One of my favorite spots for lunch in Santee. The tortas are delicious and HUGE! The fruit has been delicious and they're seem very willing to accommodate picky eaters. My boss likes ordering here once a week or so so I try to order different things but my favorites are hard to pass up. Love the milanesa torta and the fruit salad. One star because the food is fine in itself, but the owner is very rude. Even when just asking a simple thing like no jalapeños on my sandwich please, he keeps putting them on my sandwich and even gives attitude when I ask. His customer service skills are next to none. I don't know how you can even run a business with the attitude of a 2 year old. Will not come back, enjoy lost business. read more

My fiancé and I came here because I was craving a chamango and I'm so glad we did. I stayed in the car with my two dogs but my fiancé went in and was met by a woman and a man behind the counter. He asked what they put in their Tostilocos and the man immediately said the ingredients but advised that they could customize it in anyway we wanted. A few moments later, my fiancé comes to the car with a cup filled with goodies and says "the man behind the counter wanted you to try this since I told him you liked chamangos" and it was a cup with pineapple, cream, granola and coconut - IT WAS AMAZING! I absolutely love supporting small businesses, especially when the customer service is top notch, and the food is great. We hope to be back and try more menu items! read more

The clerk was friendly and helpful and our orders were delivered quickly and accurately. Both were delicious. The fruit was fresh, sweet and appealing. The smoothie was smooth with no ice crystals. Friendly service. Clean establishment. Ordered a ham torta, chamango and bionico. The tortas are huge, about the size of my forearm. Tortas come with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, avocado, mayo, a chipotle type sauce, pickled jalapeńos and carrots. I thought my ham torta was alright. The bionico that I ordered was pretty good. It's the first time I've ever had it so I don't really have anything to compare it to. It's a fruit mixture with sweet cream, toasted coconut and granola. The chamango on the other hand was okay. Veggie torta was very tasty but they should add more variety like fresh jalapeños & bean sprouts. I do like that you can get half a torta for $5 or $7.99 for a whole one. The bread was toasted and cheese was melted on. I got the detox juice which tasted like pure watermelon. It didn't taste like any other detox juice and they were out of ginger so I should've just went with my instinct and not ordered it. Service was good but you could hear workers complaining about their hours and gossiping. They were talking louder than me and my friends were.
