They start at midnight and by 9 am when they run out of donuts they go home. And that part is so charming. We love Fluffy Fresh, and I will sing their praises forever.

She acted like she didn't want us there at all--short, dismissive, and just overall unpleasant from the moment we walked up. There's no excuse for treating customers, especially kids, that way. On top of the terrible service, we bought only three donuts and the total came to $17. I understand pricing isn't the employee's fault, but combined with the rude attitude it made the whole visit feel like a complete waste. Not coming back.

I ended up stopping in here two days in a row. Now, I haven't actually tried any of their pastries,…read morebut I absolutely adore their drinks. Maybe I'm not the creative type, but in this world of iced coffee and tea.... I truly never thought to try an iced London Fog. It is delicious. I've also had their iced Matcha Agave. So very good. They aren't cheap, that's for sure, and given how much the ingredients must cost.... I have to say I think they're overpriced. Delicious, but overpriced. It means that instead of getting one every day- and I absolutely could drink at least one a day- I'll get one once a week, and start making my own at home. The one complaint I have about their drinks is this: coffee seeps into EVERYTHING, even the glass bottles they use. I could smell coffee whenever I took a sip of my Matcha today, and it was an unpleasant thing, rather off putting. They ought to adopt the practice of using some jars for coffee and some for ONLY non coffee beverages, to avoid that. The shop itself is pretty cool- not a TON of seating, but huge bookshelves filled with books that customers can just take and return. Everyone I've run into has been friendly, and I've noticed the times that I've been there that even with no customers in the shop, they seem to keep themselves busy rather than looking at their phones. So.... Altogether pretty great so far with the exception of the residual coffee small and high prices.
