Lol So it led me to a line. I was glad to wait in order to get a fresh baked cinnamon roll. I haven't had Cinabon cinnamon rolls in years, and am so happy they still use cream cheese frosting! If it was just sugar frosting I would have just walked away. Anyhow...got my self one with extra cream cheese frosting. They are nice and big, as well as moist and a lot of cinnamon inside. I'm here every year for my complimentary Birthday cold brew. Sometimes I'm here for a warm delicious cinnamon roll (not the minis). Mostly good experiences except the occasional very long, slow moving line. This year I was disappointed to discover that only one reward can be redeemed a day. Since it's dark after work, and the mall closes early I'm only here on weekends and days off Fall through winter. I absolutely love cinnamon rolls from Cinnabon and have since I was very young but I can't help but notice the lack of frosting on the cinnamon rolls nowadays. As we walked up to the counter, the cinnamon rolls barely had any frosting on them. Most had frosting in the very center of the roll which made the outside of the roll look extremely dry and unappetizing. It seems like as the years go on, the less frosting they add to their rolls which prompts you to buy extra frosting for almost a dollar per frosting. I asked the lady working there to select the roll with the most frosting and I still had to purchase two extra frostings to ensure I get that taste that I remember. It could have possibly been just the staff rushing to put cinnamon rolls out for display but either way, I hope they add more frosting to their rolls so that people can enjoy them as is versus needing to spend more on frosting. read more

I haven't had Cinnabon in a few years. So i was excited to get a nice delicious roll for my late night food rendezvous!! Lol... Well it didn't go as planned. The cashier forgot to put my extra frosting into bag. That changed the game. My bun was as dry as a popeyes biscuit... Lol. So i had to make my own frosting at home... It just wasn't the same. It also lacked flavor. They used to be so good years ago. Maybe it was an off day. But me and my tastebuds have a good relationship and they'd never lie. I was eating dough with no taste. My wife and I went here on Saturday and both received stale cinnabons, I haven't had one in years before we went on vacation and we made the same purchase at the Cinnabon in the Florida Mall on Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando and let me tell you those were the softest most fresh tasting pastries I ever had in my life( seriously)! Very dry overall, I threw up the cinnamon insides when I got home and ended up with pretty bad food poisoning overall. The service was amazing at that location so I'm not mad at the employees there for that. It's in the middle of a mall so there's no ambiance to speak of unless you consider mall shoppers as ambiance. read more

I haven't had a cinnabon in years! The small kiosk is right across from old navy. Staff was friendly and service was fast. I didn't realize they had so many Cinnabon options. I had the regular sized cinnabon, my kid had the mini and my husband had the center of the bun- I didn't even know that was a thing! They have a few clean tables behind their kiosk so you can enjoy your warm, perfectly sweet, melt in your mouth cinnabon! I only ate half, it tastes just as great the next day! It's a big kiosk in the wing where Barnes & Noble is. Had the Classic today and a Vanilla Iced Coffee. So delicious and gooey, and each bite just got better as I got closer to the center. My only wish was that she add more icing to mine. Icing drippings from the pan anyway. Maybe I should have just asked. I will next time. The beloved cinnabon has returned to the 757!! What can i say, they are a good size kiosk capable of shelling out fresh buns every 5-10 minutes. You can preorder boxes as they only make a limited amount per day and sell out fast. Cant wait to come back for some more warm glazed classics and to try there pecan buns. read more

I attempted to use a coupon that the corporate office sent me via email and the staff there stated they would not honor the coupon and said the only place that could would be the location at the Oceanfront (which was closed for the winter). Seems this location will gladly take your money but conveniently can't honor any coupons. While I love Cinnabon, this location will never get my money again. read more

OMG! I haven't had a real Cinnabon in like 10 years! Imagine my astonishment when I walked through the halls of Lynnhaven Mall. The smell is intoxicating. I ordered 2 packs of minis with 4 in each. The wait was a little lengthy for a small mall spot but it's worth the wait. I'm a fan of the loaded bons with pecans. They also introduced the minis. The price for these are what you would find at most big restaurants. I'm a huge fanatic of cinnamon rolls, everywhere i go the fat kid in me screams for one. I was beyond thrilled and excited when I found out Cinnabon was making their return back to Hampton Roads. Doesn't matter why they left some years ago but I'm happy they're back now, and at my favorite mall nonetheless! Their kiosk perfectly located by the mall entrance the Dick's/Barnes & Noble wing. Once you walk in the mall the smell of sweet Cinnabon buns hit you in the face and maybe I speak for myself but I always instantly start salivating. If I was a dog I'd definitely be wagging my happy tail! At the kiosk you can watch them make Cinnabons and even sit at the little side counter to enjoy your treat. If you've never had a Cinnabon, well stop what you're doing and head over to the mall and start living!! I personally recommend their classic. It's big, it's warm, it's gooey, it's pretty much heaven!!!! And the ultimate best part of any Cinnabon big or small is the center. I used to save that for last but nowadays I dig right into it and devour it. Why? Because I kid you not, someone around me always asked for that last bite but not anymore. Hubs had never experienced the awesomeness that is a Cinnabon cinnamon roll and I hadn't had one since the MacArthur Mall location closed a few years back.
