The line was about 4 cars deep. The person who took my order at the speaker was the typical Chicken Express friendly and made sure I got everything ordered correctly. Things changed when I pulled up the window. When I get there Christina opens the window and just stares at me. After about 5 seconds of us simply looking at one another, I finally say "Hello. How are you?" since she wasn't. She says "Hi. You total is..." I ask her if they have tap to pay. She says "no" flatly. I say "Oh ok." and had her my card to pay. She takes it and after the transaction hands it back. She gets the food and hands it to me. No here you, thank you, have a great day, nothing. No soft customer service skills at all. While I understand this is not standard anymore and a reflection of company values and standards, it truly disappointing. I emailed the location about the experience and apparently it is not worth a response. Definitely disappointing. Definitely feel this location is a major no go.
