As always delicious! Service was great! Always something new and exciting! I recommend one in Burbank!

HALLOWEEN SPECIALTY DOZEN

I've been coming to this Krispy Kreme for years and can't believe I've never left a review before! I just love Krispy Kreme donuts they come out fresh and warm, right off the conveyor belt. The donuts are soft and fluffy they practically melt in your mouth. The original glazed is a timeless classic you can never go wrong they are so light and airy, it's hard to stop at just one. I stopped by to grab some Halloween donuts for work and ended up picking up a few dozen of the classics too. We even added edible googly eyes for fun . They were a huge hit with my coworkers! Fresh, delicious, and always a crowd pleaser.

The Krispy Kreme in the Emire Center isnt just another donut shop, this one is one of their factories, which means not only can you watch donuts being made right before your eyes, but you can get them hot and fresh off the line. Theh aren't baked off site and trucked in, they are made fresh multiple times per day. I am not a huge donut fan, but I always loved hot melt in your mouth Krispy Kreme original glazed donuts. We stopped in after dinner while in town and I showed my boyfriend their donut line and got him some donuts. This has always been my favorite location, though ive been to others none compare to the hot fresh donuts at this location.

For Harry Potter fans like my child whose read all the books and is a Hogwartsian, check out the Krispy Kreme House of Hogwarts Harry Potter special edition. They are available only for a few days. We stopped by and picked up a the special edition. The one dozen specialty doughnuts come in the 4 Houses of Hogwarts. They are, Slytherin, Hufflepuff, Gryffyndor and Ravenclaw. Not only are they so pretty and designed perfectly, they are also delicious. The 4 Houses of Hogwarts, Slytherin, Hufflepuff, Gryffyndor and Ravenclaw come in 4 yummy flavors. Slytherin is chocolate buttercream flavored swirl. Hufflepuff is filled with brown butter toffee flavored custard. Gryffindor is filled with cookie butter flavored kreme while Ravenclaw is blueberry flavored icing with sprinkles. The one dozen collection comes with 2 of each Slytherin, Hufflepuff, Gryffyndor and Ravenclaw and 4 original glazed. We hope to get another dozen this weekend before this magical collaboration and special edition ends. Thank you to Sylvia the sweet lady that showed us the collection and informed us of the different flavors. Thank you Sylvia for the excellent customer service.

It's very interesting to watch how donuts are made. I just love these donuts. Always fresh, when I see it, I always take it. And I also like that they give them away in the evening to try. It's very interesting to watch how donuts are made. I just love these donuts. Always fresh, when I see it, I always take it. And I also like that they give them away in the evening to try. Of course, the staff is different everywhere. It happens that they give it even when the children ask for it. And it happens that they pretend not to see, although it's the children who want these delicious donuts. It's always clean indoors. I also saw on Instagram that the rest are thrown in the trash. Too bad, I would be happy to pick it up from the store and eat it

1 minute read: If you haven't been to KRISPY, why are you hesitant?! If you're a donut lover, like my wife (Jocelyn) and I, you need to satisfy your craving. The selection is wonderful. So many flavors to drool for. You can even watch them make donuts on the spot. The Staff is attentive and patient, because sometimes people are looking but can't decide what to pick. The prices are as fair as any other shop Parking at this EMPIRE PLAZA can get confusing but you'll find a space. So, at this Krispy Kreme you can go anytime DAY or NIGHT ~ nice. I'm going there again tomorrow. Hope to see you there.

Dropped by and did not realize there was a Harry Potter themed promotion. Awesome! There were decorations and a Harry Potter themed dozen. It comes with 4 glazed donuts and 2 donuts of each house, Slytheryn, HufflePuff, Ravenclaw and of course Gryffindor. All of that in a well designed Harry Potter themed Krispy Kreme box. Sylvia assisted us and was very helpful. She's always so nice! Thank you!

Free coffee + free donuts for National Coffee Day!

I stopped by on September 29, 2025 (National Coffee Day) and it was my first visit since the remodel. Honestly, it didn't look drastically different, but something about the space felt more open--maybe they cleared out a few things. What really stood out though was the team. The staff was unbelievably friendly--probably the kindest I've ever experienced here. On top of that, free donuts and free coffee made the visit even sweeter. Their warm service definitely made my day better!

I've always thought Kristy Kreme donuts were just okay. The last time we visited the spot the drive through like was insane so we went inside. Their service is a bit quicker in there and you can see their selections of donut. An assorted dozen is about $23 and there's only select donuts you can choose. I did see they had pumpkin spice here earlier than anyone else for the season, so that was pretty cool.

Delish! Can't go wrong with a donut and I love their coffee. We did the drive through and it was a breeze. The service is good.

It's hard to resist Krispy Kreme, especially when the "Hot Doughnuts NOW" sign is brightly lit on such a nice cool, cloudy morning. We were the only customers in the store as we walked in to fresh doughnuts rolling out. We were immediately greeted and each given a hot doughnut while we made our selections. The team member was wonderfully pleasant as she handled our order. This location has always served us well.

Freshly remodeled store has re-opened. Same great donuts, though with a new darker color scheme outside that I can't say I'm a fan of, but we all come here for the donuts and not the decor. The donuts still come out hot and fresh and nothing beats one fresh off the line.

5 donuts was $13ish

Ask the Community - Krispy Kreme

Are they still doing renovations to the inside?

Not anymore

Hello I saw in a video of TikTok of the Donuts of Krispy Kreme that they give out one donut (for free) for each A they have on their report card. I was wonder if you guys do this?

