Prices were incredibly reasonable and especially impressive given the beachside location and how close it is to the boardwalk. The crepes were packed with fresh fruit and looked almost too pretty to eat. We ordered a waffle topped with fresh whipped cream and powdered sugar, simple, sweet, and satisfying. I also tried the cold brew with sugar-free s'more syrup (finally!) and loved that they offer so many sugar-free options. This place was true to the reviews. Lots of tables. Cute interior. Great coffee and delicious crepes. I am not normally a crepe fan but the menu was tempting and fresh sounding so we gave it a try. We ordered a açaí bowl and the California crepe. (Forgot photos this time). Both were very tasty. I love the crepe though. Really good flavor and texture balance. We visited Sunshine Crepes yesterday afternoon. We ordered a mango açaí bowl, açaí smoothie, and a strawberry Nutella crepe. The açaí bowl and smoothie were good and fairly traditional in their construction and presentation. The crepe only had Nutella inside and strawberries in quarters piled on top. It was still delicious but I expected slices of strawberries inside the crepe. Service was quick and friendly. read more

Surprisingly, for a little after noon on a Saturday in July, the line wasn't terrible. They know how to move people in and out of that place and though the seating is limited, you can easily get the crepes to go and park yourself somewhere else around the Bethany "board walk" and dig in :) May be we got lucky, or it was just the right time or the sun was so good, people didn't come off the beach for lunch - whatever the reason, we were able to snag a seat and order some delicious savory crepes! I had the Egg, Spinach, mushroom and Mozz and my husband had "The Mom" - both made for a delicious meal. If there was one thing that held it back from a 5-star crepe is they did need just a bit of seasoning. However, mine came with a side of Hollandaise and that literally made the difference and was exactly what both needed. If you are craving just a little bit more salt on your savory crepe choice - see if you can get a small side of that sauce ;) I mean there menu is extensive and you should see these cooks whip up the crepes, it was mesmerizing to watch and they are good at their craft. Several tables around us were digging into the Acai / Pitaya bowls and I was definitely drooling a little, wishing I had room for one of those too! Servings are huge! Split 3 crepes between my wife and I: The Monster and The Mom were savory and meats are extremely tasty... , Then the Nutella-banana-peanut butter was to DIE FOR. On a sunny May Saturday, lunch hour, the line out the door was continuous. And there's a reason. The crêpes are really pretty good. The crêpe itself is delicious and of course, you can add in any number of fillings. For lunch, we tried a veggie crêpe, as well as a Greek oriented One. The latter was good but could've used a bit more flavor. My wife also tried the sweet crêpe with banana and cinnamon sauce. She gobbled it down and didn't even offer me a bite. The location is in a hallway of other shops, and there are some seats, but they are covered. In other words, if you really want the sunshine, you have to take your crêpe and bring it closer to the beach. My main complaint is that, in this day and age, to try and move away from using plastic cutlery. Surely they can offer reusable cutlery, and do a bit of dishwashing in the back. I go to sunshine crepes on vacation every summer and it is always so yummy!!! My favorite crepes are: strawberry & Nutella or sausage egg and cheese! Service is always so fast! Get there early before 9am if you don't want to wait in a line :) They also have Acai bowls (see picture) that are inexpensive (9.50$) and not the best Acai bowl I've ever had but still pretty good solid 7.5/10 read more

I discovered this place completely on a whim! Was looking for a breakfast place to celebrate my daughter's 2nd birthday (way back in 2021!). My mom & I both ordered crepes and my daughter had a waffle with whipped cream on top and strawberries on the side. So freakin' good! You can watch them make your food in front of you. The service is top notch - always served and greeted with a smile. It's a cute little restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Crepes are something of a breakfast staple at the Delaware beaches, and Sunshine Crepes at Bethany Beach is a popular spot for a fix. With an extensive menu or savory and sweet crepes, there's a little bit for every taste. On our last day in town, just before we hit the road and closed the curtain on our 4-day weekend, we stopped in to an uncrowded Sunshine Crepes for a fix. Hubby and I ordered two variations of savory bacon and spinach crepes (one with mozzarella and mushrooms for me; the other with feta cheese for him), and a sweet crepe with strawberries for the little one. The savory crepes looked more like triangular burritos, filling with a pan-fried golden color. The bacon and mozzarella gave mine a nice punch of flavor. I only wish the bacon had been strips rather than messy bacon bits. My daughter enjoyed her sweet crepes and, even more so, the generous helping of beautiful, fresh strawberries that accompanied it. We all walked away full and content. A great ending to a great holiday weekend. read more

Great place to eat! Hard to find parking (obviously not their fault, but something to remember). On a weekend, I don't think you'll find parking so what we did was one of us drove around while the other ordered the food. We went on a Sunday around 11am, and there was no wait. But couldn't find a parking spot. The food was amazingly delicious. I had the monster, which was fantastic. And we also had some of the fruit ones. It was nice that we could customize it to add what we wanted. I found the monster to be a perfectly portioned with the ham, cheese and sausage. I really loved how when I cut into it, the crepe and everything inside didn't just fall all apart. I also loved the fruity and sweet crepes. They had great flavors and was a great blend of fruits. Everything went well together and was overall great. The portion was a good size. I eat a lot and so I had the monster with a yogurt and some other stuff. But I think it is definitely sufficient to eat alone. Overall, we are all very satisfied. The prices were amazing, and the quality of the food was fantastic. Definitely looking forward to my next visit. If you're in DE, you definitely have to visit this place!! It's now on our must-visit list for every time we come down. The crepes were not good in comparison to others. They have their own cream cheese filling and it tastes like cream cream cheese. It's not sweetened or complements the crepe. read more
