Customer service is top notch here as well; they even add complimentary treats to your order. This is definitely the go-to donut shop in our neighborhood!

Making this our go to donut shop! The customer service is amazing and they saved the day after I was told by another donut shop they could make me a specialty donut and then the day before when I called said it was only a donut they made on the weekend. :-/ Came to this location just to ask if they could help me out and just make red and blue donuts for a Spider-Man themed Bday and she went above and beyond even last minute with these!! Love this place and their donuts taste great!

Making this our go to donut shop! I recommend that the owner posted pictures be labeled so we know what certain things are. Most look like they are for special occasions therefore special order and pricing? Also may make categories to post certain types of donut in like normal everyday in stock donuts and or others flor other special food items like Kolache's or breakfast items? I thinks this would be very helpful because I have gone to other don't shop looking for donuts like they have posted just to find out that they are only special occasion or order types Uhg that will make you really want to come back when so disappointed. Think about it or not it is your business! read more

They have RED VELVET donuts on weekends! Yum! This is the only place in the dfw area that I know have these. This is a cute family donut shop where the owners are super friendly. It's clean and have two big fridge with a variety of drinks. Not only are their donuts good but their kolaches are just as good. I tried the jalapeño one and it was very tasty. The sausage had a lot of flavor and the breading was nice and soft. They gave me a free sample of blueberry cake donut to try today. How nice! read more

Stellar donuts! I love the assortment of donuts that they have to offer. I also love that they simultaneously have 2 registers going at once, which helps alleviate the morning crowds. Who needs a famous name-brand donut place when you can get the REAL deal at Family donuts? I'm so thankful I live within walking distance. We ordered the croissant pig-in-a-blanket with bacon... took it home and heated it up. So, so good! I'll be back for sure, Family Donuts has successfully gained my loyalty! read more

Loved this donut shop. It is near my daughters house and she recommended it to us. She was right. The donuts were amazing. The service was great. It was really clean also. The cashier recognized my daughter and gave us 2 free donuts. They had a nice assortment of donuts even though it was 10:30 in the morning. I love that it is family owned. Family Donuts did our Wedding Cake and we couldn't have been happier. The owner went above and beyond to make our day special. She customized the order to our colors and design, and also included an extra set of the topper donuts (which we have frozen to enjoy on our first anniversary!). Although I have only been here once my visit exceeded my expectations. I had a large jalapeno sausage roll and an apple fritter. They were both delicious! The fritter had just the right amount of apple and was wonderfully crisp around the edges. They also had a great selection of Halloween decorated donuts and donut holes. I had not seen decorated donut holes before and they were very cool (and tasty! ) The service was also outstanding. They very quickly and efficiently served all the customers who came in. They were very pleasant and talked to everyone. I may have a new donut home! read more

The variety of donuts available is next level and the quality is incredible. Each donut looks and tastes hand crafted. Each has the perfect amount of sweetness. Since my order was to go I didn't have an opportunity to gauge the atmosphere long term. I did notice that soft music was playing in the background. And the tables, floor and counter was clean. My order was made pretty quickly. The latte was delicious. The croissant and filling was light. I would have preferred more pistachio flavor. But overall, I would order the pastry again because of its lightness.

I really enjoyed this donut shop. As you know there are a lot of choices for donuts around here. This place is clean, friendly and best of all great donuts. They are even willing to custom make a design of icing on your donuts. Very nice for kids! I particularly enjoy the maple bars with filling. Give them a try.
