While there's promise that a Krispy Kreme is supposed to open in my neighborhood, in the meantime I drive 20 min to this Krispy Kreme location to address the cravings. While I usually like to support small business, Krispy Kreme has that unique recipe that's difficult to easily sub. I also like that they have super long hours, constantly are making donuts so they're always fresh, and have such fun seasonal donuts (the thanksgiving turkey donuts were so adorable and the valentine's day ones are fun too)! I also like that they support good causes like when they offered donuts for folks that are vaccinated and recently gave out a dozen donuts for people that donated blood. read more

I came here to pick up some donuts in the store. The store is clean and smell soooooo good! The clerk is friendly and helpful and I got my dozen glazed donuts within a few minutes and they are warm and fluffy. Best tasting donuts!!! read more

Just stick with their original donuts and you're good. The seasonal ones are cute to photograph with but too much icing. Do not order the donut holes~ they will well you cake holes which are disgusting and we tried to exchange the cake holes for actual donut holes and or get a refund telling them that we specifically ordered the donut holes and not cake holes and they said oh yeah we only have cake holes here no donut holes, sorry.. because of this poor customer service I have to take away three stars. That is no way to operate a business and take advantage of people. Disgusting lack of morals and ethics. read more

Used my birthday freebies for a dozen and also ordered a hot chocolate in the drivethru this morning around 9am.The customer service at the window was VERY unprofessional and rushed when they were not busy at all. The young lady must have had a bad day as she took the order inccorectly than had the audacity to blame me. She slammed the window three times and even gave a childlike tantrum as I stayed quiet and let her talk to my friend. Rule number one is to repeat the order and apparently make sure you can count as K.K. refused to give me my refund and all my correct change. Then when it was brought to her attention that the whole refund was off she gave attitude and said,"I gave you back all your change!"I had to let the manager know as she ended up taking over and I would give a name for the drive thru short brunnete girl but I didn't get a receipt. Only attitude and horrible customer service. Won't be back anytime soon as this really put a sour note on my birthday surprise. read more

Amazing place i love co.ing here once every 4 months because I wanna stay thin but I do so love the sugar and these donuts are the best in California fresh you can tell by my pictures that they male them fresh every couple hours the only thing is they stopped carrying creme filled donuts few weeks ago and im so mad I love love creme so today I had chocolate outside but creme filled and it hit the spot so I do love this location easy parking and drive through right next to freeway read more

The worst customer service. There were too many customers in store waiting in line, and one of the employees motioned like pushing us back and said you guys have to get out. Get out? Are we dogs? I can't believe employees would talk to customers like that, I understand if it's been a rough day, but how do you not know to use the proper words? Honestly all the employees look like they would rather be somewhere else. Negative star. These donuts are overhyped anyway. read more

I ignored the reviews and went to this location since it was closer on my way, though not much. Next time I'll drive a few extra minutes. First off, one of the other reviews had mentioned "hot doughnuts now" sign and saying theirs weren't hot or fresh and the sign was to get you in. In the drive through I noticed the "hot now" portion was turned off and it just said "doughnuts". I thought it strange but had already ordered. I had also ordered an Oreo freezer (I believe that was the name) with no whip. She asked if I wanted with coffee or without, I had said without. I pulled up to the window and asked if they took Apple Pay since I had some extra cash on my balance I wanted to use. She seemed annoyed and said "I guess we can try but...card is preferred" so I went with the card for ease and to not hold up the line. I got handed the dozen glazed treats me and the family were excited for, and the box was far from warm. Then was handed the Oreo drink with whip cream. I'm not a big complainer so figured it was whatever, I'll throw it off. Pulling out to the street I grabbed one of the doughnuts to find it wasn't just "not warm" but was cold. Like in the fridge or in front of an AC cold. Again, it's whatever, I have a microwave. Then took a drink and sure enough, tasted like there was coffee in it. It was quick, decently priced and I got the doughnuts (which are still good). But the temp and the wrong drink order was kind of a buzzkill. I'll go again, just probably not to this location. read more

I frequent this location and today I got there a little before 840 craving a fresh hot glazed donut. Hot light shining bright I order 4 hot glazed and some other items. Get to the window and my donuts are cold. I seen the mini glaze on the conveyor nice and hot and asked if I can switch out three for some hot minis. She reluctantly agreed I got some mini glazed, hoping they were hot and drove off, but once I open the box, I quickly realized I wasn't the hot donuts I was expecting/promised. I love coming here and specifically Love coming for the hot donuts as I'm sure 90% of us do. It's already disappointing that they changed the hot light hours so I always make sure to go early enough to secure some. I mentioned to the drive-through lady about being under the impression of hot light is until 9 AM for the glaze donuts and she says they're running on a different schedule today which really threw me off because I usually come every Wednesday. Very disappointing, but this won't deter me for trying for some hot glazed next week. read more

