Got there about 6:30 PM still daylight. There was a sign on door saying drive thru only. The dining room was closed for protection of their employees... In Allen Texas? like bad things never happen at drive thrus. Still like their donuts but I won't be going there again. read more

Soooo I asked for an iced latte and the lady said they don't have ice! Then she says she can make a Frappuccino WHICH REQUIRES ICE! I'm so confused, do they hire employees who do drugs on the job?! All I wanted was an iced latte and left extremely disappointed! Will never be back!!! read more

Went here around 10:30 on a Sunday morning . Donuts were fully stocked and looking fabulous . The store was very clean. Employees were even busy cleaning when we were there. I was skeptical of Krispy Kreme donuts at first, but the donuts were very good. I had a pumpkin cream cheese donut. Delicious! The music was loud when we were there, but they kindly turned it down for our son with Autism! Thank you to those Krispy Kreme employees for making our experience positive. read more

I am so disappointed in the decline of this location. The last two times we went in we attempted to order two dozen glazed donuts and we were told we could only order one. When asked why, we were told they didn't have enough. When clearly the case was full. We went about three weeks ago around 5:30 pm and sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes, we pulled up to the window where we assumed we could order and we could see employees walking around and hear laughing. We were never waited on. Absolutely ridiculous. I work for a school district about 20 minutes from the Allen location and have to drive for this nonsense. The store is dirty and the employees are rude. I won't be back. A true decline from when they opened. read more

I don't eat donuts very often, but today I had a craving and went to this Krispy Kreme store at 604 McDermitt in Allen. While I was waiting for someone to help me, I noticed two workers in the back area, where donuts are made and served, with big, bushy beards, and no hairnet to prevent their beard hair from falling into the donuts! The older gentleman, had a long, gray, beard nearly 6 inches long, and the other, younger worker had a full bushy beard nearly 2 inches in length... I was disgusted and left the store without ordering. I asked the young lady who offered to help me, "aren't these guys supposed to have hairnets to cover their beards?" She responded, "sometimes"...... Unless you like some "extra" ingredients with your donuts, I would go somewhere else read more

There is a reason why Krispy Kreme not doing to well with walking customer sale. Had a kraving a hot KK donut and there is the store close to my house. My kraving was krushed by service and quality of the place. I ordered assorted dozen via drive thru. I got some custer filled, blueberry cake, and glazed. When I got home i didn't see the custard filled. Instead I got creme filling instead. The blueberry cake was hard, the glazed look like it was made since this morning. The overall appearance of the donuts were small and not uniform as I use to see. I thought about 2 stars but decided on one. read more

Krispy Kreme - Very bad donuts. - Donuts Near Me - Allen, Texas

Great donuts, mediocre service and not the cleanest place. Not much else to day. Stick to the drive through.

I have gone to this location twice. Both times we did go during their business hours and both times they were closed. Based on this, I will no longer be returning. read more

I'm usually the kind of person to leave a good review at most places I go but this place actually was pretty bad. I stood for a good ten minutes just waiting for someone to take my order (no one else was there but me) and everyone was just working on a single drive thru order. There were a good 5 workers at least who were working on a single order and casually strolling. I understand that food service is such an annoying job to have but as someone who has worked in it before, I would try at least to speak to the customer and apologize for the wait. Anyways, I got what I needed fine but the wait was a little excessive. Also, two ladies were being rude to this one girl who might be new. read more

This Krispy Kreme seems to be incapable of getting an order right. This summer, I ordered strawberry filled donuts and got pineapple ones. Okay, mistakes happen, it was a donut and I moved on. Today, I ordered 12 of the pumpkin spice donuts and got...literally every other flavor they had besides pumpkin spice. There was not ONE pumpkin donut in the box. Is this incompetence willful and malicious? Or just the result of deep, deep apathy? Either way, Krispy Kreme, please get your $&!+ together so I can enjoy your donuts. read more

Worst Krispy Kreme location. The red light was on but they still gave old donuts- when asked for the fresh ones - they said they did not make new ones even when they had the red light on . I have also noticed that they are out of donut when corporate runs any specials. read more

