This was an emergency I couldn't wait 2 weeks for him to come back so Tina at Busy Bee was avaliable at first I was super nervous to have someone else do my nails but Tina was awesome. I have been here 4 times now because she is that good: *She made sure she was doing the style I requested *she was super cool with doing LONG nails nails *she is not afraid to try new techniques *she has not once hesitated about my color choices. (I love black acrylic, but it makes a big mess some places won't do it or say black nails will be ugly) *she is not hesitant on using flat matt top coat *she has fit me in last minute for a quick wax *she has been able to fit my grandma in for a pedicure when I brought her in *the shop is cute *lots of colors, stickers designs, foil, jewels, geode style, and tons more. I really do appreciate Busy Bee for being so nice, for making sure I get what I requested, and for having competitive $$ prices. My nail guy is ready to retire in a few months so I am very happy I found such an awesome replacement for him. It wasn't the most comfortable or relaxing pedicure I've ever had, but the end result turned out fine in terms of the paint job. As for my nails, I do appreciate corrections that were quickly made when I asked, but I do wish that nail techs in general would speak up early if shown a design that they aren't quite sure they can execute. I'm one that comes in with back up plans just in case, but the color scheme is usually different. So once they say they can do it I'm committed to that design. The one I got was OK... And I did tell him good enough when he asked, but because I knew that was pretty much where we were. I don't dislike it, which is why I didn't go through the trouble of having him try again... But I'm not in love with it. When it came to the painting, it kind of felt like the job started being rushed due to an unhappy customer they were trying to get to.
