I went for my 2 free vaccine donuts. I ordered them at the intercom. The hot donut light was on so I was pumped. When I turned the corner, the employee had my donuts dangling out the window waiting for me. I asked if she wanted to see my vaccine card and she said no. The website said I'd get a heart donut and an original and instead I got 2 original that were old and hard. They were fine after being microwaved but I don't live near Krispy Kreme so I was bummed I had to wait so long to eat them. Extra star bc at least they were free. read more

I was just barely in to get some treats and the lady who was taking my order could not properly speak English. I had to repeat myself several times and still was given the wrong order. If your workers can not speak English and understand the customers please do not have them taking orders. HOT glazed dozen donuts melt into your mouth sweetness... one can call me a little piggy since I've eaten a whole dozen at home. I don't get how this location always runs out of donuts. Especially the popular ones. You'd think it's common sense to produce more to be prepared. Poor management to not fix the problem already. Sure, to run out an hour before close is understandable and reasonable. But to run out of all the filled donuts, the sugar donuts, the holiday donuts and all the cake donuts 5 hours before close?? I'm giving a solid 4 star review, because I think that the experience was good, but not mind boggling. The wait on Tuesday night around 9pm in the drive through did take a while, I'm not sure what is expected as I've never been to a Krispy Kreme. I could tell the girl who took our order of a dozen glazed donuts was quite exasperated and stressed out, but she was nice. So I tried a new tactic...I showed up on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at a early time...the line was all the way around the parking lot...I made the mistake of pulling into the parking lot only to find that inside is for limited online ordering only...so today, Tuesday, I head over early afternoon... I order two small frozen mocha lattes. The guy leaves the speaker, discusses it with someone, only to say that they unfortunately can't serve us coffee at this time...**eyeroll** I got to order a dozen doughnuts and he tells me to wait again... Then I finally order and get my stuff-minus the coffee... My question is, how long can a place stay in business when they don't offer half the stuff on their menu... The next question is, what time CAN you get coffee there... I don't know what the operations or general manager of this place does during the day, but they need remedial training in buying/procurement and inventory management. It doesn't matter if you come in the afternoon or the evening, a Saturday or a Tuesday , they will be out of most of what is on their menu. It's not once or twice, it's every time I've visited in the last 12 months. I know covid is a supply chain challenge, but most of these ingredients are the same things. You want glazed or maple or chocolate? Awesome, they have it. You want any of their other specialty 10 flavors including whatever their seasonal monthly special is? Don't bother. They never have them. I'll give it 3 stars for the friendly staff and because it's krispy krack, but man, do some demand planning and build a little trending analysis so you can accurately predict how much inventory you are going to need. read more

Ugh! I have a love hate relationship with this place. Today I went in to try their 1st Friday's chocolate glazed doughnuts. They were marketed as being hot and fresh like their daily glazed. Well this is not the case. So I got a half dozen chocolate glazed and aa half dozen fresh glazed. Their cake doughnut machine was broke, is there selection was very limited. This review is not based on the donuts themselves. I'm sure they were fine. I didn't eat any - was picking them up for my brother. This review is based on the store experience. I walked in and there were three people ahead of me. The first finished and the next two went up to the counter and said that they just came from getting their vaccine shot and were there for their free donuts. The man behind the counter bagged two for them and sent them on their way. No proof required. Like the people ahead of me, I also had been vaccinated as was my husband, however, I we both forgot our cards at home. I proceeded to order 3 dozen donuts and mentioned that my husband and I also have our vaccines but forgot our cards and the guy said to me something to the effect of we'll get it next time and didn't give me the free donuts. As I was leaving with my 3 dozen donuts that I purchased, two other people also walked in and said they were there for their free donuts and the guys once again, without asking for proof, gave them their donuts. Now, I don't want to speculate as to why he gave 4 people who did not purchase anything free donuts without asking for proof of vaccination and denied me a free donut for my vaccination with a purchase of 3 dozen donuts as that doesn't lead to anything good. How does this happen? 3 times in row they have been out of either their special of the week/month or as in today out of their original. I've had Krispy Kreme donuts before. However, what I haven't had before was a Krispy Kreme donut in the lobby of Krispy Kreme within 15 seconds of paying for it. Let me just say this, my life is completely different now. I find myself humming happy songs even when I'm alone. Before that eventful moment, my mind would wander to my concerns. Now my mind wanders to whether or not the KK donuts are being served fresh and if someone at that very moment is experiencing the bliss that I have now experienced. I've not been let down by KK. I'm going to try and keep my expectations in check. I'll rely on these fresh glazed for now. Everything else, I'll consider a bonus. It's almost lunchtime, I wonder if the light is on. I may have to make a quick KK run right now. Being happy isn't impossible, dang for about $10 you can be happy 12 times! Or you can share that happiness with one or maybe two other friends. Let me just start by saying I am a sucker for hot Krispy Kreme donuts, even when my face looks like a glacier exploded all over it after I eat the freshly glazed goodness. I know this is a new store, but they have some ordering and execution issues that really need to be worked out before their soft, warm donuts resume a soft warm place in my heart. Each visit here since their opening has left me with disappointment because they were out of something specific I was looking for. On my last visit they had been out of Cake Donuts of all kinds for two days. I am not sure if some of their donuts are shipped in pre-made, but two days is a long time to be out of donuts when you are in the business of serving donuts. They have also been out of cinnamon donuts and apple fritters when I've stopped by. I have some excellent local donut shops closer to me and I know they will have what I'm looking for (and more) when I go in, so for me it's not worth going out of my way to this Krispy Kreme anymore on the off chance they actually have the donuts I'm looking for (insert cheesy star wars related joke). I hope I can update this review soon when their kinks are worked out. read more

Wish I could give them 0 stars. I've gone here 4-5 times in the last year (2 before Covid, 3 after) at all various times of the day. They are consistently out of everything good every time! It's pathetic that they never learn from their persistent mistake of not making enough supply. First time I went, they were literally down to just glaze and a few other random stragglers. I keep giving em another chance thinking, "that had to be fluke, Krispey Kreme is solid at every other location I've been to." Nope. This last time broke me for good. I got an email from KK saying "3 days left to try our delicious Reese's specialty donut before it goes away!" They looked so good, so I made the trek to scoop up a dozen. Waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru line (which is another regular standard occurrence) just to be told that they had run out for the day...at 3pm!!!
