Kravings is my favorite fruit bar in San Diego. The staff are always friendly and make sure you get exactly what you ordered. My kids are so picky and this is the one place we can all get what we want. Everything on the menu is great! If you have a sweet tooth the strawberries and cream are perfect. If you are craving something savory, the chicken stuffed cucumber, tortas, or salads won't disappoint. Definitely a fun place to grab a bite to eat. Great location with relaxing vibes and indoor seating!

Super over priced, bought a sandwich and a juice and it was almost $30- the juice didn't taste good, felt sick right after.. This is not great customer service

This was just under $16 I got ripped off and super annoyed. I understand prices have gone up but dang it's so small!

I tried the diablito, corn in a cup, asada torta and chicken wrap. Everything was fresh and delicious. I also really enjoyed the customer service. The fruit was sweet, crisp and refreshing. I thought the restaurant was super cute and inviting. I would definitely return to try other smoothies, and tortas. My hubby really liked his ham torta but I did not get to try.

I was craving a smoothie or fruit so we went here. They have a really great menu. I got the fresas con crema and loved it! I've never had it with toppings and it was a game changer. It had granola and coconut on top. The strawberries were super fresh too! The staff was nice and fast.

Hidden gem, a bit out of my way but definitely worth the drive. Customer service was outstanding. The two gentlemen who helped me were so nice and uh, helpful, when it came to the menu, they even gave me a sample of a chamoy and mango treat without me even having to ask. The prices were decent, and when I got my acai bowl with mango, blueberry and strawberry, it was so delicious. The next time I'm in the area visiting, I will certainly stop by. And try that chamoy smoothie. I can definitely understand why they have such good reviews. I have no complaints and would recommend anyone who loves acai, bowls, smoothies and juices to stop by.

This is hands down the BEST Juice bar EVER! The Owner is the most genuine, outgoing person ever! Myself and wife have gone in every day after our gym workout. One of the many upsides to this his place is all of the juices, smoothies, açaí bowls, milkshakes, fruit salads and food is made from scratch. They also have a signature drink the vampiro drink that consists of beets, Carrots, and OJ! Three words describes this drink, de-li-cious! This place sells itself. On hot summer days, we usually get the açaí bowls and the watermelon juice. We have ordered the large fruit tray for special occasions and they have not missed any of my orders. The staff is very nice and friendly. Hats off to the management for managing this location very well!

A friend told me I needed to try this place. They were right. This fruit bar does not disappoint. On a hot day this would be the most refreshing place to go. All of their fruit for their smoothies, fruit plates or açaí bowls is very fresh ,not frozen. I had a strawberry mango smoothie with apple juice . The juice is fresh squeezed with no added sugar. My friend had a watermelon smoothies that tasted just like a watermelon! I will be back. I k ow my family will love this place too. It is casual and a quick healthy snack. The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions. I''m looking forward to my next Kravngs when I am in Santee. read more

I'm always on the lookout for a Mexican Fruit Salad restaurant and Kravings was my next one to try. I live 15 miles away (Mira Mesa) and saw this place earlier when I was last nearby getting gas at Costco. Their offerings range from smoothies, juices, wraps and salads. They use fresh ingredients. The granola that they use isn't the Mexican kind but for me wasn't a big issue. We ordered a Large Fruit Salad to share and a mango smoothie as well as a green smoothie for my wife. The establishment was quiet for the most part. It was Sunday late afternoon. And service was relatively quick. The food was served quickly enough and the portions in the salad was good. My mango smoothie was good and not over the top sweet. I am definitely coming back for more! read more

My friend and I stopped by here for lunch. She shared that she comes her often with her family and that everything is great and tasty. The service was quick and friendly. I got a turkey wrap and she got a croissant sandwich. Our lunch was ready within 10-15 minutes. They packaged it to go but also have some seating on the inside available to eat. The wrap was good and I loved that it already came with avocado and jalapeños. I will stop by again when I'm in the area. read more

Service is terrible, open late all the time... there are other reviews that confirm this. Says 11am more like 11:20a-11:30a or whenever they feel like it. Walked the dog around for a little, came back and waited 30 minutes for some tostilocos, didn't have jicama (go figure). Poorly run business. Can't open on time or have the ingredients they need. Truth hurts, if you don't want bad reviews BE BETTER AT THE BASICS. read more

i've come here before and remember enjoying their fruit & tortas. today i came by, and the service was horrible. i walked in, the man behind the counter is just on his phone sitting down at a table. and then i look at him to ask a question and he looks annoyed at needing to get up. and then he tells me the menu should say what's in the smoothie (it doesn't), and reads it out loud from his side of the counter. i ask where i can find it to read it for myself. he says "i just told you", when he was the one who told me it should be up there? i would've understood to a degree if it was busy, but i was the only customer inside. i told him i'm good and walked out. i don't think i'll come back because that was honestly just ridiculous and incredibly rude. read more

