The staff was friendly and helpful with the menu. The yellow tail sushimi was amazing, we ordered several rolls and a favorite roll of mine was the Monkey. It's great to have a good restaurant close to our house. read more

This is a great convenient grocery store. The have a great selection of wines and coffees (even hard to find k-cups for my keurig). I even like to stop in occasionally and pick up sushi for dinner. They have have sushi chefs inside that make it fresh and it's always tasty! read more

Love love love my Kroger. I appreciate how much this store continues to make things better. This store is always clean and picked up. Just like any store at the end of a season shelves get empty but I'm sure they don't have a lot control waiting for the new products to arrive. I recently ordered a birthday cake from them. It was a special order. Not something they had on their list. They called me several times to make sure we were on the same page. And though the cake wasn't super nice it was good thus the 4 stars. It tasted great! And isn't that most important? read more

Very unpleasant feeling when you walk in, not a very clean store at all by all means, service is pretty bad as well.

Every time we have gotten a pick up order from this store, something has been wrong with it. The time before this, we got several items that we did not order. I took them back to the store. I should have kept them as we were not charged. No "Thank you" or anything. This time, we were missing one item and one can was dented in two places. I called the store and the phone rang over 20 times with no answer. I called the Kroger Customer Service line and their robot didn't understand what I wanted. There was no option for "missing item" and "dented can." So they offered me $10.00 to go away. I want what I paid for and I don't understand why I have to make two trips every time. It was raining today and there's no sheltered area or I would have checked my order before I left. Now I'm on hold for a real person and they say it may be 40 minutes before my call is answered. They're counting on me giving up. Walmart has a better track record of giving me what I ordered, but it's not great, either. What is the point of putting in a pickup order if it's wrong every time? I give up. I'll drive BACK to the store tomorrow since I can't even register a problem online. read more

Found expired meat on clearance. ..a week out of date. A WEEK! And the fish counter doesn't smell right. ..be careful. This store is poorly organized. Difficulty finding things. Some energy drinks are with drinks others on the international isle. read more

I shop this store for everything. But yesterday I went in specifically for 9 dozen roses for my grandmother's 100th Birthday that was held today. Out of 108 roses, ONE was damaged. I could not believe it! They were beautiful and I received so many compliments on how pretty they were. For $10 a dozen, I was blown away at the quality. I love my Kroger! read more

We do all of our shopping at this Sachse Kroger. They recently changed the layout of the store which always causes temporary confusion but starting to learn my way around again. I've been really impressed with the butcher shop for last couple of years. The cuts of meat are always very good. The deli is very nice too with a great selection of fresh meats and cheeses. They also a very ample wine and beer selection as well. read more

This is a SIGNATURE Kroger which is awesome because they have the regular everyday stuff plus a little extra fluff. The sales are like the other Krogers that you see but they have an excellent bakery and their soup bar is so yummy! The baked potato soup is by far the best! The main thing I like to go for when I go is the sushi...yes...sushi at Kroger. They make it fresh to order and it is so tasty and good but half of what I usually pay! read more

This Kroger is a "signature" store and as such I hold them to higher standards than the run-of-the-mill grocery. It seems every time I shop at this store they are out of stock on common items. This time it is frozen black eye peas. What kind of managers would let the supply of ham and blackeye peas run dry in a grocery in the South on New Years when many people eat blackeye peas for good luck in the coming year? But they never run out of sushi or booze. Always stocked, all the time. The checkers always ask if I found everything and I usually just say I found "most" of it but this trip I let them know they were out of Kroger brand vanilla sugar free coffee creamer and frozen blackeye peas. Of course the checker was no help - that is not their mission - the info is not taken down or passed to management so the whole exercise is a farce - they only ask because that is in the script. The problem with this store is they seem to wait until after 10 pm to restock the shelves when no one is around which is precisely the problem - where is it when we ARE around. The other thing that really bugs me about Kroger is when they grab your grocery cart and drag you over to a checkout you already passed up once with the advice this one is "faster" - last time that happened it was not faster at all and in fact the line, yes, the LINE, was faster where I was. read more

I love this store. Great prices, great quality, and the staff is one of a kind! People that genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their job is hard to find these days. It's hard for me to shop anywhere else now! The deli/seafood employees are so kind, the sushi is a great deal, the pharmacy is quick and helpful, and I love their beer/wine selection! Thanks Kroger for the best service and shopping experience. read more

MOST INCOMPETENT AND RUDE STAFF I have ever encountered! Especially Dustin B who worked the window today. He yelled at me, threatened to call the police and yelled that he wasn't going to give me my medication which I have been waiting on them to fill for 2 weeks. Let me backtrack....I received a text that my Rx was ready at noon today, so after work around 3:30 I drove to pick it up. Once I was at the window, a female employee told me my medication was not ready and it would take about 15-30 minutes. I told her I would wait. No cars were in line behind me for the first 30 minutes, but there were 2 cars behind me the last 30 minutes I had to wait. Now rude Dustin enters the scene. He yells through the window ma'am!ma'am! ma'am! so I rolled down my window and told him I was waiting on my medication. He then starts yelling at me to tell the car behind me that I was waiting, I did wave at them and told Dustin that their window was up. He said get out of your car and walk over to them. I said no, too much risk of getting COVID, that's why I was in the drive through. Then he started yelling that he wasn't going to give me my medication and was calling the police. I told him to go ahead and I was calling to report him for denying me my life saving medication and I wanted to speak to a manager. The manager (Lance) came out to my car and I explained what had happened. No apology, no words of I will address your concerns or talk to Dustin about his behavior. He just said he would try to have the pharmacist get my medication ready. I spend a lot of money on medication and groceries at Kroger. I just switched from my local Kroger pharmacy to the Sachse Kroger pharmacy because they have a drive through for pick up and my local Kroger doesn't. I am NEVER going back. I called corporate and reported my horrible experience. read more

I prefer the one in Wylie but if I'm nearby the Sachse one it will do. The employees here seem not to be as engaged in making you feel welcome as they do at the Wylie one but this one is also usually clean and items are fresh and in stock. read more

The only place besides Fiesta Market were I can find Int'l food easily. Good variety of Goya brand food.

I have been shopping at this store since the first day it opened. For the past several months their shelves are missing every day items, items on special are never stocked, their produce is bruised and bug ridden. Items not stocked from bread, to eggs, to sodas, to meats, to bacon, to baking items. I had it out with the manager and she didn't seem to care. read more

Tried to get new prescription filled today and after waiting 30 minutes in line was told it would be another 45-60minutes. Need to tell customers that drop off prescriptions to not wait in line and to come back to pick up prescriptions after the waiting period-just compounds waiting because of the customers that continue to lineup. Will try a another parmacy-there are 3 within a one radius! read more