I've downloaded the app and placed my order. I ordered dozen of different flavors! My order was ready in about 15 minutes! Quick and easy! Had a nice coffee break with my family. I love me a good donut but krispy kreme is way too sweet. The only reason we get our do uts hete.is.because.the family likes it. I always keep it simple with the original glaze, chocolate glaze or the old fashioned. This time ingot the cinnamon sugar one and it tasted great. It was very soft and fluffy. This was one donut I actually enjoyed from. Here without saying it was too sweet. Their donuts are always fresh and soft. Can't go wrong on the customer service either. I was thinking of going with 3 stars just for the extra sweetness but the service helped bump that up to a 4. read more

The nerve of the MANAGER for rollering her eyes and getting all pissy on Monday, November 19th at noon, because we exited the freeway quickly and walked in expecting hot donuts (thanks to the famous sign turned on!) only to find out they accidentally forgot to turn it off. I get it. Accidents happen. But as soon as an apologetic employee ran to tell her manager it was on, the manager quickly huffed and puffed and made sure we heard, saying, "It was left on! O well! Geez. Turn it off!" Um...ok. An apology would suffice. But the employee was embarrassed enough and put on a smile, making sure we were happy. She gave us free donuts and gave my kids mini sprinkled ones just to see the smiles on their faces. Honestly, this would've been a one star review, but that employee upped it by two stars. read more

We have passed by this location several times and have always noticed a long drive-thru line, until today! I am not much a donut fan, but I have two little monsters and a partner that enjoy the seeet ringlets, so we decided to try the drive-thru Krispy Kreme today. First, there was not a single car in line!!! Crazy! This alone warrants the 5 stars! Second, like I said I'm not much of a donut person so didn't know what to order but the donut-specialist who took our order was very helpful! We opened for the assorted dozen ($10.99) and got 4 glazed, 2 sprinkles, 2 maple bars, 2 jelly stuffed (lemon and raspberry), 2 nutella donuts. How do you resist sugary goodness? I love going inside the establishment and seeing the doughnuts roll down the belts. The glazed doughnuts always comes out warm and fresh. The parking is small but you can always utilize the drive thru. They always have new special doughnuts every month. The workers are extremely friendly and they have a rewards program! read more

If it weren't for the doughnuts, I wouldn't be back. On the last visit, the staff were so rude. The hot light was on & I stood there while this kid thought I was invisible. He gave them out to everyone except me & when I politely asked for one, he still hesitated. When I went to order one doughnut, the lady looked at me as if I was bothering her from looking at her paperwork at the register. RUDE. The place wasn't even busy like it usually is since I went in the evening. I'll always be a Krispy Kreme fan but not at this location. This was the second time I went through the drive through when they had the Hot Now sign on and once in the store so I began to feel the deception when they served me cold doughnuts each time. They seemed to have an excuse each time and when I was in the store I noticed the machines were not operating to produced fresh hot doughnuts and the glazer was not running so it's clear they turn the light on to get you in. read more

Sugar addiction! We went to buy a dozen mixed donuts. The line was really long and the drive thru was really crowded, but when it comes to sweets the wait is always worth it. We took the donuts to go as the place was overcrowded and there were no tables to sit at. Tip- A donut before a workout is always a good pre-workout. read more

This place is nostalgic. However the service isn't like it use to be. The employees always rush you, and there wasn't even a line. We were the only ones in line. Once we picked out our donuts and headed to the resister the lady who rang us up was telling us about the promotion. If you buy a mug you get a box of free donuts. I was interested but the only ones they had left were the ones on display where on display and I wasn't too interested and my mom was iffy and so I had said no. But then right as I handed the lady the money my mom changed her mind and I told her we will take it. And she said "oh sorry I already asked you and you said no and I already finished the transaction." I've worked in retail for over ten years and I damn well know that you can easily void a transaction and make the transaction work. I was pretty upset with the way she was talking to us. On another note their bathrooms don't have running water, which is pretty disgusting because we're in a pandemic. read more

Horrible online service. I placed my order 1.5 hours in advance and I still had to wait over 20 minutes just for an employee to acknowledge that I'm waiting. The regular line goes by even faster, so I suggest just waiting in line. Employees are somewhat rude, and they don't acknowledge the fact that you're there waiting for the pick up order. I got the holiday themed donuts and my order wasn't correct. It was missing a few holiday donuts. read more

