She told us she is there Monday through Saturday. Breakfast, lunch especially....I don't know how late though. We tried her Green Enchiladas for lunch one day and they were good. Friday is a day she told us where she cooks a lot more options. Each day she does have tacos. She speaks only Spanish but is very friendly. We will be back.

The small place is easy to spot; It's the one with all the vehicles parked in front. It's located less than 20 minutes from Marshall, Longview, and Jefferson. Our BBQ lunch started with chips and salsa, the staple of any good taco place. The house-made chips were dusted with chili powder and the salsa was freshly made. The salsa could have had more kick. The brisket had a nice bark, was tender, and had perfect amount of smokiness. The sauce, served on the side, was a bit sweet for my taste. The chopped brisket sandwich was just that: chopped brisket. No sloppy joe mess here. It was served on a hot, toasted bun. The accompanying fries were a let down, not as fresh as everything else. Wright On is still rough around the edges. The menu is eclectic and a little confusing at first, but you can still find familiar favorites. Sodas come in a can. Ice tea and sweeteners are an afterthought. BYOB. Side note about reviews, when I see a bunch of 1 stars, I take a look at those reviews to see what was the problem and who the reviewer is. Anyway, back to the review. I checked out the online menu and decided I'd go with their #2 most popular dish, Crazy Rice. I got the one with all the meats. It comes with chips n salsa. Order was ready in about 15 minutes and 1st thing I noticed when I picked up the bag was it was heavy. Got back to the room and found out why. The large tin container was packed full of rice with queso and shrimp and grilled chicken and beef fajitas. I was packed. More of an appetizer, and maybe it is/was. I was able to eat about 1/4 of it using the chips as a spoon. I put the leftover in the frig for later. Not going to waist for sure. So next time I'm in Marshall, I know what I'm getting.