We stopped by Kravings Fruit Bar after leaving urgent care to grab an açaí bowl for our daughter, who was really sick with the flu. We didn't even mention how bad she was feeling--but the owner noticed right away when we came in how much she was struggling. When our food was ready, he went above and beyond and gave her a big shot of fresh ginger mixed with orange and other amazing juices, just to help her feel a little better. That kindness meant so much to us in a stressful moment. The food was delicious, the juices were incredibly fresh, and the compassion and care were unforgettable. This place isn't just about great bowls and juices--it's about heart. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend supporting this wonderful business. read more

Was craving a raspado so bad today! We were driving by El Cajon and I've tried a place across from the mall I love, but we like supporting our own neighborhood businesses, so I chose Kravings. Sadly, they didn't live up to their name today. Be warned that although they have raspados on the menu, they told my husband they only serve raspados during the summer. Felt like a summer day to me today, so this was a bummer! Then the chamoy apples my daughters were cravings, also were not available. They were nice enough to give my daughter a choc covered strawberrry, but I was sure regretting not stopping in El Cajon to begin with. Especially when my husband mentioned the music playing had profanity in it. That's a big way to keep me from returning. The Tostilocos were good, though. read more

I got a peanut butter açaí bowl and it was great. When I ordered, the cashier told me they ran out of peanut butter and then proceeded to run to the nearby store to get more. Not only are the açaí bowls great, but the service is genuinely the best I have ever experienced. We're so happy we found this place! The staff is so welcoming and the food is amazing! We got a breakfast torta and let them add what they thought would be best and wow! Best torta I've EVER had. Bomb açaí bowls, smoothies and tortas! Very cute spot tucked away in a strip mall by Trader Joe's & CVS. These guys were so sweet and answered all of our questions customer service was top notch. Everything was fresh and delicious they even brought out a special treat, strawberries with Dubai chocolate! Omg!! I will drive down from SD just for that if they put it on the menu!!! lol Highly recommend if you are in the Santee area.. We will definitely be back! read more

Juice is amazing They say they have a lot of items that they DO NOT CARRY. Please take the items you have no plans on keeping in stock, off the menu. Also the last two days they have just been closed? It's frustrating that they seem to just be closed even though their set hours are open until 8pm. The lack of care for their hours makes them unreliable but their drinks are killer so it sucks they aren't open when they say they are. read more

Always fresh fruit being served, service is one of a kind. The owners and staff always friendly and helpful and willing to swap out fruit if you don't like certain fruit. They recently we did the inside of the store and made the ambiance amazing with a selfie wall. Some may say prices are little high but when you get the amazing service and fresh fruit and food then it's worth paying the extra. I'm not a fan of places cutting corners and substitute freshness with concentrated stuff. I'll pay the extra and support the ones that care about their customers and give the fresh products. read more

Super bomb tortas and the freshest tasting mangonada (frozen mango and chamoy) that I've had as long as I can remember. Delish! Would definitely recommend. It even has fresh mango on top and tamarindo chili candies. Everything is fresh and I like the chipotle sauce on their tortas. I've tried both the turkey, ham and the carne asada so far. Took my friend for the first time after we just came from the gym. It was just about closing time but we were greeted with such positive vibes from the employees. They were really patient with us and they helped with any questions she had. At first they didn't have one of the fruits we wanted for our smoothie, but we were able to sub it out and the manager was even kind enough to take off an extra 10 percent off of our entire order. On top of that, once they made our drinks they hooked us up with an extra one on the house! Their protein smoothies and chamangos were amazing and the customer service they gave was above and beyond, especially since I took her for the first time there. Everyday on my way to school, I always make a side trip to this Frutiza and order an Asada torta. For the size of the damn thing, you will definitely get your money's worth. To give you an idea of how filling it is, I always buy one around 10AM and I wont get hungry again until roughly 6PM, I would dare say that half of a torta from this place is just as filling, if not more, than a whole foot long sub from Subway. As a college student that is on a somewhat tight budget and drives a beat up Honda he bought from his uncle (and has to spend money repairing it on a regular basis...) this place is great, its much healthier and provides much better portions for the price than the other local restaurants do. 10 out of 5 stars!!! read more
