I could deal with that, but when I ordered a simple medium sugar free vanilla latte for myself and a small coffee drink for my daughter the bill was $20! I got the receipt after that and noticed I was upcharged for everything. Coconut milk (I can't drink cow's milk) was almost $2 more. The sugar free Torani syrup was almost a dollar extra! Torani online costs EXACTLY the same with or without sugar. Then a 3% up charge for using my card. None of these up charges were told to me. Suddenly a $20 bill for not much. I won't be back.

I also want to give a shout out to Max and Sydney. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming. I wasn't sure what toppings or dipping sauce were used in the photo I saw, but Sydney knew exactly what I was talking about right away and helped me order it. Thank you, Sydney! The café itself is pretty spacious, very clean, and wasn't too crowded when we visited, which made it a nice place to relax and enjoy our dessert. Overall, we had a great first experience and will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I have both tried giving this location multiple chances, but unfortunately, the…read moreservice is consistently the same. It also seems to be the same six employees working every time we go. I usually mobile order my drinks, and they are almost never ready by the time the app says they will be. Instead, they often aren't even started until I arrive. On top of that, I always have to stand in the regular line just to pick up my mobile order. This is the only location I've been to that consistently makes customers with mobile orders wait in line instead of simply being able to walk in and grab their order. A couple of days ago, I was told by an employee that my drink was being made, only to stand there for another five minutes while no one actually made it. Another employee eventually asked if I had been helped and said, "I'll make it now." At that point, I was pretty confused about what had been happening. There is also frequently no one at the register. I've seen a line form with multiple customers waiting while no one is taking orders, and this has happened on more than one occasion. Honestly, it doesn't seem like there is much direction or organization among the staff. It feels like everyone is just being told to "make drinks," but sometimes they appear to be making more drinks than there are customers in the drive-thru or inside the shop. We have officially decided to stop going to this location, which is honestly sad because we live nearby and would much rather come here for the convenience, especially when we're heading out of the house. We've given this location plenty of chances, but the consistently poor service, long waits, and lack of organization have made it not worth the frustration anymore.
