I drive up and pay and was handed a hot chocolate instead of sprite and they told me I could pay extra for it after I've already paid. I just took both hot chocolates and got out the drive thru only to realize they gave me a coffee. I was very excited to try the Key Lime Glazed donuts and eagerly queued up in the long drive up line to get the latest offering. Even though I was tempted to eat them immediately I waited until I got home to open the box and try them. I was so disappointed. They looked like they had taken day old donuts that hadn't been allowed to proof all the way and glazed them with a green glaze. There was virtually no lime flavor at all. If you call and listen to their message the hot light hours go to nine pm. We got there at 8:25. The hot light was off. We asked the woman working if their hot light hours went to nine, she said that they really turn it off at 8:30. We asked if they were still hot then, since it wasn't even 8:30, she said no. For me a review is about service, variety, value and quality of product as well as cleanliness of the establishment. Since this place opened it hits it on the head. Not to mention that they are the only game in town. The main reason I go is that every time it brings a smile to my kids faces as they watch the donuts being made. So much for using you KK balance card had $40 balance no one could figure out how to scan it or get their system to redeem. Manager on a duty (or most experienced employee) got involved and couldn't figure it out. Needs proper training on apps or systems need updated. Idk how you offer to pay through app but can't accept it. Update: Krispy Kreme Rewards customer service has now called me to get a better understanding of what happened. It's pretty simple tried to pay with my KK balance confusion with the employee and manager on duty on how to scan the KK cards vs the rewards. Overall learning experience for new employees and I'll be trying again and have been told I should have no issues. We drove to this location from Payson Utah, as soon as we drove up they had the drive-thru blocked with a few cones. It was 11:20pm dining room closes at 12am, and the drive thru is supposedly open 24hrs. As we parked one of the employee's came out and said they were closed for the next few hours for maintenance. As we were leaving another car drove up beside us and the employee's brought donuts out to them. I called the store and tried to get an explanation, the employee said it was his family and that's why they gave them the donuts. So family has the privilege to get donuts but customers are denied service? Just want to add that as I was trying to get an explanation the employee hung up on me is this customer service? read more

We used to love this location but it has been awful the last couple of times. No more free donuts. Employees look like they'd rather be anyplace else but there. They are borderline rude. We asked for hot chocolate and the girl looks back and says, " I think it's broken". One minute later I see them give hot chocolate to someone in the drivethru. This used to be my favorite place to get donuts. They always have hot fresh glazed donuts running on the conveyor belt which is very fun to watch. Anytime you bought a dozen they would give you free samples of the hot glaze. If you were with friends everyone got their own hot glaze donut sample. I guess over the years they've gotten pretty stingy and no longer like to give out the samples huge disappointment... I used to be one of the main reasons of making the trek of 23 miles just to get a warm glaze and watch how they're made. They still have their sign up that will say hot donuts serving now but now you look at the sign with disappointment knowing that they are no longer free samples with your purchase. They also have raised their prices up for a dozen it is now 10 bucks that used to be 8 bucks. I will still say that they have great tasteing donuts but its a huge disappointment that their trademark of watching the conveyor belt and receiving a free donut that you watched from start to finish is no longer the case for that reason that I give them a two star rating. read more

3 different times these guys have managed to mess my order up. The first time I called back to say that they screwed up. They literally just forgot to put 2 of the donuts I ordered in the box. By the time I realized what happened I was already a half hour away and back at work. The manager said that there's just nothing they can do because a lot of people try to take advantage of them. Well this morning we woke up and decided to have some donuts for breakfast. So we went to the Krispy Kreme location in Orem. We had a couple Maple bars one was about twice the size of the other but that's okay because I have that one and my son have the smaller one. I was looking for maybe an eggs and bacon donut sandwich but, the menu essentially was donuts only of course. It was fun to see the machine get the donuts into the grease as they emerged the machine then flip them to the backside. The back of sugary goodness only Excited my appetite further. I love coming here! Whenever I come from the Provo airport I always stop this Krispy Kreme before heading home. They always have fresh doughnuts and a great selection to choose from. I would recommend the glazed, sour cream glazed (I know it sounds a bit weird but it's so good, I was hesitant but another customer convinced me to try it stating it was amazing!), and the maple glazed. Decided to take our kids on a fun outing tonight and from what I can remember from a previous experience here was the fun atmosphere and hot, glazed donuts that melt in your mouth. Knowing we had about a 35 minute drive, we wanted to make sure it'd be worth it so we called ahead to confirm that they'd be serving them hot. I spoke with a representative by the name of Jeff, who after explaining the commute, confirmed that we would make it just in time for hot donuts. We made the drive only to be told when we got there that they weren't serving hot donuts. They did nothing to compensate us and didn't even so much offer up an apology for the misinformation.
