Take out for the beach!!! All delicious, except for the fries... pass on the fries. They were cold, mushy, and... not my thing. The Italian is PACKED. So good. The blt was good as well. All foods in the cans on long shelf are selling to us from their shelf, which are expired a year ago. I have to return these cans back to them twice. Why they sell these if these are expired? I returned these back and gave us full refund. They are seemly careless about selling these to us with all expired foods can on their shelf. A hidden gem! Right behind sea colony is MOE'S deli, an incredibly affordable and delicious spot. We got a chicken salad sub and a Caesar salad. A perfect beach lunch if you ask me. The food here is delicious!! And very reasonably priced (especially for the beach!). They were also willing to customize. We got a Philly Cheesesteak on a wrap, and a Moe's cheesesteak on a wrap. Not on the menu, but they had no trouble with it! I highly recommend this place. I also noticed as I was leaving, that the cooks in the back were wearing hair coverings and gloves as they cooked, so I also feel very safe eating here! read more

We stopped in today to get a sub for the first time and it was pretty good! All of the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and patient! The sandwich ingredients were fresh and tasty. The price was also reasonable for a foot long sub sandwich. They have about 5 tables inside to sit out but it's mostly a grab and go place. read more

Within a few minutes my husband came back with two big & well made hoagies. Nothing to brag home about but they had what I wanted & I'd go back again. Wish I had read Yelp reviews first and ordered the gyro. I didn't, so I went with a standard London Broil sub. Boar's Head meats are delicious, so that really helped the subs taste decent. Were they the meatiest subs we got in Bethany this week? No. (But they did have an adequate amount of high quality deli meat.) Was the produce the freshest we got on a sub during our vacation? No. (But it was fresh enough to be more than acceptable.) Did the fries rise to the top of all the fries we ate in Bethany? No. (But they were very very good. They just weren't the *best* from our time in DE.) Was the service exceptionally friendly? Absolutely not. (I wouldn't use the word "surly," exactly. But close to it.) Would I go back again? Maybe. I was so thankful this place was open. Unfortunately Delaware has a reputation for restaurants closing early. We ordered a hot pastrami and a turkey sandwich. They used Boar's head deli meats which I liked. Sandwiches were delicious and well made 8/10. The deli clerks were exceptional polite and kept apologizing a delay even though I felt they weren't behind on my order. Definitely would return and recommend for a quick simple bite :) read more

After calling several places on a mid-summer Friday only to get no answer or find out they didn't do take-out or it would have taken too long, I decided to try MOE'S based on Yelp reviews. Glad I did! Phone was answered right away by polite and helpful staff. Food ordered at 7:30 and five sandwiches picked up by 7:55. Ample parking, no line and greeted by friendly staff in very clean and tidy counter/dining area. When I complimented him (possibly the owner?) on my positive experience he was very pleased to hear it as he obviously takes pride in his business. Love Moe's Deli! Fresh food and great menu. The staff is so pleasant and they communicate well, so you always get exactly what you want. I really enjoy their smoothies (though I wish they were a little cheaper). Their veggie burger wraps and shrimp salad are some of my faves.
