I moved from California last year and always enjoyed Krispy Kreme from back home. Ever since I have been coming to this location, I was always disappointed on how the regular glaze donuts were just ugly looking... Today was the day that made me take the time to write this review. Not only did my jelly filled looked smashed, it had quadruple the amount of glaze with tiny hint of jelly inside. To make it even worse, the donuts just tasted greasy and didn't even have the texture you know of. I always have really good timing when it comes to Krispy Kreme. Whenever I come, that "hot now" red light is on which means...free original glazed donut! Which is the only one I like and the only reason I come to Krispy Kreme anyways. Yeah, the glaze is super sweet but I mean...it IS pure sugar. I love the perfect, shiny glaze of the original glazed donuts. The donuts themselves are suuuuper fluffy and seriously melt in your mouth with every bite. Service is great too. I ordered a box of 3 and instead of giving me the ones that are ready to be packaged up and have been in the display case, they waited an extra few minutes to give me 3 hot and fresh ones! I moved up to New England for graduate school a few months ago and it's all about Dunkin Donuts up there...which totally sucks because Krispy Kreme blows DD out of the water. Couldn't walk in (drive through only) which I thought was weird. Would have gotten 5 stars if we could have walked in My kids love to watch the conveyor like back home. Very rude drive through staff member!! I went through the drive through today, 3/5/24, at 10am and I ordered a frozen latte and two glazed donuts. When I got to the window I asked to use the Super Twosday offer. And the man at the window, with an attitude, said "yeah I already put that in." And then he mumbled something under his breath about the total being so low already. I wasn't paying attention to the total in the moment but it doesn't mean he can be rude when a customer asks to use an offer. There are plenty of other donut shops that actually have kind staff! The lady taking our order could not get it right and we had to repeat ourselves many times before she finally got it down. Then when we got the donuts and opened the box they just looked so sad. Some of them were deformed and half frosted and all of them looked like they were from the day before. Gave this location another try for the 3rd time in 9 months, very disappointing. I had to repeat my order at least 4 times for them to get it correct, just to order 4 donuts. Then I was told to hold on a second in the middle of ordering and it was about 2 minutes and he came back and asked me to start the order over AGAIN. The staff is not trained and they are rude. The donuts are always stale at this location, they weren't even edible, my family said the same thing after taking a bite, so they got thrown away after spending almost $8 for 4 donuts. The donuts are always mis-shaped as well and look nothing like the pictures. I won't be back to this location! If I do go to Krispy Kreme again, it will be the Frisco location. Went here around 10:30 on a Sunday morning . Donuts were fully stocked and looking fabulous . The store was very clean. Employees were even busy cleaning when we were there. I was skeptical of Krispy Kreme donuts at first, but the donuts were very good. I had a pumpkin cream cheese donut. Delicious!
