Went today to pick up a few things and I stopped by the deli to purchase a sub. I ordered a boar's Head ultimate sub that included ham, turkey, and salami. It was reasonably priced at $7.79 (for the foot long), for the ovengold meat it would've been a dollar cheaper. I always get my subs fairly simple with lettuce and tomatoes. It was pretty tasty (as usual). I did have a bit of a wait to get my sandwich because there was only one person working. About 10 minutes later someone else showed up to assist. They do offer online ordering so I may utilize that service in the future.

I come here to get THEE BEST fruit bowls! The sweetest, never bitter strawberries, honey dew, cantaloupe and watermelon are already cut up in a bowl of various sizes and combos! Sweet pineapple and grapes are an understatement at this grocery. I've even had my fIrst taste of sushi from this store over 15 years ago! Been shopping here since the mid/late '90's and the experiences are still just as sweet as their fruit! Always clean store, quiet atmosphere for extra ease of shopping, thinking, comparing and opting for something new. I never mind the drive to come shop at THIS particular Publix OH and I ALWAYS get my birthday cakes from here with Publix brand Birthday Cake ice cream.

I stopped to order 10 subs for a working lunch. They were helpful, quick, accurate and the subs were tasty.

See that at the bottom of my bag? Two bottles of wine laid on their side on the bottom of the bag!

I bring my own bags so I like to pack them myself. I asked the check out woman to hold on a minute while I unload so I can pack my own bag. "Don't worry we can handle packing them" NO you obviously can't if you are putting wine at the bottom. SMH

I'm in there like swimwear!!! Thanks Publix!!!! BEST BIRTHDAY PRESENT EVER!!!!

I came here to get concert tickets for a concert in Charlotte. This location doesn't carry local tickets, only tickets that are considered out of town. The process was very simple and not complicated. The Ticketmaster booth is located in front of the store in the customer service department. There was a little line but the employees handled it very well. The employee who was handling the Ticketmaster booth was very pleasant and joked with me about the concert that I am attending. She was very funny!!!! She explained everything about the tickets, the location, and how to maintain the tickets until the actually show. I didn't have any problems with this location and will probably be back here for other events outside the area!!!!

This is the scraped 2nd attempt. The first cursive version was terrible.

Just stopped in for sandwiches, but the deli service had the kindest people. Wish I had gotten their names.

Expensive for no reason. There is nothing organic here but you pay prices as if you were buying organic food. Too expensive for GMOs

The prices are definitely steep, even in comparison to somewhere like Publix. Whilst in the store, I saw several shady individuals smoking inside with backpacks on. Yet management didn't do anything about them. The second I exited the store I felt like I was going to get mugged. Some other shady individuals (whose pants were sagging) all were conjugating outside the entrance. One of them said to me, "Who you looking at N-slur." Another one asked, "What you have in the (grocery) bag N-slur" When I got to my car one of them was walking towards my car. Now I don't know if he was going to do anything, but the whole thing felt extremely sketchy. I wouldn't want to come back to the store unless they had some sort of security to keep thugs and rift-raft out. Because unless you want to be mugged, shopping here isn't a great investment!

So when I say I have frequented this Kroger location for almost the entirety of my 15 years in Augusta, that means something. I will also note that means I stuck with them through the early waves of COVID-19, as they had already implemented curbside pickup months before the statewide shut down. I have seen the location go through major renovations, including product placement and the increase of self-checkout lanes. But some things (and very important ones at that) have remained the same. The customer service here is universally top notch. From team members who bring out your groceries and load them in the trunk to the person overseeing self-checkout to the pharmacy, they are always helpful, patient, and kind. My interaction with the bakery has been minimal, but it too has always been a positive experience. I appreciate their overall selection, their organic-all natural options, and yes even their clearance section (it's like a treasure hunt every time I visit). One item I feel is underappreciated is their in-house sushi. You can get a single roll (only $5 on Wednesday's) or order an entire tray. Quality at a great pice. Also worth mentioning is their NA options. Samuel Adams, Guinness, Athletic Brewing, and Hop Water are all there. I will be coming here until the day I depart Augusta.

I'm not sure why it closed or if Harvey's the new supermarket is taking over Bi-Lo locations. The setup seemed the same, but of course the branding was different. They had green mostly to match with the outside signage. There was a cafe in the area near the deli/bakery. The pricing seemed a bit higher than Kroger, which is where I usually shop because of the savings and card perks. They did have a section where everything was $1. I didn't browse it since I was in a rush. There is plenty of parking because it is located in a plaza. There was tons of buzz about this place because they have great prices on some things that cost much more around town. For instance, I picked up two packs of bone-in, thick cut pork chops for a little over $3. It was about 7 in each pack. You couldn't beat that price with a stick!!! There were tons of other deals around the store but, that was just an example of how this store was needed for the budget conscious consumer like myself!!!! They also have a $1 aisle were there are all types of things that are $1 each. I've heard some of my friends already say they will never shop anywhere else for groceries again. I'm not going to say that because I can find deals almost anywhere I shop. This store also redeem and reward you with the Plenti rewards program. I was already a member of that program so I didn't have to sign up, but if you're not it's a breeze to do so. This place is definitely one to check out and see what kind of amazing deals you can find for yourself!!!
