I came by here because the re-released the biscoff lineup. My wife and I both love anything that has to do with cookie butter. They have 3 new cookie butter donuts, a basic ring with cookie butter icing, a chocolate iced ring with cookie butter frosting piped on and cookie butter cookies crushed up, and lastly a cookie butter filled donut with cookie butter icing and crushed up biscoff cookies. I went through the drive thru and was greeted promptly. The worker was friendly and patient with my order. My one issue is that there was not a lot of filling in either of my filled donuts, mainly the raspberry filled. read more

I enjoy the coffee drinks I've had here and the donuts. My favorites are the chocolate iced- glazed donuts. I also like to get one of those silly paper hats and pretend I work there. (Not really. The staff don't even wear the hats, themselves.) In my opinion, the "hot donuts" are sort of overrated as they become gummy when you bite into them when they're hot. I once got a free dozen due to an error on one of the machines one night, that was awesome. They also sometimes give out free donuts to those in costume on Halloween and if you perform musical numbers during special promotions. My biggest complaint really isn't to do with the place itself, it's the spectacle of the opening day many moons ago. There was a huge, badly choreographed dance party in front of the store and it was one the most embarrassing things I've ever witnessed. They needed police out there to keep order, not that it helped at all. Other than that, I like it but I don't go as often as I'd like for obvious reasons. I ordered via mobile app. When I arrived the order was not there for pickup, apparently someone took my order and I was refused a refund initially. We will NEVER return to this store ever again. We went to this donut shop this morning, KKDs has always been a favorite of my family but this one really needs some training for the employees. My wife stood in line for over ten minutes while one of the employees argued with her manager in front of all the customers. Let's start with the fact that I'm a big fan of GREAT customer service. Just, genuine, nice, "here's a little on us" service. So here's the breakdown. Location: Located on a busy street, but easy to access, roll into and grab a donut. This location has a convenient drive-through and large seating area. The seating area is clean, almost impeccable clean, the tables have little hats waiting for you, and the staff - well there are LOTS of them. This location is very well staffed, with a 'greet and help immediately' attitude, so you don't feel as though you aren't being taken care of. Customer Service - As mentioned before, when I walked in I was greeted immediately. One staffer greeted me, another grabbed my donut, another grabbed my coffee and (not kidding) another one checked me out. I had four different staffers, working as a team to greet, treat and check me out. Then as I sit and utilize the FREE wi-fi, they also bring me free samples of their slushies.
