Giving 4 stars because this bad experience was (I hope) a one-off. I've been going here a lot recently and have never had any issues with service until today. Got in at about 4 on a Friday, since I had to go to work at 4:30, (I work a 2 minute walk away, so I thought I had plenty of time.) Placed my order (Just 1 smoothie) and the place did not seem very busy, there ended up only being 3 drinks that were ordered before mine, but it took until 4:29 for my order to be ready, at least 25 minutes from when I ordered, I barely got to work on time and had very little time to actually drink the smoothie I got. I work in the service industry so I was hesitant to even ask about my order until just a few minutes before that, and the young lady making the smoothies seemed to be in no rush, very slowly walking in the back, and she kept hand-fanning her face every thirty seconds or so. While I was waiting, the 'next shift' of workers came in, and they seemed just as frustrated with her as everyone inside was, perhaps a bit better at hiding it. Unfortunately this experience is heavily discouraging, I can't see myself coming in before work anymore unless I schedule a reservation in the hopes I get my drink at a reasonable time. read more

I went in today and ordered the Acai super antioxidant smoothie and in place of the soy milk base. I asked the young lady to make it with almond milk and add whey protein. This smoothie was horrible. It was very watery and icy and was not up to the standards that I have had before at this location. This was bland and I have a feeling a few ingredients were left out. The only reason I did not turn around to get a refund is because I was on my way to pick up my daughter from school. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location. read more

Not sure if new manager but the last two months this location has been heading down hill. Waiting 15/20 min for a smoothy while no one is on the floor and no blenders going while the group talks music in the back. Now running out of multiple items and making the wrong drinks. Seems like there's no quality and care left in this store. They make the food item right away and by the time the smoothie is made the food isn't warm. Been going here for almost 20 years and this is the worse I've seen it. What are we tipping for if we don't even get the correct order in a timely manner? read more

It's been decades since the last time I went to a Jamba Juice shop and was surprised they have more that juices on their menu. Came here to use my $15 gift card after a game of pickle ball. This being my first meal of the day, I ordered a large protein infused Dragon fruit Frenzy yogurt bowl. I wanted to eat it the store but they didnt have chairs, so I ate most of it inside my car. It was a hot morning, so I saved the half of it to eat later. I think the ratio of toppings to yogurt is better if you order a small. read more

I waited about 30+ minutes for 2 smoothies. they only had the kiosk open and no one was taking orders with a line out the door. no employees had initiative to try to get the line down or to try and resolve customer issues using the kiosk. I understand there was a long line but taking orders face to face would've been much quicker. the kiosk is a great option but shouldn't be the only option. The workers were nice, but I had a welcome coupon of 50% off that was not honored with no explanation aside from we can't accept it (even though it was through the Jamba app). When I tried to use a 25% off coupon with the In-Restaurant barcode, the cashier would not even try to scan it and it was a difficult experience all together. All in all, delicious smoothies but please honor coupons offered by the Jamba company. read more

