Stopped by here on our way to get emissions test. This place did not disappoint. This was our first time here. We asked the barista for her recommendation (I love sweet coffees) so I got the caramel blondie medium w/ light ice. It was delicious! I'll definitely be back again. The prices were also great!! We also grabbed their pumpkin muffin and that too was amazing!!!

I have recently become obsessed with dirty chais and was pleasantly surprised to find out this is now my favorite place for a dirty chai. The employee that took my order was very friendly and had a super contagious smile. Since there are two windows for their drive through the line wasn't long!

Medium Van Halen with oat milk

New fave!! Stopped by Brews on 7th this morning and was really impressed. I ordered an iced Van Halen (vanilla and hazelnut) with oat milk in a medium size which I think is 24 oz. It has just the right amount of ice - not too much like other coffee chains - and it was perfectly smooth and not overly sweet. I paid ~$7.20 + a tip which I think is pretty comparable to other non local coffee chains for the size and add ins of syrup and milk alternative. Also, I had my dog in the car with me and they offered him a dog treat! So sweet!! I'll definitely be coming back.

I've still been stopping by occasionally for my new favorite drink. The iced Van Halen. It's a vanilla and hazelnut masterpiece. The staff is super friendly and your in and out in a pretty reasonable amount of time. I would recommend stopping and supporting a local small business.

Iced coffee tastes like burnt day old coffee. Probably fine if you like sweeteners. Adding milk (regular milk) is an additional charge.

One of my favorite coffee shops of all time. I'm from Provo and can't pass this area without stopping here.

Great little coffee shop. Locally owned and operated. Great coffee and customer service. Breakfast sandwiches hit the spot.

The best coffee anywhere in this part of the valley. Their Americanos have a wonderful smooth taste! Fast service, happy employees.

The food came out cold and burnt, something I didn't think was possible. The croissant sandwich was difficult to chew and the burnt flavor overpowered everything. Service made the experience worse. The employee assisting me, Raegan, was dismissive and unfriendly from the moment I walked in. When I asked for a refund or replacement, she walked away without responding and laughed with another employee in the back. It's neat and tidy, which can be appealing to folks who appreciate that vibe. But it does lack the unique character of a locally owned business. I like the seating options-there are booths with high walls around them, making for a semi-private work space while I'm in the shop sipping on a warm drink.

At the Hour When the Day Learns Its Own Name…read more I stepped into morning before morning knew itself, 5:30 and still wrapped in night-- cold enough to make breath visible, quiet enough that footsteps felt like speech. A few cars stirred, tentative, as if the city were yawning awake alongside me. The walk carried me cleanly, purposefully, to the midpoint I often aim for-- Beans and Brew, warm light in a dark world. Inside, layers came off like armor, and coffee was ordered from a young barista whose presence bent gently against expectation. Long, pointed nails flashed as he worked, a hint of makeup, clothes chosen with intention, and a voice carefully shaped-- a feminine-affected cadence, practiced or protective, guarded, perhaps, against the weight of faces older than his own. The coffee was excellent--no surprise there. I let it cool while thinking nothing urgent, then dressed again for the cold road home. As I left, I offered what felt right and simple: "My young friend, have a GREAT day!" He wished me the same, and meant it. The miles home gave me time to wonder-- about age, and caution, and how often we misread one another in passing. The sky had lightened by then. I walked on, warmed by coffee and thought, grateful, as always, for the morning.
