The pharmacy staff, clerks and runners are great. Everyone greets you and ask if you need help with anything else besides your medication. They are really busy but take time to help you. After we scanned and paid, we were stopped by AP for the dog food that apparently was not scanned. no problem, right? we can just rescan and pay for it right? NOPE! she pulled us into the office claiming we were committing fraud. We offered to go back and pay for it as we didn't realize that it didn't scan. NOPE AGAIN! she then proceeded to tell us that we couldn't go back into the store because we went past the first entrance heading out. When she played back the video, it shows us scanning the dog food a couple time to get it to scan, on the fourth time we heard a beep, so we continued scanning the rest of our items. The associate screen popped up. I got the cashier to come over to clear it. IT SHOWS ON THE CAMERA THAT SHE SCANNED HER CARD, SCROLLED THROUGH THE ITEMS SCANNED, SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS AND WALKED AWAY. NEVER looking into the cart. because of this we didn't think anything of it and finished scanning and paid. We live 20 miles away. we just wanted to get in and get out. we didn't pay attention to the screen, BECAUSE WE HEARD A SCANNER BEEP! AP then told us that if we left that she would call PD on us for trying to leave. We told her to do it. So, while we waited, our frozen items were melting. Finally, when a guy my partner knows, came in to help, he let us go into customer service and pay for the food, LIKE WE HAD WANTED TO IN THE BEGINING! needless to say, we won't be back. if this is how they treat people who make an honest mistake at 7pm, offer to fix the mistake with no issues, and obviously not train the cashiers in self-checkout properly, I'd hate to see how they treat actual people who pull scams on the daily without their noticing. Do better than a 10.00 off coupon on an order of 15.00 or more.

I frequently shop at this CVS to take advantage of the coupons and deals, which are especially…read morehelpful for my large family. During our first visit, Leonora was incredibly helpful. She took the time to show us how to use the CVS app, explained the available deals, and even encouraged us to sign up for the monthly membership to maximize our savings. Because of her assistance, we had a very positive first impression. Unfortunately, our experience during our most recent visit was completely different. While using the self-checkout for one of our transactions, Leonora suddenly shut down the register and directed us to a staffed checkout lane. We had chosen self-checkout specifically so we wouldn't hold up a cashier while completing multiple coupon transactions. When we moved to the register, Sabrina, the cashier, appeared irritated and acted as though helping us was an inconvenience. After completing one transaction, she instructed us to get back in line for our remaining purchases so she could help other customers. As she called the next customer forward, she loudly announced, "They're couponing," which made us feel embarrassed and singled out, as though we were doing something wrong. Leonora eventually took over the transaction again, but by that point we already felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. We still needed the items, so we completed our purchases, but the entire experience left us feeling harassed and judged for simply using the coupons and promotions that CVS advertises and encourages customers to use. I don't believe customers should be treated differently for taking advantage of store deals. Coupons are offered to help people save money, and no one should be made to feel like they're doing something wrong by using them. What made this experience even more disappointing was that Leonora had previously been so helpful and supportive when teaching us how the program worked. We even signed up for the paid membership based on her recommendation. I hope management addresses this situation and reminds employees that all customers deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of how they choose to shop or save money. Customer service is a very important to me.

Waited in line for half an hour. When I finally got up to the window the woman pulled down the shade and told me they were closing for lunch since it was 1:30. First, it was not 1:30 yet (my phone showed 1:28), and second you should take care of those waiting before you close for lunch. I pointed out to her that I had been waiting in line for half an hour. She just repeated her statement and left. I pulled around, went inside to speak with the manager about the poor customer service I just received. There was nobody at the front of the store. Ended up having to go to the photo center. The only person who had good customer service apologized and went to get a manager. She came back with a man who I am not sure was the manager since his tag only had a name. No help on his part either, as he just said they go to lunch at 1:30 and they had no control over the pharmacy. I asked how he would feel if he waited in line for half an hour and had that happen. He responded he would probably be mad too. I asked if there was someone above him I could speak with. He gave me the 1800 Walgreens number. I called the number and was placed on hold by the automated system. After waiting for 50 minutes to speak with someone it disconnected my call. Been a customer at this location since it opened. This is not the first time I have received this low level of customer service at this location, but this will be the last time as I will take my business elsewhere. Doubt Walgreens even cares since this is the level of customer service they seem to be OK with. Just terrible at every level.

My doctors have had to repeatedly call them with scripts for which they say they did not receive. I put in for refills days before I am out and they will still have me go days without medication before having it ready. Inexcusable for an organ transplant recipient patient! I don't know if the problem lies with management or what, but I know of a number of clients switching pharmacies because of their poor practices.
