Why not go with quality if the price is the same as a branded label, right? The lot is always clean. The trash cans never run over. Inside, much of the same. They have a pretty good Cappucinno and Coffee bar with a punch card to get a free cup of whatever after 7 purchases. The caution is it is difficult to get in and out of during the morning school rush.

i bought $20 of gas at the pump with my credit card...the pump put a hold on my credit card for…read more$85. This hold stayed on my card for 3 weeks, i repeatedly called and visited and spoke with the manager, with his guarantee the hold would be released. It tood 3 weeks and 2 days before the money was released back into my account. I have found out that this happens repeatedly at that convenience store. What they get out of that is that the money is on hold in their account so they get interest on it for the time they have the money. So everyone should be prepared to have your money held for long periods of time, with no assistance at all from the management to release the hold.

I will never step foot back in that store due to his rudeness. I hope he goes out of business. I will spread the word on his awful customer service!!

This place really stinks. I went there to get some air in my tires and put in one dollar at the air…read moremachine. It never turned on and evidently was out of order, so I went inside to inquire about it and three people were at the counter.said they knew nothing about it, but the older lady said it hadn't work in weeks. So instead of refunding my one dollar- not really that big a deal but a pain in the butt- they told me they're not "reliable" for it and said they would call someone if there was no number on the machine. there was no number on the machine so I went back inside and the girl said she would call them in a minute after she finished doing whatever it was she was doing and proceeded to count down a cash drawer and say sorry you're having a bad day. Not until now is what I told her as I waited some more. By now I'm getting a little perturbed and asked the name of the place as I get out my iPhone to report this on yelp. Suddenly, one of the other ladies hands me a dollar refund and says she'll deal with it later. No sign on the non-working 1$ machine for two weeks??? Makes you wonder about this place. Wonder how many people you can swipe a day this way? Ps- I live in Kilgore,but won't be supporting this local "business" anymore.
