This was our first visit to Kristina's Kitchen on the corner of Old Mill Road and Central Avenue in Oceanview Delaware. If you are someone like me who has an anziaty problem take your meds before going to this excellent place. There is so much to choose from, so many good things to eat from sandwiches, wraps, cooking, muffins, cakes and so much more, the coffee is excellent and they also have a good tea selection for tea drinkers. The staff is all friendly and helpful very pleasant to talk to. The atmosphere is real cool from sitting outside to sitting inside in a few different rooms all nicely done, very comfortable atmosphere. This place is not a very big place so it may seem crowded but it is not, the staff keep everything moving nicely and the place is clean. During the summer months it is busier I was told but I was also told that it can be busy all year long. Love the food, love the coffee, love the staff, love the vibe If you are someone that has a hard time making choices your are in for a fun treat because there is just enough to make you try something and maybe also take something home and then you will be hooked and you will go back. read more

So disappointed ! Loved their original place !! New location had higher priced & smaller sandwiches Before posting this I reached out to them & told them about subpar sandwiches & their answer was " we do quality control" read more

What a cute little gem. We were visiting from PA for a little vacation and when I found this place on yelp I had to check it out for myself. Thank you Barbara for your help. I tried their hot latte with oat milk and caramel syrup. I got a chocolate Croissant, an Oreo pie and 2 cake pops too try. I will say the cake pops weren't my favorite but everything else delicious. Give them a try. read more

This place was a big disappointment. At first glance, it is a cute coffee bar with pastries and your normal coffee fare. However, The iced latte was not iced properly and the ice melted by the time we got in the car. The cranberry muffin at five dollars was a big disappointment. I would say there were three cranberries in the entire muffin... Pretty moist, but not up to par. We also tried the old bay, egg salad. Eggs were not all the way done... Weitz were somewhat robbery and the old bay taste was really not there. read more

Really small spot with some outdoor seating at picnic tables. Several vegan options for sweets and/or savory breakfast items. All savory options could've used more seasoning but it's nice to just have vegan food out in this area. Vegan snickers (homemade) 10/10 amaaaaazing. Service was pretty quick and pleasant. read more

Went yesterday for a late lunch with my parents. We were told that if we ordered by 3 we could sit and have our lunch. I guess we misunderstood because they were really rude. The place is cute and the food was okay but would not go back there. read more

Kristina's has great vegan treats and food. Their black bean burger wrap with a pickle on the side is tasty; the burger is filled with veggies and the wrap has lettuce and an excellent sauce. Their side of potatoes has sweet potatoes giving it extra flavor. They also have delicious vegan pot tarts that are giant sized and filled with fruit, my fav is the cherry. The food is made fresh and the service is great. read more

Lovely service and delicious croissants! Super buttery with a great crispness. Can't wait to eat the cookie I bought. Thanks!

Their food tastes good however you can only get a sandwich their way. If you order Bacon well done, with eggs, no butter on a scooped and toasted bagel you will receive uncooked bacon & eggs on an unscooped untoasted bagel with butter! The second time we ordered asking for a scooped bagel one of girls turned to the owner with lots of attitude and said we're not scooping today are we?! We don't have time to do that, we're not doing that today. Taking the time it took to complain about it - it could have been done. So I took their excuse for a sandwich home microwaved the bacon to get it crispy, scooped the soggy buttered bread out, toasted the bread and thought not bad but for all that I'll just do it myself. So now, every morning I get exactly what I want exactly the way I want it and we're never going back again. ;) read more

Nice place to stop on your way home from the beach. Just don't come expecting a full-service restaurant. Kristina's serves good coffee, baked goods, and hot food. What they don't have are plates, real silverware, or many places to sit. There are a few small tables and three picnic tables outside. It's a popular spot, and these can fill quickly. However, if you want to grab something for the road, then this is worthy of your consideration. Perhaps the best part is it's almost exactly one hour until you'll get to Vanderwende's on your way to the bridge. That gives you plenty of time to convince yourself that you're ready to stop for ice cream. read more

Amazing coffee. Cold brew is house made and so good barely (we'll barely for me) needed any milk to enjoy it. And you get to keep the cute mason jar. Then their brew is phenomenal. Blueberry much! OMG! It's seasonal but damn I hope the season lasts all year! Then their food selection.... Wow. They have the regular and pastries but then they like super atomic that regular. Bagel and locks they have a reg and an atomic or something with all the reg PLUS avocado and fried egg. I mean I HAD to try it and so should you! read more

What an amazing breakfast and lunch spot hidden away from the main part of the beach...We absolutely enjoyed trying the chicken salad sandwich (they have a chicken salad variety without walnuts available in their new menu) and the Veg Head Breakfast Quesadilla. They also have local coffee available from Swell Joe Coffee in Lewes, and a wonderful selection of flavors to add to the coffee. We tried the vanilla and lavender vanilla and they did not disappoint. This is now my new favorite breakfast spot at the beach. Even though it's a little further away from the main downtown area of Bethany, it is worth the drive for friendly service and good food. They also had a really yummy selection of breakfast pastries and desserts that I plan to try next time around! read more

