They did promptly get him what he ordered but after rifling through the bag and handling the food "Nay Nay" put the food back for another order. Bad idea. You don't give someone food that was handled in any way by a non-employee. His hands were dirty, you don't know what he touched or if he left something in the bag. The pizza was decent but could have used more sauce, and while the burger was good, it wasn't particularly memorable. Unfortunately, the fettuccine Alfredo was a disappointment--the sauce was extremely thick and heavy. If we return, we'll likely stick to the simpler menu items, especially the fries and shakes, which seemed to be the restaurant's strengths. Our server provided excellent service, and the restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. Overall, there were some hits and misses, but the fries and friendly service left the best impression.
