Stopped by and ordered a dozen and a half donuts. The receipt is what I asked for but that isn't what I got. They gave me a dozen plain glazed when I only ordered eight and the rest were assorted. I don't understand why that happened seeing as I was their only customer and they had more than four people working. Honestly I was extremely disappointed with this location. The only time I go to Krispy Kreme is when the hot and ready sign is on, and this morning we went when the sign was on and none of the donuts (out of the 12 we ordered) were anywhere near hot or even fresh. We also waited in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes (one 1 car ahead of us) just to get 12 stale donuts. read more

I came here in the day they offered a dozen for a dollar if you bought another dozen.... I waited 45 min and they said sorry our machine broke and the glazed is out. Refused to give me another deal or even care. They said "sorry, dude"... ok... so what? I wait 45 min and you don't offer another deal? I'm a business owner myself and know FOR A FACT that you can tell me another option for waiting 45 min. Ya, bad management and won't ever be back. Sad cause I had lots of childhood memories. I was extremely disappointed. All of the staff was very rude to me for no reason. I came there just wanting to get doughnuts, I asked a couple questions and they were super rude when I asked questions. Like ok, I don't come here everyday. Give me a break. They refused to give me the hot doughnuts, when the sign was on. I was so over them and their attitudes, so I just left with my dozen. I assumed they would be good enough to at least get my order right, so silly me, I didn't check the box before I left. Very frustrated with our experience that just happened 10 min ago. Finally convinced my wifey to get Krispy Kreme and we order our favorite sour kreme glazed and they were all out, both chocolate and and regular. We understood its late 945 pm and that we were too late for our favorites. That's fine. So we try multiple different donuts and the guy and lady were very not friendly and long story short we get home and open up our box and there wasnt one correct donut! I am very upset! I drove an hour to get some donuts for my friends and literally right when I arrived the management put up a "closed for one hour" sign at 1pm in the afternoon. I called the store and asked if I could come in and get some donuts before it was "closed" for NO REASON! I am very frustrated and upset! Please do not support this behavior. I go to Krispy kream every morning to pick up 4-6 dozen donuts to take to my customers at work, almost more than half the time their machine is broken and I'm forced to spend more money on an assorted dozen cause I can't get regular glazed, I do go here cause the way my work does it makes it a little cheaper to get as many as we have to get which we wouldn't get at any other bakery. Today I kinda had it I asked for some of their special Valentine's Day ones and specifically asked for the cream filled ones that I also paid extra for, I got them to where they were supposed to go and my clients were super disappointed because they weren't cream filled at all... they also got my order of other donuts wrong i paid for two assorted and two glazed and they gave me 3 dozen glazed and 1 dozen assorted... yes I do think these donuts are extremely good and so do my clients but the service is pretty bad always getting orders wrong it's kinda frustrating that I always have to double check my orders and paying extra for the special cream filled ones that are not actually cream filled read more

My heart is broken. I have loved coming in when the hot light is on.... I remember when they used to just give out hot donuts. Then they changed it to buy one get one free hot donut, which I was fine with because seriously, hit glazed Krispy Kreme donuts are heaven. But today I came in when they hot lighthouse was on to purchase a donut and get one free (because let's be real, one just isn't enough) and the girl working informed me that they no longer offer the second hot donut. I was so sad. Because that's like what makes Krispy Kreme Krispy Kreme! The hot light is the thing that really sets you apart!! Plus I see so many donuts go to wast there!! Anyways. It was Sunday, around 7:00pm, it was just me and my boyfriend. He went to sit down so I stayed in line to order. Made eye contact and said hello to the employee that was suppose to help me, he just ignored and went to the register. I brushed this off because not everyone is going to be happy %100 of the time. After a good few minutes a blond woman came in, cut me in line, and they employee went to her every beck and call. There was another employees managing the doughnuts, he saw everything and I looked at him for help, he looked away and scoffed at me. I know it's just a doughnut but sometimes it's just the little pleasures that make things bearable for another day. I know I'm not pretty or skinny but I am nice because there's no use in being mean to a complete stranger. I have two jobs, a immobile mother who can't work, and brothers who just don't care. Just got done talking to a friend from cutting herself anymore and came from the grandparents who are forgetting my name. I know it's just a doughnut, I know it's petty to get this upset, but I'm just human like anyone else who has demons and just wants that simple little thing to make my day a little less sh****. read more

The absolute WORST doughnuts I have ever eaten! I have been here about 5 times since they opened and every time they have been thrown in the trash because they are Horrible! They are always stale and nasty! The only ones worth trying are the glazed because they make them fresh throughout the day, but even those are not very good. The no name brand doughnuts you get at gas stations are better than these. I honestly do not know how this place stays in business. read more

We used to go to KK when we lived in Washington state. I had never been in there and not been able to order the original. I went to KK last month.they weren't busy. And the employees didnt even notice me as I stood and watched them pot their fingers into the frosting and fling it. When they saw me,they acted like 5 year olds,pretending nothing happened.while 1 helped me,the other 3 were finding other things to throw. I asked for the original,she said,they were completely out. I asked for a maple bar,they were out! FIRST TIME IN 6 years of KK,they had never been without them. I went last night walking home with my daughter. I recognized 2 from my previous visit. This time,there were no original,key lime and creme filled. Hmmmm,second time EVER! She said they were supposed to have started a new batch an hour ago,but no one wanted to make them! She apologized,but it was easy to tell she wasnt sorry about anything! Hope you read this kK. u should keep an eye on some of your staff. read more
