This hold stayed on my card for 3 weeks, i repeatedly called and visited and spoke with the manager, with his guarantee the hold would be released. It tood 3 weeks and 2 days before the money was released back into my account. I have found out that this happens repeatedly at that convenience store. What they get out of that is that the money is on hold in their account so they get interest on it for the time they have the money. So everyone should be prepared to have your money held for long periods of time, with no assistance at all from the management to release the hold.

They still can't spell my name correctly. And while they're wearing masks for COVID, they're not all wearing them correctly. One of the pharmacists doesn't cover his nose with his mask. The show histories in their app of having filled narcotic prescriptions that I've not picked up. When I've inquire about that, they can't work out on their computer what they have or haven't filled, or when I'm able to ask for a refill. They still have worked out how to refund the charges they made in error in January and February. Their business execution is criminally inept. They shouldn't be licensed to distribute controlled substances. Don't even.
