This location of Krispy Kreme is clean and efficient. It's located in the same lot as Dollar Tree, Marshall's, Aldi, etc., so there is plenty of parking. I wanted to try the limited edition Italy flavors, and they had everything. I was even able to use my coupon on these! This location is also closer to me than the Paramus one so I will continue going here whenever I need to pick up some donuts. read more

After a weekend lunch, we head over to KK to get some donuts. The store was beautifully prepared for Easter. There was an Easter bunny at the entrance. Some decorative eggs were on the side. They had the famous KK paper hat stacked on the table for customers to take. The store in general was very clean and tidy. They had lots donuts flavors on display. We got the cake batter, chocolate glazed with sprinkles and the Oreo cookie cream. The associate was friendly, got our order packed in few minutes. The donuts were soft and sweet. This is my go to for Krispy kreme and on Sundays, they do a special of buy a dozen, get a dozen of glazed for a discounted price ($2 right now). Ended up getting some Halloween themed donuts, split into two boxes of six in which they do charge a .50 cent box fee. It's fine by me and I got another dozen of glazed since that happens to be one of our favorites anyways. Never did me wrong at this location and they're fast too. I've gone a few times within the past 3 years and its always so adorable to visit the bear! Their mascot sits in the front on display to taje pictures with! Their doughnuts ofc are fresh, delicious and so creative with the new flavors! I have theur hot coffee from time to time, also good! Can't go wrong stopping by Krispy Kreme to satisfy that sweet tooth and donut craving!! The staff is super friendly and really patient with allowing you to browse their massive variety of flavors. We got offered a deal for 2 dozen donuts (1 dozen glazed & 1 dozen variety) for less than $20 which is a super steal in my opinion so we definitely took advantage. Only thing holding this place back from 5 stars is that getting in and out of the lot can sometimes be a nightmare depending on how much traffic is going through. Drove through on Veteran's Day for the free doughnut and coffee deal. The deal included any doughnut, even specialty, and any coffee. We got the blueberry crumble doughnut and a vanilla iced coffee. This place is dangerous. My first time in a Krispy Creme establishment and it was an out of body experience. The shop is clean, has a nice display with the name of each donut, and a friendly staff member who will help you make your selection(s). They have a large selection of donuts and the box that they provide is colorful and allows the customer to view their donuts while carrying the box. The customer service is unmatched (everybody is literally in the best mood and seems to really love their job) and work quickly to fill orders no matter the time of the day. I have been here multiple times! Totally worth the wait if you have a coupon lol! They recently opened up here, and I've gone about 6 or 7 times. The wait is always crazy!!!!!!!! 20 minutes to half hour in either the drive through or walk in. I attempted to use the mobile ordering once, but they messed everything up so bad, I will never use the app again! Also the app only does glazed, nothing else! In our recent trip we had a coupon for $13 2 dozen! 1 dozen glazed and 1 dozen mixed. I also got an Oreo, it was super grainy! Would not recommend getting again! I have also noticed that the fillings are starting to get smaller and smaller.... I used to get almost edge to edge filling... but now if they fill it half way that's a lot! Maybe they are cutting back due to covid, but I doubt that they are hurting! Every time that my wife or I pass by the line is 30 cars deep, and there is a line to get into their parking lot as well... All in all, it is very clean inside! My visit to Krispy Kreme was great. I was out running a few errands and since this place opened up the lines have been crazy long, when I saw the line shorter than usual I went for it! I probably spent about 5 minutes in line, it moves quick. When I pulled up the workers were really really friendly, which is so great because I know they're still newer and always busy. Good for them for keeping up their stamina and personality towards customers. I ordered 3 dozen to give away to family and friends. Everything was delicious. I didn't have very complicated orders but still, they got everything completely correct. It was great. My favorite will always be a regular glazed, just too good to pass up. My favorite thing about these donuts is that they really are just as good the next day. I definitely suggest getting in the drive thru line if you see it a little shorter. However, keep in mind there aren't many locations of KK in New Jersey, and with the covid situation currently going on many don't want to get out of their car. Hence the long drive through line, even I waited 45 minutes one Monday morning around 6:30 am. I have heard that if you go into the store the wait is shorter. We were so excited to find out that there was a Krispy Kreme less than 5 minutes from our hotel. My partner loves them, lives abroad, and only gets to enjoy them when he visits the US (specifically somewhere that has them,) so he hardly gets them nevermind gets them hot. I downloaded the app but didn't check that the hot light was on before we headed over because it was 8am on a weekday and we'd just assumed we'd get lucky because we were sure it would be busy. Unfortunately, our timing wasn't as good as we'd expected. No hot light, which, fine, it happens. We asked the cashier if he could check if any were hot. He seemed generally apathetic. He took his time taking a drive through order before slowly strolling over to the conveyer line. He bagged our donuts and then came back and told us they weren't hot and there was nothing he could do - felt like he could've checked if we still wanted them, or just been more courteous/apologetic I guess? We also got a box for later for my family and asked him for a bag and he didn't have one - again, out of his control perhaps, but he just seemed blase about everything and he couldn't be bothered to give us good service. Ok, so if you like the more involved donuts like Boston cream and such, then Dunkin' is your chain. Why the 5-stars for Krispy then? Their plain glazed donuts are to die for. I suspect that they put cocaine or something in them, because they are highly, highly addictive. It is entirely too easy to eat entirely too many in one sitting, as they are both delicious and light. Once again, my suggestion is NOT to approach this with your usual Dunkin order of donuts. My opinion, for whatever it's worth, is that you'll be disappointed then. This is a good Krispy Kreme location. Right on the highway with a view of the empire state building from the parking lot. They have good service and good always fresh donuts. They have a maximum of six people in the store and masks are mandatory so you could tell they care about Covid protocol. All the workers were Wearing mask which made me feel safe. There is a fun view of the workers making the donuts while you wait on line. They have this long conveyor belt where they drop the donuts into the oil and they cool off. So fun! Donuts were consistent with what I would expect from the store which are pretty good. If you've never had a Krispy Kreme in your life you got to try one. I've been wanting to try them at this new location and we finally made it today! The line was crazy long. I want to say we waited at least a 1/2 hour on the drive-thru line and maybe a tiny bit longer. Ordered a dozen mixed - mostly glazed, a couple chocolate frosted, and glazed chocolate filled with cream which was mine and was absolutely delicious(Boston cream:).
