Good location! Right off the freeway. Clean and large atmosphere with friendly employees. Tried the three new poptart donuts. The chocolate fudge one was really good - perfect for a chocolate lover. The strawberry one was filled with a poptart strawberry filling that was delicious. The texture on top was a wonderful addition. I didn't care too much about the cinnamon one. It just was okay and very basic. The donuts themselves were soft but I wish they were softer. We came at 11:15am and they didn't taste super fresh or like they were made that morning. I love Krispy Kreme, but every time we go to get donuts they don't have what we want in stock. (Custard filled and any limited edition boxes.) I never go too late, usually around 4-6 PM since I have a day job, and am always disappointed in the selection for the afternoon/evening crowd. I wanted the very best for my club activity so of course Krispy Kreme came to mind. This was my first online order experience with them. The site was simple to use and I had all I needed ordered and ready for delivery the next morning. They have a place for delivery instructions and I took full advantage of this and explained exactly where to park and how to walk through the open gate and come to the back. I knew I would be busy so this would make one less thing I had to worry about. When delivery time arrived, I got a text message asking me to come out to the street to receive the order. Why did I leave detailed instructions for deliver if I have to come out to the street and get them? I remember years and years ago when this location opened. I had never heard of Krispy Kreme before, so I was skeptical about all the hype. People were lining up around the building waiting for their chance to buy some of the donut-y goodness. I thought they were nuts. Then I tried them. I was convinced. Fast forward several years, I am all too familiar with Krispy Kreme. While I don't usually visit this location (there's another one closer to my home), occasion had it that I was nearby and had the craving. I visited via the lobby and saw that it was spotless. The display of donuts was plentiful and attractive, and I was excited to dive in. My only complaint was the size of the glazed donut. It seemed smaller than I remember. Maybe still call ahead for this place if you see the hot doughnut sign on... They keep putting the "Hot Doughnut" sign on when in reality they'll be "ready in 30 mins", or you're given cold doughnuts in the drive through. I do keep falling for it though lol. 5 stars for marketing! read more

No doubt the best donuts I've had. The only downside is that the donuts seem to be getting smaller, and the lines are always crazy long at Krispy Kreme. With no in-store ordering during COVID, you could be waiting from 10-45 mins in your car for your donuts. read more

My daughter and I saw the ad on Instagram for their doggie donuts, so we decided to go get one for our sweet pup pup and we each got a donut too. (The dog donuts were not on their drive thru order menu). When we got up to the window to pay, the woman said it was $20.97. I questioned her why it was so much for 3 donuts and she said the dog donuts were sold in boxes of 6, and were $14.99. I asked if you could buy them individually and she said, "They are $15 for the box. You either want them or you don't!" She said it in the rudest way. This location has lost a customer for life. Yesterday for Father's Day I ordered two dozen donuts and some milk to enjoy with the donuts. They offer free delivery so I took advantage of that and left a substantial tip for the driver. Well, he dropped off the donuts to the hotel. And left them on the floor outside my door. A dirty, high traffic floor in a hotel. And no milk. Krispy Kreme doesn't answer the phone calls. I tried contacting customer service through email to no avail. And DoorDash refuses to do anything about it either. The donuts were good, they would have been better with milk. The main reason I enjoy this Krispy Kreme is that my late grandfather used to take us each time we'd drive down past Provo with him. I remember the excitement of seeing the red "HOT NOW" sign and knowing we were in for a delicious treat and a fun experience watching the conveyor belts making the donuts. I brought my kids for the first time today and it took me back! They still have the fun baker hats to give to the kids for the full experience. The donuts were tasty but the service was mediocre. Seemed understaffed and those that were there didn't even seem happy to help. Hope it was just a bad day. My kids and I got to this store location here at 9:40pm because we just want some donuts and they locked the doors already not knowing it says on Google they are open til 10:00pm and their hours on the door say "mon-sat 10:00pm".......please know your stores hours or correct the time on your website and the sticker on the door. Their hot and ready sign was on but our glazed donuts were nowhere close to hot and fresh. 3. The assortment price for a dozen is way too high. Me and my family absolutely love Krispy Kreme's donuts. They're cheap and delicious. But we ordered 250 mini donuts for my nieces wedding reception and things didn't go so well. Me and my family went to go pick it up and when I showed the receipt to the person working there, they said someone already came to pick it up. We already paid for the donuts so we asked questions and asked to speak to the manager, but even with our efforts we we're showed out with no refund or a single donut. I mean, they can see the name on the order and just say that they're someone else, and get away with it! People can see the entire order, that someone else paid for, and can walk away with donuts without anyone checking if this person actually paid!
