    I HATE dealing with one pharmacy staff member in particular. Every time I drop off or pick up something there is an issue dealing with her!

    Drove out of my way to find this and directions took me to a park. There's no Walgreens at this location

    Terrible service at this location (511 E Marshall Avenue, Longview, Texas). I arrived at 1pm to a…read morepacked drive thru, which is normal since they are right by a local hospital. Waited in line for half an hour. When I finally got up to the window the woman pulled down the shade and told me they were closing for lunch since it was 1:30. First, it was not 1:30 yet (my phone showed 1:28), and second you should take care of those waiting before you close for lunch. I pointed out to her that I had been waiting in line for half an hour. She just repeated her statement and left. I pulled around, went inside to speak with the manager about the poor customer service I just received. There was nobody at the front of the store. Ended up having to go to the photo center. The only person who had good customer service apologized and went to get a manager. She came back with a man who I am not sure was the manager since his tag only had a name. No help on his part either, as he just said they go to lunch at 1:30 and they had no control over the pharmacy. I asked how he would feel if he waited in line for half an hour and had that happen. He responded he would probably be mad too. I asked if there was someone above him I could speak with. He gave me the 1800 Walgreens number. I called the number and was placed on hold by the automated system. After waiting for 50 minutes to speak with someone it disconnected my call. Been a customer at this location since it opened. This is not the first time I have received this low level of customer service at this location, but this will be the last time as I will take my business elsewhere. Doubt Walgreens even cares since this is the level of customer service they seem to be OK with. Just terrible at every level.

My doctors have had to repeatedly call them with scripts for which they say they did not receive. I put in for refills days before I am out and they will still have me go days without medication before having it ready. Inexcusable for an organ transplant recipient patient! I don't know if the problem lies with management or what, but I know of a number of clients switching pharmacies because of their poor practices.

    I wouldn't give it a one star because that's just how bad it was , the only thing that was good…read moreabout this visit was them cleaning my teeth I didn't have any problems there but I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 10:00 am on the dot checked in filed out paperwork for them since I'm a new patient so I wait roughly for about 30 minutes just to get in then they got to cleaning pretty quickly which I'm fine with but finally when she finished she said the doctor would be in shortly to discuss the possibility of 10 different procedures I need done and I said ok thank you I didn't leave the office until 2:00 pm I had been sitting and waiting 3 hours for no doctor to actually see me and tell me knew what I need done then all the hygienists were scrambling to find my x rays in which they didn't save initially so we had to retake all of my x rays and they still didn't tell me what was wrong or what things I needed to get done and when I was at the front desk both lady's said yeah the doctor just went ahead and took his lunch break at 11:45 am in the span of 11:45 is when we finished the cleaning of my teeth till 1:30 pm he was on his break but I find this very unprofessional and they shouldn't have a job if they think it's ok to go on break while still having patients they literally forgot about me and 4 other patients

Then they couldnt find the insurance Ive used four other times on my account. told me to leave after one hour of searching with my two year old. went back two hours later after I called billing to confirm that my insurance is on file. It was of course. new receptionist was able to find my insurance and account very easily. They did fit me right in after that at 1. took them 15 minutes to verify me that time too. not sure why they wait till you are in the room to run insurance verifications or why that has to be done with a waiting room full of people.
