I'm typically a Jamba addict and I regularly order the acai bowl. Because acai. I was always super impressed with their bowls and how filling they were for a healthy mini-meal on the run. However, my bowl today was sadly sub par. The 16oz looked more like a 14oz with about 1/3 inch of room still remaining at the top of the bowl. I asked the girl who made it if the bowls were different now and she just stared at me blankly and said, "This is the bowl." Sorry, what? If I'm paying over $6 for fruit, I expect it to be the size I ordered. I'm not sure if this poorly executed attempt at making an acai bowl was location specific or if Jamba is scrimping and cutting corners to pocket more revenue. I also noticed their Pirate Booty bags have shrunk but the price hasn't. Jamba, I'll be extremely disappointed if this is your lame way of cheating your customers. I'll be more than happy to get my acai bowl elsewhere... everyone's doing it. read more

Smoothies were great BUT they were very slow with make 3 smoothies. No one else in the store and we placed our order before others came it. There were 3 to 4 ladies working around 6:15 pm tonight. One took the orders, one was cleaning the blenders and the other took a few minutes to start our order. She started one smoothie and then walked away and never came back. Visited this Jamba Juice location today and I was very impressed with their staff. As soon as my family and I walked in, they all greeted us. It wasn't a forced "oh welcome to Jamba Juice" kind of greeting either. They were all genuinely nice. The store is very clean and this is the first Jamba juice location that I've visited that has samples! My kids were super thrilled! Kelsie and Ashley were the ones that helped us. Their manager, Amanda, was friendly as well. The employees didn't look miserable to be at work-- they smiled the entire time. You can tell these people work well as a team and it SHOWS. What a great experience! I did an online order and i was so pleased. I showed up 4 mins early and when I walked in the entire staff welcomed me in. Wow this is a busy location! I came on a Friday afternoon, around 3:30 when I got out of work. I figured it would be a busier location due to being near so many businesses but I was not prepared for it to be as busy as it was. I ordered 2 different smoothies and it took about 15 minutes to get them. The staff was friendly even though you could tell they were stressed and they did a great job all working together to get all of the orders fulfilled. There was seating outside as well as inside. Most of the seating was taken by people who were waiting for their orders so as the orders came up more seating was available. I did not sit and got my smoothies to go so the seating wasn't an issue for me. Our smoothies were correct and perfect as usual. I tried the "All Fruit Mega Mango" smoothie with soy protein today and found it to be delightful. No sherbet or yogurt -- just fruit juice and ice. Very refreshing. I was hungry and all the other places in the area were closed for Easter except for Jamba. ***Beware of Jamba Juice gift cards!!!*** First time it's ever happened to me, but very FRUSTRATING. I purchased two $25 gift cards for Christmas gifts. One of the cards did NOT have the $25 on it that I paid for. The store management can only refer you to the back of the card for someone to contact. I've left over 10 messages. After waiting 7 minutes on hold each call and then I'm sent to a voice message machine. I have not been called back to take care of this. The only option is to contact my credit card company and dispute it. I did request to talk to manager which referred me to district manager, but I was advised that it all goes through the Jamba corporate which is the back of gift card phone number. **1-6-2016 I am very happy to report that the district manager did contact someone at corporate. She reached out to me with a resolution to my gift card error. As of today, I received a replacement activated gift card. So my suggestion to anyone buying a gift card, register the card immediately or call the number on the back to verify funds were applied before giving as a gift. When I ordered C booster the cashier turned to her coworker and asked her if she threw away the C booster she had. What???? This place is pretty good. It's fairly quick and they usually have a lot of employees working. My only complaint would be that it seems a whole lot louder than some of the other jamba juices I have been to.
