Came in at 1pm, immediately when the cashier saw me she looked at her watch even though the store closes at 2pm. Ordered a dozen large kolaches, half cheese & half jalapeño. I wasn't too impressed with it. She said she put the Jalapeno on the bottom but I didn't see any taste any jalapeño. The kolache bread wasn't fluffy it was hard in that spiral shape. The bread was super hard. If it's the end of the day and the bread is old then simply don't serve it to customers. read more

Yes - their donuts are excellent but you have never had an epiphany until you have taken a first bite out of a warm apple fritter. There is something about about their Apple fritters that brings me back every Saturday morning. Please note, if you want to avoid the crowds of families with children, or baseball teams with their little milks in hand, try to make it here from 7:00 - 8:00 am. Sugar Babes is pretty good. Go early if you want variety, but even as the clock approached noon on a Saturday, the doughnuts they did have looked fresh and were pretty tasty. We ended up getting a couple raspberry filled, cream filled, vanilla frosting, and maple frosting (that was basically all they had at the time). As a bonus, and maybe my eyes deceived me, Sugar Babes' doughnuts seem to be larger than average, so that was cool. Outside of doughnuts, you can also get some breakfast/lunch there. We tried their bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits and they were pretty good. Overall, I'd consider going back. The price was a tad higher than other doughnut places, but the quality wasn't lacking. read more

I love that they are drive thru for one, and the menu selection is very nice. Had no clue they served regular food. What can I say about this little donut shop but its AMAZING! My wife found it on Yelp since it wasn't too far from our house and its almost a weekly staple on Saturday morning. They have a wide variety of donuts as you would expect. And they all delicious. I am a plain and chocolate covered and my wife is a cake donut type of person. What I really like about this place is that they have biscuits and breakfast burritos. And they are all priced right and not even a couple of bucks. They are made fresh each day and will even be warmed up for you. If your in the area I would recommend this little family owned donut shop. Went for the first time today at 9:35am on a Sunday. A lot had already sold out but there was a good selection to choose from. No jelly stuffed or eclair but we ended up with sprinkles, old fashion, cinnamon roll and apple fritter. Everything was delicious and fluffy and melted in our mouths!!!