3/11/23 - went there with a party of 3. Everyone ordered the peach pleasure which always tastes refreshing. There was no line! We ordered at 2:15 and at 2:20 we were out with the drinks. Super upset with this locations "new policy" of dumping the extra smoothie in the garbage. For years, the employees have provided a small kids cup with the excess smoothie from the blender in addition to the $10 drink I purchase. This time, they didn't. Hello Josue. I am a Jamba Juice customer. I had an issue when making a purchase at your Arden Fair Mall location today. When I entered the store there were no other customers in the store. The Jamba sales associates were chatting with each other and when they saw me they sort of looked at each other and refused to greet me. I had to say hello to them. They kept talking to each other then slowly decided to allow me to make my purchase. It felt terrible to be treated this way. The manager Anahy took my order and continued to talk to the other associate. They were treating me like they didn't like me, purposefully unfriendly . I told Anahy that I would be contacting the general manager to report their behavior. They made it a point after I told them why I was upset to greet the customers who came after me with extreme respect and a warm welcome to rub it in my face. It was so hurtful and uneeded. I was mortified to find that Anahy could be so rude and also be the manager. Her behavior was a terrible example to the other associate who did not know how to behave professionally either. I am African American and I believe this is the reason for their mistreatment. Lastly, I had to bring back my drink and make them redo it because the second associate who is Latina with long brown hair made my smoothie with huge chunks of ice in it as punishment because I told them that I would be contacting you. Please speak with them, I just wanted to buy a smoothie. I have included a photo of the receipt. I do not expect to be compensated. Smoothies are smoothies but customer service could be a little better at this store. No one greets you when you walk in. No one seems to want to work register, even if your there for a pick up order. And you get no pleasant delivery of your drinks or a thank you have a good day. You have to I guess help yourself to straws if you want a straw ti drink your smoothie. I came in and got greeted right as I walked into this clean location. I got the pomegranate paradise. It's apple pear pomegranate juice with mangoes peaches and strawberries. It was a good reminder that I am in paradise. I also got my favorite waffle that they have here. This honestly should have been 5 star experience but cashier didn't know if smoothie was any good. Came in, no one else in store. They took my order quick. There were 3 employees in the store. Only one in the front working the other two a male and female were talking In the back. Orders were piling up. The female in the front was taking orders as people came in. I waited, 15 minutes later the two came out from the back and started helping. I was next to last to get my order. I felt sorry for the first girl. The one who finally gave me my order was very sarcastic when I said I was first in almost last out. It was true. I realized some were orders called in but two left before me that had ordered after me. Why was one person left to handle the front while the two talked leaving orders stacking up? The location is a little far out from San Diego, but the placement of the store is great if you are in the area. It is located in a mega strip mall that has an MTS train stop. Not too far from the 52 freeway. The parking is easy since there are thousands of spaces in this giant mall. Every store and restaurant you desire is pretty much located in this mall. Same Jamba Juice setup, quality, pricing, etc. Just like you would expect for a chain store. Helpful and friendly staff. They are good at remembering who ordered what even if your spouse ordered it but I think they need a better system to use names or order #'s. It was quite busy on the weekend and someone almost took my orders. Bathrooms were constantly in use so no review for that. They have a rewards club so you get free one on your birthday. read more

Oh so terrible experience on 9/18. We wouldn't have stayed, I wish we hadn't, but I needed something in my stomach after a long morning of driving. Inside the Jamba Juice smelled terrible. Like prank fart spray. Or real poop, but I'm desperately hoping that wasn't it. The bathroom had no toilet paper and was unpleasant as hell. Then the smoothie. God, at least the smoothie, please, be good. I didn't think this of course because how hard is it to blend some fruit. The rubbery fruit chunks wouldn't even fit through the straw. It was not homogenous whatsoever. It was disgusting. I was expecting a fruity drink that bordered on too sweet , but this was a crime. I will never go to a Jamba Juice again. I was craving a smoothie but I came came to claim my free small mega mango smoothie for my birthday. I just had to type in my cell number and the coupon came up. The guy was super nice. My drink came out quickly. It was pretty tarte. The drink consisted of strawberries, mango and I think orange juice. Pretty good but next time I will try a different flavor. Service was friendly here. There's a unisex restroom in the back which you need to ask for a key. The location needs more tables as there is plenty of open space in the middle. Came to this Jamba Juice a few times since I work close by. Some days my drinks are better than others. Came in before for the first time and a few gentlemen were working. I had gotten my usual (Peanut butter mood) and coming from experience since I worked at Jamba Juice before I know what the drinks are supposed to taste like. This time it was unfortunately not good. It lacked the peanut butter and chocolate flavor and was very runny not smoothie like. Since it's different people working usually I like to decide to give it another try. Came in a few days ago and had ordered my second usual matcha green tea blast with extra banana. It lacked matcha flavor but the texture was just right. Today I came in for a peanut butter mood and was welcomed right when I walked in and was a good welcome you can say. I was remembered by one of the employees (I'll be back again to catch her name so I can edit this review) she's very sweet and so was the girl who helped me when I got my matcha ( she also has great up-selling skills!) they are very helpful and very kind and it felt good being remembered!