Bad customer service. I ordered online and the lady yelled at me for not telling her my name through the intercom before I stop by the pick up window. I told her it was my first time ordered online so I didn't know but she kept on yelling at me. She even said "you don't tell us your name before u come here what if u just drive here and shoot at us" wth, what a crazy crazy lady!! Hello, I didn't asked for free, I paid for it ok. Not coming back here ever again!! read more

Horrible experience with employee. Was very rude to not only me but customers that were in front of me. As well as the donuts seemed to be poorly made with little to no care. I'm from California and their was a significant difference in quality at this Krispy Kreme. Really should be reevaluated by some sort of higher echelon from corporate. read more

Mediocre at best. Inside service was slow as a turtle, slower in fact. Could have been cleaner in the dining area. The person waiting on me seemed to have trouble picking fresh doughnuts off the line. Was comical really. I remember back in the day when staff could box a dozen fresh in 30 seconds. 3 minutes later they were still figuring things out. Maybe a new employee, idk. I got a free hot one from one of the employees for having waited a good 10 minutes with one other person in line who only ordered like 2 doughnuts. I realize the whole KK craze is pretty much over and there are waaaay better places in Allen for doughnuts. But I figured 10 years without one was like enough. Prob be another 10 years before I go back. Hell I might be dead by the time that 10 years rolls around so I could have just had my last KK! read more

The lady working the counter at 4:00 pm on April 8th was extremely rude! We should've saw the red flag and left immediately when we saw her rushing and being rude to the customers in front of us but we gave it a chance and she was extremely rude to my husband and I. She gave us a donut with barely any icing and when we asked her nicely if she could swipe it out for a new one she gave us attitude and then went to the back. There was literally no one else in line inside or in the drive through so there was no reason to be so rude and make everyone feel rushed. Plus it was so dirty inside! I wonder if the health department ever visits this location. I guess it's time to call them for a surprise visit read more

First off, Krispy Kreme's donuts aren't great. There are MUCH better donuts in Allen. This location isn't particularly clean from when I've been in and their customer service isn't stellar. However, if you're craving a donut late in the day... they have late hours that most donut shops around here don't. read more

Yes! Krispy kreme is back! See how excited I seem.. now let's talk about the actual experience. Maybe because I came here during the grand opening period or maybe because I came here around 1 pm in the afternoon. Whatever the case is, the donuts tasted stale, therefore, I was highly disappointed. I ordered through the drive-thru, and although the service was fast, the product failed. The location is not in a good spot either, due to traffic. There is a lot of room for growth here since it is new. I would visit it again maybe in the summer, to give it some time to develop it's staff and implement the changes within their ability. read more

Krispy Kreme - Donuts Near Me - Allen, Texas

Disappointed. Lacks quality. All donuts look like they weren't made fresh today. Original glazed is always a the best but this one looks dry, no prominent white glaze on top. All are small and poorly shaped. Would not visit this location. I bought a box for my family and they even commented that it looks worse than boxed ones sold at grocery stores. Disgusting. read more

I know what it's like to be young and work in fast food nowadays but this place is just inexcusable I'm sorry. Worst customer service I've ever seen, always out of stuff, trash donuts. Can't wait till they shut this location down. Just go to the one in frisco lol read more

7:00am today ordered 2 glazed original and coffee with 3 creams/3 sugar and barely got cream and zero sugar. Donuts were cold! She even repeated my order correctly but got everything wrong. I'm done with this particular store! read more

I love Krispy Kreme, but lately, the donuts at the Allen, TX location has been lacking in the quality department. The donuts does not look like normal, and seems to be smaller than usual. Even the icing on the donuts are not put on nicely. It does not look appetizing as it did before. Every since the donut making machine broke, it has never been the same. I hope this location get that fixed! Just trying to make this place better since it is close to the house, and I have to get my Krispy Kreme fix! ;O) read more

I had to repeat my order 4 times and was super clear. I don't normally leave bad reviews but this was my third time giving them another chance to not have terrible service. I ordered three donuts and a drink. I got my donuts but I waited in line for 10 mins at the window and no one said anything and I couldn't get their attention. If I waited any longer I would've been late to work. There was one other person behind me and that's it. They just don't know how to run a store read more

