It never turned on and evidently was out of order, so I went inside to inquire about it and three people were at the counter.said they knew nothing about it, but the older lady said it hadn't work in weeks. So instead of refunding my one dollar- not really that big a deal but a pain in the butt- they told me they're not "reliable" for it and said they would call someone if there was no number on the machine. there was no number on the machine so I went back inside and the girl said she would call them in a minute after she finished doing whatever it was she was doing and proceeded to count down a cash drawer and say sorry you're having a bad day. Not until now is what I told her as I waited some more. By now I'm getting a little perturbed and asked the name of the place as I get out my iPhone to report this on yelp. Suddenly, one of the other ladies hands me a dollar refund and says she'll deal with it later. No sign on the non-working 1$ machine for two weeks??? Makes you wonder about this place. Wonder how many people you can swipe a day this way? Ps- I live in Kilgore,but won't be supporting this local "business" anymore.

She told me she had to check out the people in the store, and i said, yes but i was there before all of the people she had checked out, it went back and forth a little, then I said fine, then another lady, I think was the manager said, "we have to check out the inside customers first and that she could refuse me service, to which i said no need I was gone and left. If the inside customers come first, then you need to say that up front or have a sign. I will not be coming back to this store, never mind that it is the closest to me . Customer service means something me and this store just has bad attitude.

I had a problem with a test taken there.. the test administrator decided to follow her own opinions instead of following the actual rules of what the test states. Cassy and I went back-and-forth for a while and she said some rude things and I really do not appreciate and clearly stated that her license and opinion matter more than what the test said or what the test instructions say. Which I do understand and I commend her for trying to follow the roles best that she can, but I don't think that should give you the right to decide when something is positive or negative when the manufacturers of the test clearly say that a faint line is negative. All of that aside I was very very easily able to get in contact with higher management very quickly, which was very surprising. Kim, the woman who was finally able to resolve the issue was absolutely fantastic., she did not feed around the bush. She apologized, admitted the mistake and got the issue resolved. When I came back up here to get the form showing that my test was negative there was a little bit more confusion and I was working with Serena this time, she was also extremely polite and courteous was not snappy or had any sort of attitude, and she helped me resolve the issue in a timely manner which I really appreciated it. I would definitely recommend People to visit this location. If they are needing to take a test, I would just ask for it to not be administered by Cassidy.
