Went to grab some ice coffees today with my husband. They had a lot of different fun flavored syrups. I chose the s'mores. Our total was $18.76 dang! For 2 iced coffees at DD? We decided to go somewhere else. It was almost $5 less at the next spot. Almost $20 for 2 iced coffees? I can't do it. The service was good though, the cashier/barista listed all the flavors for us. This place is the absolute WORST Dunkin for speed, accuracy and anything pertaining to a drive through. Orders are consistently wrong, the staff can't get orders right, the manager can't get orders right even after repeating multiple times, the drive through can't handle more than 1 car at a time because they don't know how to multitask. You'll be waiting at the speaker and they will tell you to hold and then a minute later the manager comes on and gives a detailed excuse on how there are multiple cars with big orders EVERY SINGLE TIME and that he only has a few staff working, yet when you drive around there is no one at the window ahead of you so what's the deal? Why can't this Dunkin get things right and be able to handle more than 1 person at a time, it's ridiculous. I'd say shut this location down as its garbage or hire competent people that can do the job. I'd be livid if I was a franchise owner and watched this place crumble like it is. read more

My work has me here every Tuesday so it is super convenient to stop in and grab breakfast before hitting the road again. This location is by far one of the best Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to! Super clean inside and the decor looks nice and functions well. I love that like every Dunkin they have a tip jar! I always tip at least a dollar! The employees are always friendly and nice to me and the customer service is fast! The donuts are always fresh and the wraps are hot! I live in Yorktown and the two Dunkin Donuts there need so much help that when you finally find one that works you are very appreciative! read more

Mobile ordered a breakfast sandwich & iced coffee and this is what I received. My coffee was perfect, but my sandwich, which was SUPPOSED to be a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel came out like this. They informed me they were out of bacon, okay cool I'll have sausage instead, no biggie. Then they hand me this, on a plain bagel, half an egg, cheese burnt to a crisp and bagel hard as a rock. Completely inedible. I get it might have been busy, or even understaffed, but I don't think there's an excuse for this. After close to two dozen visits I have to give credit where credit is due. The team working here is fast, efficient, and always friendly. There usually isn't a huge line but when there are cars lined up, it moves fast and the customer service doesn't suffer. Of course there are hiccups here and there but that can be easily excused with their exceptional service. An example was when I was in the drive thru with my pup on my lap and they offered him a puppuccino (a small cup of whipped cream topped with a munchkin) free of charge! Let us first start with my morning coffee! I'm a HUGE coffee drinker this leading to my reason on stopping by for just that. My father and I enter the location and not only were we not greeted but there was only one employee "working". She was very hard of hearing (we had to repeat our to her several times) which was very strange to us. After finally correcting the order she got it right by the third time. Both my father and I are point earners with Dunkin' Donuts so we were a little upset that the young lady didn't offer to complete our payment via App. Pushing past that after 5mins waiting in the lobby it seems that the manager may have been busy in the back but she come out to help. Now, just a disclaimer I'm a vegetarian (NO MEAT) and I was ALMOST Certain that what I ordered was a vegetarian option so to not only see the "manager" place bacon on the vegetarian selection but to then see her try and just remove it as if it wasn't just COOKED ON TOP OF MY VEGETARIAN FOOD WAS simply disappointing, distasteful, and disrespectful. If I could give this 0 stars I would. This is possibly the worst establishment I've been to in my lifetime. I have been to this location 3 times. The first time was the drive thru. We waited about 20 minutes before anyone helped us. We then ordered only to wait another 20 minutes for the food and drinks despite us being the only customers. The second time I went I decided to go inside to see if I could have better luck. Again there were no other customers besides myself and a family. The 3 employees inside were blaring music and not working at all. When we came to the counter they said they were busy and to come back later so we all left. The final time was today. I decided to do doordash so I wouldn't have to deal with this people myself. My dasher waited at Dunkin for over an hour before receiving my food. When it got here, both drinks I ordered were filled halfway, and completely wrong. Both orders of hash browns were missing and the sandwiches were completely wrong as well. Dunkin corporate, you really need to sort out this location because it is completely embarrassing how terrible it is. Anyone reading this, just go to Starbucks or something and save yourself the trouble. read more

This place needs sone work. They never have any products whether you go at 8am or 2pm. Their staff is nice, just very slow. At one point their coolatta machine was "broke" for months, as I went there many times throughout that period and they always claimed it was broken. This is the absolute worst location Dunkin' I've ever encountered. Several visits and nothing has changed. Always understaffed and slow, people want to grab their coffee and head to work, not wait 23 minutes FOR A COFFEE. The staff is not consistent and the coffee prep area is not something I would consider sanitary. The spoon that's used to mix everyone's cream and sugar sits on the counter where money gets placed and then dipped into customers coffee without any cleaning. Gnats and flies all over the doughnut case and employees making breakfast sandwiches with bare hands after touching money. I would advise looking elsewhere for coffee/doughnuts. read more

Took my son in to order him breakfast and there was only one other person inside that had already placed their order. The girl at the counter is irritated that she has to take our order because she is training and wants us to hurry up so she can get back to what she was doing. Then we walk over to where we wait for a hash brown that we ordered. The guy was getting ready to hand them to us when another girl grabs the bag from him and he says, it's for them and points at us. The kids here are great. I go here about 2-3 times per week. I've learned that the donuts sell out fast. The best time to get the selection you want is early morning. The drinks are always great, the iced coffee is definitely better than Starbucks. I wish they made more French Crullers (sp?) because I miss out on them almost every time. This place is literally right in front of my house, so it's a very close and convenient choice for a coffee addict like myself. I have no complaints when it comes to the quality of the brand or the product, however, they can't seem to hold on to workers long at all and that results in most of the time waiting twice as last mg because they have not been fully trained yet. I really don't understand some of the hate that this specific location gets. Most of the employees I have interactions with are friendly and polite. None of them have been rude. The only reason why I didn't give them a 5 star is yes sometimes you do have to wait awhile and I have had incidents where they have given me milk instead of almond milk which I have to have because I can't have dairy. But they have always apologized for both incidents. Plus I understand things happen and managing a coffee shop before. That some things are out of your control. read more