This location continues to be terrible. They recently closed down for a bit and reopened, and I hoped they would have used some of that time to fix their issues. But sure enough it took 40 minutes for 5 cars to get through the drive-thru, and like Every.Single.Time they were out of their specialty donuts. The entire reason I went there was to try the Halloween ones, but just like the pumpkin ones before they never have them made. Saturday morning and the answer is "oh we haven't made them yet." Terrible, go to Promenade on Bethany instead. read more

Came to this location on Wednesday around 3:30-4pm. After waiting for 5min for someone to come to the counter I was told they are out of the glazed donuts. Asked when they will have them and the young girl said I DON'T KNOW. MAYBE IN AN HOUR OR LATER? So since I didn't feel like waiting an hour, I asked when is the best time to come and get them as I was going to come back the next day... again, she didn't know, so I guess call ahead and ask if they have whatever donuts you are planning on getting. Just an idea: if you are OUT of something maybe you should offer the customers something else for the same price as the missing item? Just to have them come back instead of losing business. read more

In the past 6-8 weeks I've been to this location 3 times. On each occasion they were out of basically everything. No original doughnuts, none of our other favorites, etc. Staff could seem to care less. I regularly drive by this location and in the past year I've never seen the light on, indicating they have fresh, not doughnuts. My wife has been by on several occasions as well and has had the same experience. Yesterday I stopped in to give it one last chance. They were out of everything but the Valentine's special. I went ahead and ordered that. The doughnuts were not fresh and half of them did not have the filling they were supposed to. I've been a Krispy Kreme fan boys for years but we're done. There are many other good local spots that have ample doughnuts on hand. This is the perfect example of a great brand, with a great product, that's losing customers because the local location is horribly managed. read more

Good doughnuts. Hot and Ready light was on,so I took a spin for just one. These can be quite addictive, takes about 30 minutes to run one of these off but well worth it when they are hot and ready. I did order several boxes of doughnut holes for my staff not HOT and Ready so most were left. I hope next time everything on the menu will be available as fresh products but all in all this is a great location!! Who can't resist the nostalgia of a Krispy Kreme!! read more

Krispy Kreme - Donuts Near Me - Allen, Texas

I just went there this morning at 7 o'clock. I was getting donuts for my kids being the last day of school. The service was great, the lady was friendly, positive and very helpful. I definitely will be returning to buy donuts from there for my kids when the next school year starts. read more

We bought some to give them a try. Nope. I took one bite of the regular glazed. Disgusting and tasted like chemicals. I took one bite of chocolate glazed. Same thing. I can't deal right now. Why would anybody buy Krispy Kreme donuts when you can go to a local donut shop and get some real doughy doughnuts. The caramel latte coffee isn't really caramelly at all. I thought it was a regular coffee until my husband said something. One star for being open all day. read more

If you want a drink to go with your Krispy Kreme doughnuts be sure you pick it up somewhere else. Krispy Kreme - They have an app that tells you when the Hot Sign is on...it will be the death of me. - Donuts Near Me - Allen, Texas

This is everything you'd expect from a Krispy Kreme. You go here when the hot light is on and you get hot original glazed donuts. They're amazing. You're free to get the other flavors as well but I'm no doughnut expert and I'd personally only go when the hot light is on. They've got a drive thru and they are located where the old burger king used to be. It can be a little annoying getting out of the parking lot during rush hour since the light at 75 tends to back up. read more

Yeah, just a really bad visit all together. The cashier in the drive thru tried telling me that she couldn't accept my $100 bill for my $20.00 order... what? I told her that was literally all I had since I had left my credit card at home. After the eye roll from her she slammed the window and proceeded to make change for my $100 bill. Even worse, one of my clients found a long hair on her donut that was so long is wrapped around the donut to the bottom. We had no choice but to throw out all of the donuts in disgust. read more

Krispy Kreme sent me an email FREE Dozen glazed it you donate to charity. First question I asked the employee do you participate in this and he says Yes! . I continue to buy the donuts, I get to the counter and he asks to see the email then says he has no idea what I'm showing him. read more