Obviously the donuts are amazing here! But customer service is not! Between waiting in line for 1 hour or longer the customer service you receive at the window is horrible. I deleted the app because they rush you so bad that you don't have time to see if your promotions are honored. On New Year's Eve, I called and. Heck on their website. Nothing stated that they were closing early nor that they had special hours. I drove 20 plus minutes to try to get donuts when they were closed. Spoke to Giovani who was very short and some what rude. He told me that there was signs posted in their drive through and that if I had the app it said it there too. REALLY?! I called customer service to complained on their lack of notification and nothing. It's obvious that they must not care about keeping customers happy. read more

Krispy Kreme Burbank for breakfast was quick, simple and cheap. The Mississippi Mud Pie tasted familiar but not like the pie. Can't go wrong with an original donut or coffee either. I got the 2 donuts of choice with beverage special. Great breakfast for an energy high. I'm a bit of a mess, but this breakfast sure balanced me. Woowhee. read more

The manager named Jenny is such a sad excuse to represent Krispy Kreme! She is always so annoyed with the simplest things and she's supposed to be a manager? Her staff is extremely more pleasant. Jenny is so rude to customers and making these huffs and puffs like a teenager for simple questions. She thinks she can get away with things like following and harassing customers even when they left Krispy Kreme property... what kinda of woman, follows a paying customer OFF the location to harass? I LOVE Krispy Kreme. Fast, convenient and cheap. If you live or work in the area then you are lucky. The drive through option is convenient but harder to make decisions since you're not actually looking at what they have available. Something about looking at the doughnuts in person helps the decision process so much better. Obviously I prefer the walk-in option. But am I the only one who thinks their doughnuts are too sweet?!?! I would love to eat the entire doughnut but I'm struggling half way because I can't get past the sweetness. If you can eat one or more in one sitting without getting sick, then you are a superhero. The service is okay normally. Sometimes it can be a little annoying because the people in front of you take so long to make a decision for their dozen order. There is plenty of parking in their own private lot. read more

The employees here really enjoy their job.I had a wonderful time with a couple of the employees here,this past Sunday.Usually you can tell how the employees fill about their job.It's rewarding when the employees take care of their customers.Everyone wins.Great job. Of course they always offer you a free sample of their glazed donut.Makes you want more.Now on twitter they had a special,bye 1 dozen for $4.99 and get the second 1 free.Sorry but that offer expired.Must follow then on twitter to get special rewards tho. I took a few pictures of the employees and you can see how happy they where during my visit.Great job to the management in keeping the morel up. read more

We ordered a dozen in the drive-thru and five of the 12 were wrong. The two chocolate sprinkles were not there at all (grandson was very sad) and the custard filled were replaced with the nasty frosting filled! Those four went straight in the trash! So we paid $17 and got $10 worth of edible donuts... pathetic! I highly recommend holding up the drive-thru line and THOROUGHLY checking your donuts before pulling away! read more

I've always liked Krispy Kreme donuts, and now it's even better with the chocolate glazed donuts on the first Friday of every month. This review is overdue considering how long this store has been there. This was one of the Empire Center's first stores. I remember when it first opened and it was always packed. Then the fad died down, as several KK stores closed down. Fortunately, this one stayed. Now I think they've made their comeback, and the fact that they have free wi-fi helps. The Coffee Bean Tea & Leaf drinks are good as well. Lines are typically long at night, so I recommend going during the day if you can. The drive-thru line is always insane. It's always fun to watch the donuts move along the conveyor belt. However, at times it looks like they need to clean more since donuts frequently get stuck and trashed. I'm really glad to have a KK in Burbank. The donuts are like none other and great if you have a sweet tooth! Oh yeah, and I recommend getting the app for freebies! read more

My daughter and I have a mommy and baby donut day every once in a while. When we do go the people are always very friendly and the service is excellent. If you go inside, they have this glass window and you can see the donuts being fried and glazed. They also offer coffee bean drinks which is always a plus. The drive thru is very speedy unless they have some type of deal going on which is sometimes inconvenient. But that only happens once in a blue moon. Now. If you haven't tried Krispy Kreme, glazed is always the way to go. It's a must try and you won't be disappointed. read more

