Turns out that the 2 tow services we waited for, from insurance, didn't even have the equipment to tow our trailer. I called every number I could find for tow service and finally found these upstanding citizens. From the time I called them to the time of being picked up, in the middle of two towns in Texas, was only an hour. The tow driver was so nice and helpful. He towed us to their yard and they were able to do the work for us first thing in the morning. Their price was very fair and everyone in the shop was beyond nice. I pray I never have to see them again, but if I do, I'll be happy about it.