Although this cafe is a bit challenging to find because it sits behind other businesses, it is so worth going out of the way for! The menu includes breakfast and lunch/early dinner items, various coffees and teas, sweets, and several packaged items such as locally made cookies and dog biscuits. The tuna salad sandwich was very good and the mozzarella caprese sandwich was amazing. read more

my smoothie was good. No great, not bad, just good. That's it, I wouldn't recommend this place necessarily as a first choice. Price and quality of food are not seeing eye to eye. read more

A mom and pop store in a quaint town, a tad far from the Bethany beach boardwalk. "Support our local businesses" is what they say, I did exactly that. There was ample parking, service is pleasant. Creative menu concoction of how to make breakfast and lunch. Kudos! Keep up the good work! Mask required to get in. read more

I just had the most incredible gluten free carrot cake form my birthday. Can't say enough about this place. Best cake ever!!!!

This is a great spot if you are looking for healthy breakfast or lunch choices. I am a frequent customer and have never been disappointed. The service is excellent and always friendly. The menu is well thought out and offers a wide variety of healthy choices. I usually get the Hummus Addiction Wrap. They also have a large selection of baked goods including gluten free options! read more

There are not many places that do the whole cafe thing right but Kristina's knocks it out of the park. Everyone is very friendly. Their menu has something for everyone - the bagel sandwiches are made with real eggs and toppings, the smoothies or thick and fully of no junk and the pastries are worth it ;). This place is 1000% worth stopping into for breakfast, lunch or something in between. read more

Not a bad local sandwich place. Unfortunately the tast of the food is bland. I got a chicken burrito that had no sauce or overall flavor. My wife got a tuna fish that she said tasted bland also. They were very nice but there are other places in the area that are much better taste of food wise. read more

fantastic service and friendly atmosphere and good food great food. Actually I would go there all the time.

The food we got for breakfast was very good. Not our thing, but they have a large selection of gluten-free and vegan options. No inside seating but seating is available outside. I would have rated it 5 stars, but thought it was somewhat expensive. read more

Made a quick stop to check out this small business and I was very surprised. They have a wide variety of menu items including coffee, smoothies, pastries, etc. We ordered a lavender iced coffee and a tropical smoothie. The iced coffee was good and we really liked the flavor. The smoothie wasn't the best and kinda tasted bland but they also had to start over as they made a mistake so I'm thinking it was just off a little. The pastries looked really good as they had a great selection to choose from including Gluten free and keto options. I'd recommend stopping by and I'll be back to sample more items. read more

I was there today, got a chicken salad sandwich and a large Iced Tea. The sandwich was decent, but was shocked the Iced Tea was $5.00! Not a specialty tea just a regular brewed Iced Tea, I saw the pitcher. That is the highest price I have ever paid for a drink and will not return. Prices are getting ridiculous. read more

I can't say enough about this place! We visited 3 times in one week for pastries, coffee and breakfasts. Everything was AMAZING! It's not every day that you can find delicious GF/vegan food but this is the place! read more

Upon walking in the first thing I noticed was this place smelled old and musty. Then looking around it all looked and felt dirty. Filthy floor, doors, walls etc. Wait staff were rude and didn't greet us or ask what we wanted, just a blank stare until I began ordering. The bagel was fine but will not return based on lack of cleanliness and ambiance and unpleasant wait staff. read more

Shhhhh. Don't tell anyone that I have been sneaking away for breakfast. If I'm going to be "bad" at dinner I needed to be responsible for my first meal of the day. While everyone else is crowding local diners and mowing stacks of pancakes and such, I am enjoying a fantastic smoothie bowl. Yes. A smoothie bowl. Take one of the great combinations and have it served over granola and topped with anything from fresh fruit to protein powder. You can go vegan if that's your thing but don't let others be scared off thinking they can't have a "meat lover" breakfast burrito. Customize your Walking Nachos. Grab a house made pop tart (). Haven't had lunch here yet but if the breakfast is any indication then midday offerings should be dynamite. Staff: warm, friendly greeting and after my second visit they even called me by my name. Recommendations are detailed. Not your typical "it's all good". I had the Super Nova bagel sandwich strictly on the description of the staff. Love that! I absolutely suggest placing your order online. The wait time for food is based on things being freshly made so give them 20 minutes head start and they will even run food out to you car. Just call and let them know you have arrived. Oh. I should point out that the place is tucked back from the main road and sits next to a very nice nursery. As a landmark, the entrance is just through the traffic light that controls traffic heading into the Giant grocery store and shopping center. read more

The egg sandwiches were indeed a major highlight for me! The place was small, but the tastes and treats are great! From the piping hot coffee to the egg sandwich, grilled cheese and baked goods, all were good and tasty! I recommend at least one visit while you are in the area... they live up to any hype you read! Pleasant staff and cozy place. read more
