Absolute F'kery! The most lazy, rude, disdane staff I have ever run into! We drove 35 miles on Christmas Eve to pick up doughnuts for Christmas morning and the staff was barely putting enough out in the food case for customers. They kept telling us what they "didn't" have and then we saw a rack behind them LOADED with doughnuts! Because it was nearing closing time, I am sure they were attempting to hide the balance for themselves. In my life I have never seen such laziness. This generation, these Millennials are pathetic, they should be ashamed. I hope their parents are proud of the disgraceful generation they have raised! My daughter and I came to this location to redeem a dozen original glazed donuts, which we had a voucher for from the Digital Dozens fundraiser that she had for her club. We were immediately greeted by the manager who was very willing to help us in any way that we needed. We told her that we were concerned about the voucher not scanning because two other people who also participated in the fundraiser were unable to scan their vouchers at another Krispy Kreme location. She right away let us know that even if there was an issue with scanning the code, that she would still allow us to redeem the dozen that we had the voucher for, which the other Krispy Kreme location was unwilling to do for the other two people who had already paid for their donuts, received their vouchers, but had not yet used their vouchers. Fortunately, there was no issue with scanning the barcode, and we were able to redeem our dozen. The kind lady who was packing our donuts let us know that their original glazed donuts weren't super fresh at that moment, and she let us pick out a dozen of whichever donuts we liked. Ultimately, the manager, the lady who packed our donuts, and the lady who checked us out, were all incredibly kind and cooperative. We really appreciated their willingness to work with us, and they made the experience easy and enjoyable. We'll definitely be coming back! read more

The smell of the sweet sugary goodness coming from the store doubles the desire to eat them. like a pavlov's bell of sweet goodness. Everyone camped out has our orange wrist bands and is assured a coveted front spot in line. Just a few hours until the grand opening and the hot donuts sign is fired up for the first time. The staff is feverishly work to make plenty of donuts for us. For this first visit I'm staying true to all glazed, then I will experiment with the other flavors on subsequent visits. A dozen glazed just doesn't seem to be enough but its a start. Good thing they are open late. As a donut addict, I wanted to come in first thing at 5:30am to grab a dozen of donuts for their grand opening until they announced prizes for the first 10, 50, & 100 people. I thought I was insane for coming in at 5am JUST for donuts, but to camp out is another story. It was over 100 degrees for the first time in a bajillion years in Oxnard on Monday 9/26 & there were tents all around the store. Thankfully because I saw photos all over the internet, I opted out & had planned a trip in the evening instead. The wait was expected! If you're coming here for a few donuts or so, you're better off waiting until the hype dies down. The fact that this is close to the collection could possibly be crowded for awhile. * What is the HOT LIGHT? They have a hot light! Every time it is lit up, it means a fresh batch of donuts are ready & the employees in the store press the button that turns the light on. * Hours: Both drive thru & shop hours are different! The drive thru is open the latest. See Yelp hours via app or download their app. * Location: Right next to Warehouse Shoe Sale & across McDonald's on Riverpark Blvd. It's hard to miss next to the 101 fwy. * Service: For a busy first day in the drive thru? A solid 5 stars. My only complaint is that the menu is right in front of where they ask you to order so you feel obligated to make them wait until you decide what you want. Just not the quality of donuts that Krispy Kreme used to be. They tasted stale, whereas before they would taste fresh.

Well...I am going to save calories on my way to work...1st time inthe drive-thru Drive-thru wait time approaching 20 minutes @ 640AM This is UNACCEPTABLE for those of us who are only stopping for a single doughnut on the way to work. They are good, but not that good!!! The issue seems to be that they is no way to review the menu prior to driving up to the order speaker...people then sit and make up their mind. They need a "pre-view" menu on the building wall as you wait. Then the employee asks you to wait...then employee fumbles order...3 times. Next no napkins!!! The order was 1 glazed and 1 fritter. I was very disappointed about the donuts. I bought the Valentine donuts, which were nothing like the picture showed. Donuts were different sizes, which anyone with kids can tell you does not go over well when siblings get different sizes. The poor decorations are not stopping us from eating them. Stopped in on Halloween to get some basic donuts. I thought maybe if they had a special one I'd get one extra for myself, but they had nothing Halloween themed, which sort of surprised me. The employees I met were all polite, professional and enthusiastic to help me. The donuts were fresh (she took mine straight off the conveyor belt) and everyone at the office loved them. Went here tonight to introduce Krispy Kreme doughnuts to my 14 year old daughters friends. I took them here because I received an invitation in my email that they are having a Friday special, buy any dozen and get a chocolate dozen for $8.99 We waited in the drive through line for about 40 minutes. Store was closed due to the Pandemnic Covid-19 that's going on. Finally got to the window and ordered only to find out they are out of the chocolate that I came there for! First of all they need to make sure they have enough of the "special" until closing. Second of all, we are in a terrible pandemic Covid-19 and everywhere I have been and ordered food, the cashier/ drive-through server wore gloves. They did not have gloves on. I was handed my 4 drinks and 2 boxes by bare hands! No gloves on! I am upset that they didn't wear gloves! Awful! I had to grab them so fast due to tons of cars behind me. I thought the servers cashiers had to wear gloves. Not good! I hope they start wearing them or close down if they won't wear them. I must add ... those were the best donuts I've ever had! read more

Well... I visited here for the 1st time however I've always been a fan & used to go to their old location off Rose. I was there just before 5:30 am when they opened. There some minor issues and I called the manager just to let him know. I hesitated because I didn't want to "fish" for something free in compensation. I'm a business owner and just figured he might want to know. Manager ART answered and was really gracious. After my explanation he said he'd review the security camera footage... My daughter brought me a glazed Krispy Kreme, which I was absolutely looking forward to! I love the soft, sweet glazed donuts. Unfortunately, the donut has a bitter, rancid taste and is inedible. Whenever I'm in the area, a must stop for me. I always have loved the pumpkin donuts in the fall so whenever I can get these I will. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Was hoping to start off the day with the family on a good note with some good donuts. Drove up to the drive thru and upon ordering felt rushed. With 4 passengers in the car we were calling out our order. After every item we ordered, I felt as if the employee taking our order was trying to rush and close out our transaction.
