patron I was about to fight him but I held back and left. Never do that. Do not disregard people just because they are in a wheelchair or automatic chair. That is so gross. I can't get that outta my head. I'm so disgusted by their treatment of my friend who is a local fixture and everyone knows for decade longer than I been in la. F that guy I will never come back aslong as he is there It's a crime you fired Kate

Bartendress was kind and friendly. It was happy hour on a Monday, one block from the busy intersection on Hollywood and Highland. After a Google search for BEER, we came across this PowerHouse adjacent to a Chinese restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. Good music playing, light bulbs were on at each booth in the City of Lights. Overwhelmingly impressed by how clean the women's restroom was. There were two TP rolls, and one rolls was set under, the other set over. And the sticker on the trash can read: Death to False Metal. The clientele at this time mostly kept to themselves and the booth we sat at was comfy in velvet. If you ever need to stop for ONE BEER while your parking meter time runs, this place is a good choice.

Super cool neighborhood bar in the heart of Hollywood. Came on a Thursday night and they had trivia night finishing up, followed by a Blues session. Kwame and Taylor provided great service and all the vibes. A true neighborhood gem.

What a cool neighborhood bar smack dab in the middle of Hollywood. There's one bar with plenty of seating. I came with friends and we had a drink to finish off our afternoon. Since we came in the afternoon it was fairly empty, but within half an hour it was filling up.

The decor is retro and glitzy and makes you feel like you are stepping back in time into a world of neon. There was a decent amount of people there for a Thursday afternoon, but the noise level wasn't too loud. We could have conversations at a normal volume and not have to yell over each other. The bartender was very personable and able to keep up with everyone and didn't leave anyone waiting to get a drink. This is a dive bar with a solid drinks selection. My wife ordered a Coke since she wasn't in the mood for anything alcoholic. There were some interesting characters day drinking, and it was great people-watching with lots of regulars. The interactions were priceless. The bartender asked a regular if he'd left his helmet, and when he showed it to him, the regular quipped, "My head is bigger." The helmet looked like a kid's size, and the guy did have a small head. It was a funny interaction in a room full of characters, like something out of "A Confederacy of Dunces." The bouncer checking IDs outside, sporting a Santa hat, noticed my wife's upcoming birthday and wished her a happy birthday. It was a really nice touch! We will definitely be back for drinks and to people-watch the interesting characters!

I ordered them and they were absolutely phenomenal. They were thin, had the right texture, the warmth from the oven and a flavor that was just so satisfying. I used to order potato chips all the time from this bar called Biergarten, but they changed their chef and instead of the crisp chips they once had, they came out as thick potato circle things. So it's soooo good to see fresh, hot, warm potato chips again at a place. Yay!!! I would've ordered more food but the kitchen closed. The drinks are pretty good too. There is one that tastes stronger than a ginger love from Suja, so it packs a really strong and satisfying ginger punch. Another one has a smoked applewood finish that gives it a nice flavor. There aren't many tables or bar seats. I've heard the line is frequently out the door, and if you want seating it's best to line up before they open. They do not take reservations. We came in on a whim around 9PM on a Friday night. The bar was packed, but thankfully there wasn't a line out the door. After heading in we found a sliver of standing room in a corner to order a couple drinks. After about twenty minutes a couple at the bar left and we were able to snag some chairs. The atmosphere and ambience is decent. There are neat decorations and trinkets everywhere. The music was a playlist of random music which isn't really my thing. There were two bartenders working who were friendly and prompt. The price point is fine around $15 per drink. I was very underwhelmed by their rum and cocktail program, though. I suppose given the history and hype of the bar I was expecting much more. They don't use fresh juices, everything is from bottles and cans (think Tropicana), their garnishes are all the same and taste a little off (maybe they're assembled way ahead of time and taste old?), and their rum selection is alright depending on the cocktail you order, but can also be lackluster, too. Overall, it was cool to finally check out Tiki Ti, but it was a one-and-done for me.