The Service: 11pm... still long line waiting to get my donuts!! Many staffs are working fast to help the customers as soon as they can. It is fun watching the donuts "river"~ It doesn't even bother me if I have to wait in line. The Donuts: FRESH FRESH FRESH donuts!! Can't get better than this! I love the original Krispy Kreme donuts. The texture of the donuts is nothing I have ever tried at any other donuts shops. They do have their own secret recipe to make such soft donuts dough. They have a comfortable selection of bakery items, a diverse drink menu for all kinds of pallets, and signature lattes that hit the spot. This location offers a free library where customers can take a book and leave a book, reading in the shop or taking home, with an honor code of being expected to keep said book in good shape and to return it eventually. Their book vending machine is a huge hit, the interior is beautiful and relaxing and their location has a restroom. On the weekends they invite other small sellers, clothing entrepreneurs, bread makers, up-in-coming pottery shops, and more to use their store as a venue to expand their business. The Three Sisters' dedication to their community goes as far as sharing their success, which I admire! The cons of this location however, are that I firmly believe they've outgrown their space. Lines often form out of the cafe regularly and onto the street. It can take quite some time to wait when this happens. When they have sellers inside too--it becomes difficult to move it's so crowded. There's often not enough tables and chairs to go around, and it's uncomfortable to wait outside when it's sunny with zero shade or seats. While I love the shop encouraging people to stay and do their work, or relax, the limited seating capacity makes it so many customers are often left standing. I hope Three Sisters considers moving to a larger space, adapting outdoor seating to the experience, or grows their business enough to comfortably open multiple locations in the future to give their dedicated consumers and neighbors more space to enjoy their products.

Both times I've seen her be very warm and welcoming to the person in front of and behind me (one of which was my friend) and then as soon as I come up to place my order I just get a "what can I get for you" and kind of a whole attitude switch. This happened on my very first visit to this coffee shop so I don't think I did anything wrong? I have worked many customer service jobs so I always approach the counter with a "hi, how are you" and try to have a pleasant demeanor. I try not to let it bother me but it's hard not to notice the immediate switch from the interaction of the person in front of me. Now, I don't need people to be nice to me but I would like the same common courtesy I try to give. This happened on two other occasions and it's clear to me I just don't need to be going here. Maybe if the coffee were exceptional I could get over the service, but that isn't the case. I got an espresso tonic that was just ok. Glad people in Burbank like this shop but it's a chop for me.

Then I ordred an iced matcha because they said they take their matcha seriously, it's ceremonial grade and this is also a popular drink item on the menu. The staff at the Palm coffee bar were so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. They really helped us pick the right drink and snacks for us. Lottie and I had a great time at this coffee shop and we highly recommend it to anyone if you're in the Burbank area.

What I enjoyed about my first visit to The Hide Room was the quality customer service from Isaiah, the Filipino gentleman in glasses. The Hide Room is located in Los Angeles, specifically on Victory Blvd. in Burbank. It's a combo shop that houses both a coffee shop and barber shop. It's next to Centanni Italian Restaurant and across from Bright Now Dental. Parking is all street parking. The coffee shop isn't too big with no indoor seating, but there is outdoor seating with several yellow metal round tables, metal yellow chairs, and a yellow umbrella for shade. When you walk into The Hide Room, it's pretty cool to see half of the space is a barber shop where the owner was cutting someone's hair and the other half is a coffee joint. Their coffee is sourced from Guatemala, so the decor consists of framed pics of Guatemala images, coffee bean bags hanging, and an ornate, woven cloth attached to another wall. Isaiah, the barista behind the counter provided quality customer service by giving us coffee recommendations and he was so accommodating answering my questions about the business. I think this was the first time for me to see a business that was a coffee shop and barber shop all in one building. Isaiah told me the owner, who was there cutting someone's hair, wanted to incorporate haircuts and coffee in one building. We entered through one door for the coffee shop and if you'd like a haircut, you can continue through another door into what looked like an upscale, old school barber shop. I wasn't sure what to order, but my usual go to at branded coffee shops is a white chocolate mocha with hazelnut. I decided on a mocha with hazelnut flavoring. When I took my first sip, I really couldn't taste the coffee or the hazelnut flavoring. After taking a few more sips, I wished I had asked for it to be sweeter. I guess it takes a little while to appreciate the coffee because I had a delayed response to my coffee from The Hide Room. I actually enjoyed the coffee after drinking it for a little while. I'll need to try one of their signature coffees the next time I visit. I really liked the concept of The Hide Room with its combo coffee shop and barber shop. I no longer need haircuts since I'm bald, but I recommend you check out this hipster spot with its Guatemala coffee and quality customer service from its staff.

Otherwise, any of the other local Burbank coffee shops are better. Literally, pick any of the other places and you will have a better experience.