Hello, I am a frequent visitor of Krispy Kreme and the do. They give freshly made warm donuts with fresh glaze. Unfortunately it's only 1 per person.

What time is the least crowded or shortest lines?

I would suggest you order for pickup. That's the best way to avoid the crowds

Anyone know if this location has the Nutella filled doughnut?

No Nutella doughnuts.

Can you call in doughnuts and then have them ready when i get there?

Nope

Is the drive thru open 24/7?

Unfortunately, yes it is. I say this because it makes it more tempting to go.

A wonderful cafe adored by locals and a must-visit for anyone who's passing through the Burbank…read morearea. This cafe is run by a family of wonderful, empowering women who support their community and their customers with engaging events and delicious coffee. When I first moved to Burbank I was given a warm welcome by the ladies behind the counter and since then I'm happy to be a regular. Their drinks are on the more expensive side compared to larger corporate chains, but the taste and quality well makes up for the expense. They have a comfortable selection of bakery items, a diverse drink menu for all kinds of pallets, and signature lattes that hit the spot. This location offers a free library where customers can take a book and leave a book, reading in the shop or taking home, with an honor code of being expected to keep said book in good shape and to return it eventually. Their book vending machine is a huge hit, the interior is beautiful and relaxing and their location has a restroom. On the weekends they invite other small sellers, clothing entrepreneurs, bread makers, up-in-coming pottery shops, and more to use their store as a venue to expand their business. The Three Sisters' dedication to their community goes as far as sharing their success, which I admire! The cons of this location however, are that I firmly believe they've outgrown their space. Lines often form out of the cafe regularly and onto the street. It can take quite some time to wait when this happens. When they have sellers inside too--it becomes difficult to move it's so crowded. There's often not enough tables and chairs to go around, and it's uncomfortable to wait outside when it's sunny with zero shade or seats. While I love the shop encouraging people to stay and do their work, or relax, the limited seating capacity makes it so many customers are often left standing. I hope Three Sisters considers moving to a larger space, adapting outdoor seating to the experience, or grows their business enough to comfortably open multiple locations in the future to give their dedicated consumers and neighbors more space to enjoy their products.

The…read moredrinks are ok, nothing you can't get at any of the other 20 coffee shops in Burbank, but the reason I won't come here anymore is the service. The times I've been here, the owner has been the person who's taking orders at the register. Both times I've seen her be very warm and welcoming to the person in front of and behind me (one of which was my friend) and then as soon as I come up to place my order I just get a "what can I get for you" and kind of a whole attitude switch. This happened on my very first visit to this coffee shop so I don't think I did anything wrong? I have worked many customer service jobs so I always approach the counter with a "hi, how are you" and try to have a pleasant demeanor. I try not to let it bother me but it's hard not to notice the immediate switch from the interaction of the person in front of me. Now, I don't need people to be nice to me but I would like the same common courtesy I try to give. This happened on two other occasions and it's clear to me I just don't need to be going here. Maybe if the coffee were exceptional I could get over the service, but that isn't the case. I got an espresso tonic that was just ok. Glad people in Burbank like this shop but it's a chop for me.

The morning we were about to make our trek, our daughter wanted to take us to a coffee shop she recently found. The Hide Room is not only a coffee shop, but it also houses a barber shop. This bald dude wasn't in need of a barber, but having some java was a must before driving for almost 6 hours. The coffee I ordered initially tasted just okay, but there was a delayed response and I enjoyed it. What I enjoyed about my first visit to The Hide Room was the quality customer service from Isaiah, the Filipino gentleman in glasses. The Hide Room is located in Los Angeles, specifically on Victory Blvd. in Burbank. It's a combo shop that houses both a coffee shop and barber shop. It's next to Centanni Italian Restaurant and across from Bright Now Dental. Parking is all street parking. The coffee shop isn't too big with no indoor seating, but there is outdoor seating with several yellow metal round tables, metal yellow chairs, and a yellow umbrella for shade. When you walk into The Hide Room, it's pretty cool to see half of the space is a barber shop where the owner was cutting someone's hair and the other half is a coffee joint. Their coffee is sourced from Guatemala, so the decor consists of framed pics of Guatemala images, coffee bean bags hanging, and an ornate, woven cloth attached to another wall. Isaiah, the barista behind the counter provided quality customer service by giving us coffee recommendations and he was so accommodating answering my questions about the business. I think this was the first time for me to see a business that was a coffee shop and barber shop all in one building. Isaiah told me the owner, who was there cutting someone's hair, wanted to incorporate haircuts and coffee in one building. We entered through one door for the coffee shop and if you'd like a haircut, you can continue through another door into what looked like an upscale, old school barber shop. I wasn't sure what to order, but my usual go to at branded coffee shops is a white chocolate mocha with hazelnut. I decided on a mocha with hazelnut flavoring. When I took my first sip, I really couldn't taste the coffee or the hazelnut flavoring. After taking a few more sips, I wished I had asked for it to be sweeter. I guess it takes a little while to appreciate the coffee because I had a delayed response to my coffee from The Hide Room. I actually enjoyed the coffee after drinking it for a little while. I'll need to try one of their signature coffees the next time I visit. I really liked the concept of The Hide Room with its combo coffee shop and barber shop. I no longer need haircuts since I'm bald, but I recommend you check out this hipster spot with its Guatemala coffee and quality customer service from its staff.

Either the employee is really uninformed about the most basic things about coffee or this business refuses to pour their normal medium/dark/flavored roast coffee over ice because they charge twice as much for cold brew... neither of which is acceptable.
