Every time I've gone, they're out of the sale items--even when I stop by the morning the sale starts. Employees don't seem to know what's going on, there's constant yelling over walkie talkies, and the store feels disorganized with items just thrown around. Really disappointing, as Lidl is usually my favorite store, but this location has a lot of room for improvement.

I have been there several times and I never had to wait for them to cut what they were going to put in the case. I told him I was not going to wait, so we checked out. So when I say I have frequented this Kroger location for almost the entirety of my 15 years in Augusta, that means something. I will also note that means I stuck with them through the early waves of COVID-19, as they had already implemented curbside pickup months before the statewide shut down. I have seen the location go through major renovations, including product placement and the increase of self-checkout lanes. But some things (and very important ones at that) have remained the same. The customer service here is universally top notch. From team members who bring out your groceries and load them in the trunk to the person overseeing self-checkout to the pharmacy, they are always helpful, patient, and kind. My interaction with the bakery has been minimal, but it too has always been a positive experience. I appreciate their overall selection, their organic-all natural options, and yes even their clearance section (it's like a treasure hunt every time I visit). One item I feel is underappreciated is their in-house sushi. You can get a single roll (only $5 on Wednesday's) or order an entire tray. Quality at a great pice. Also worth mentioning is their NA options. Samuel Adams, Guinness, Athletic Brewing, and Hop Water are all there. I will be coming here until the day I depart Augusta.

Review for Grace at Sprouts Farmers Market…read more I had such a wonderful experience with Grace at Sprouts Farmers Market. From the moment I checked out, her energy stood out in the best way--warm, kind, and genuinely caring. She wasn't just doing her job; she created an experience that felt personal and uplifting. Grace was cheerful and informative, and she kindly let me know that I can register online with Sprouts Farmers Market for extra savings. The way she shared that information made it feel easy and helpful rather than transactional. It's rare to encounter customer service that feels this sincere. She represents what excellent service should look like, and I truly appreciated her positive spirit.

DO NOT PATRONIZE - Illegal hidden fees, intimidation, and selective enforcement!I had an appalling…read moreand deeply hostile experience at this market. I made a $20.97 purchase using my DEBIT card. They charged me $0.60 for sales tax (2.86%) and then tacked on a hidden $1.00 fee, bringing my total bill to $22.57. Charging an extra $1.00 fee on top of a $20.97 purchase is an outrageous 4.76% surcharge and it was done without a single word of verbal or written warning. When I confronted the female cashier/owner about this unauthorized charge, she treated me with absolute condescension, pointing aggressively at a sign that says "No AmEx" as if I didn't know how to read. A "No AmEx" sign is NOT a legal disclosure for a debit card transaction fee, and she knew exactly what she was doing. To make matters worse, a man who was with her immediately stepped up to me in a clear and uncomfortable attempt at physical intimidation just for questioning the bill.Under the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act (FBPA), it is strictly illegal to hit consumers with deceptive, hidden, and undisclosed fees at checkout. Furthermore, major payment processing networks explicitly prohibit merchants from adding surcharges to DEBIT card transactions. It is highly evident that this illegal fee is being applied selectively and unfairly to outsiders. They know these surcharges are illegal. I didn't want problems but someone had to tell her.

There was tons of buzz about this place because they have great prices on some things that cost much more around town. There were tons of other deals around the store but, that was just an example of how this store was needed for the budget conscious consumer like myself!!!! They also have a $1 aisle were there are all types of things that are $1 each. I've heard some of my friends already say they will never shop anywhere else for groceries again.
