The drive-thru is a more efficient and better option in terms of service experience, but can limit your order since you cannot see their available doughnut assortment. I'm not sure if it's just the location or me but the doughnuts were ok today, dots included. The iced vanilla latte was decent in flavor but a bit too sweet for me and the frozen caramel specialty latte was "not bad" - in the words of my husband. Milk alternatives are not an option (not sure if that's just online or in store too). * Ask for napkins and have wipes or hand sanitizer on deck. More than half of the employees were sitting down in the lobby doing absolutely nothing, and the manager outside, smoking and doing nothing also with a line at the drive-through. They've got a variety of flavors (i.e. glazed lemon filled, dulce de leche, cinnamon bun, chocolate iced cake). BUT their ORIGINAL GLAZED are boss. Some Krispy Kreme's hold mini doughnuts as well. They are too cute, bite sized, and perfect if you want to try more flavors. Most locations (including this one) sell coffee, milk, milkshakes, and smoothies. The line (when there is one) moves fairly quickly at most of the Krispy Kremes I've been to. At this location, we were served promptly and with a big smile. All of the coworkers were very respectful amongst one another and really seemed to work together as a team. If I had to choose between a Dunkin' Donut or a Krispy Kreme Doughnut. My personal favorite is the Boston cream only they call it Bavarian Cream there. I also also tried recently their pumpkin spice donuts with the cream cheese in the middle ahhhhhh they are to die for. They have an observatory window were you can actually see the donuts being prepared along an assembly line. A modern upscale dinning room with a lounge area, WIFI and high back bar stole type chairs. This Krispy Kreme is truly great! The majority of the time I've gone in the "hot light" is on and they are making fresh donuts. I love watching them make the donuts on the conveyor belt from the window next to it. You really get to see exactly how they make them! The cashier was very nice and attentive. She did ask every single person, "what can I get you in your dozen?" but I understand it's something she has to ask. Clever way of asking, too! I had 2 chocolate covered with sprinkles and they were very warm. I could tell they were just made. I was only inside for about 3-4 minutes. They were so quick! They recently did renovations but are now open once again. On this visit we went through the drive-thru. Glazed donuts are 99cents while others like strawberry or chocolate are 1.09ish. We ended up getting two glazed and one chocolote\strawberry with sprinkles. The employees were great and service was very fast. We only had to wait maybe two minutes! The strawberry icing is to die for, I will probably get one every time I come back that's how much I loved it. Chocolate was also very good but the strawberry was better.
