We came here on Father's Day and got there a little before 4:30 PM to beat the crowd. When you walk in, there's a bar area up front and two buffet-style stations for sauces and sides. We only waited about 5 minutes to be seated, not bad at all. The hostess was super friendly and asked if we wanted Korean BBQ, Hot Pot, or both. Of course, we went with both! She took us to a booth, and we noticed there's a grill guide on the table, which is super helpful. They also give you a menu so you can check out all the options for both the BBQ and hot pot. A server came by, dropped off the grill and a dirty tablet, and walked away without saying anything, no smile, no instructions. We weren't sure what to do, so after waiting about 5 more minutes, we asked another server walking by if he knew who our server was. Turned out it was him! Thank goodness not the first guy. He apologized and explained he had to help another table first. No biggie, he was really polite and helpful once he got to us. He helped us choose a broth and showed us how to use the tablet to order. You can order up to 10 items at a time, and the dining time is 90 minutes. This place was a lot of fun. We were a party of four and we opted for hot pot only. We were quickly seated by the hostess and our server came over to our table to greet us right away. We stopped by the buffet line first and grabbed some side dishes. I tried the fried rice and chicken wings. The fried rice had no flavor but the chicken wings were delicious! They were crispy, hot, and flavorful. Here we also grabbed sauces and spices for our soups. Once at the table we picked and ordered our meats and toppings on the tablet. Everything was delivered quickly by the servers. The meats were thinly cut and the veggies all tasted fresh. Service was great throughout our meal and our sever was attentive and friendly. Omg I love this place! So far, the best AYCE kbbq and hotpot in the valley. This place is pretty spacious, and their "buffet" area has good selection of side dishes, sauce, and dessert and fruits. We got to try hotpot, but just for 5 more bucks, you can have both kbbq and hotpot! KPOT may be my new go-to for KBBQ. The restaurant is quite spacious, but more accommodating to parties of 2-4. There are a handful of tables large enough to fit 6+, but you'll likely experience longer wait times during a weekend dinner rush since there are only so many. Key takeaways: - you order everything besides drinks off of a tablet; 10 max per round - portions are smallish, but this is a plus in my book because it allows the chance to try a variety of meats without filling up too soon - fewer appetizer-type options compared to others in the valley Overall, the marinated meats were tasty and the quality was just as good. Happy with this spot! It's very large & has its own self service sides / sauce bar which is pretty well stocked. I am also a fan of the ipad ordering system. No longer have to wait for server to come around to make more orders, big improvement. The meat was good quality & I also liked the sides I tried (radish, kimchi). Tomato broth had a decently strong flavor and they do free refills. I like how they do lunch pricing as well! Probably doesn't need to be said but the peanut sauce is indeed just peanut sauce so make sure to add other stuff to make it taste like standard hotpot sauce. read more

I was here yesterday and wasn't very impressed. The food is fine. I mean some items I wouldn't order again like the shu mai since it looks nothing like shu mai or tastes like shu mai. The har gow was very mushy. My main problem was the service. There is a two hour time limit. But it's not clear whether it's the order time or sit down time. But anyways we were eating and ordering crab. Our waitress was very pushy and rushing us towards the end. She kept bringing up the time. We placed a last minute order and waited like 20 mins for it to come. And we flagged down three separate servers and they're all talking to each other in the lil ear piece they have tryna figure out why we don't got our food. She was rushing payment and was like let me take payment now and we tipped standard 20% but we should've tipped 0 for that kind of service. After we paid we were finishing our food and literally every server kept coming over lighting us up about how much time we have and we kept telling them about our missing order. Then some girl waiter changing the grill was like yall are over your two hours. It was literally only 5 minutes. And we told her we already paid and she's like that doesn't matter you have a time limit. And we told her we been waiting 20 mins for our final order and if we got it 20 mins ago we woulda been done and gone already and she's like let me go find out and talk to my manager. No manager ever came over and we got no apologies for them rushing us and being all difficult and dodgey with our final order. Finally our main waitress came over with a plate of two orders when we placed five orders since there were three of us. After we got our final impartial order we finished up and left. And again if we got our order 20 mins ago when we placed it we would've been within the two hours. But no everyone had to have a problem with our ordering and paying and rushing us. I get they were getting busy and had a wait but they were not nice about it. They were rude and pushy. If you're charging damn near 40 bucks a head I better be getting better service than that. Not to mention through out our time our waitress also kept turning down the heat of the grill which was weird because the meat was cooking significantly slower because of that and some of the meat were thicker cuts than standard kbbq. Also some of the meats have zero seasoning but they don't put any salt or anything on the table and you go to the sauce station to make your thing. If anything the service is going to be what ruins this place for a lot of people. No matter how enjoyable or good the food is, if the service is bad people won't stick around. read more

We were lucky to go on a Thursday so it wasn't much of a wait. Idk if it's for this restaurant or another store in the area but parking was pumping. We had to circle a couple times and parked pretty far. So convenient being able to order off the iPad. Here's a thing to note, you have to wait a couple of minutes before being able to place another order. I put in my order then passed the iPad and we had to wait. So you have to put everyone at the same time. The food was fabulous. All you can eat so you can't complain with the price. It's a pretty large restaurant so tables are large and has a lot of space. This is in all you can eat Korean barbecue and hot pot place the Korean barbecue does not come with all the traditional sides that you usually get with Korean barbecue, which was a little sad but they do have a salad bar that you can go and get some sides but you're not gonna see the traditional Korean barbecue sides here the hot pot was really good. I wish I could go back and just get hot pot and not do the Korean barbecue and go to a different place with Korean barbecue with the traditional sides, regardless of the sides not being there we still had a great time we enjoyed ourselves and we left stuffed. The servers are really kind and they work as a team, which I appreciate appreciatedand they all seem really happy to be there. We'll be back again. I wish I could give KPOT more than 5 stars. We were there for lunch on a Friday and the place was busy, but we were seated right away. It took us few minutes to get situated and our waitress, Kam explained everything to us. We were bit overwhelmed because we wanted to do both bbq and hotpot. Once we got going, it was like clockwork. You have option to do bbq or hotpot or both but everyone at the table has to decide together. Lunch is cheaper because some premium meat options were only available at dinner prices. They had self serve sides bar along with sauce bar. Their kimchi was delicious and very authentic. The dessert bar also did not disappoint. Everything was fresh, delicious, kept refreshed and clean. The meat selection was also spot on. Fresh and thinly sliced so it could be used in either the bbq or the hotpot. The marinated meats were slightly on the sweeter side so if you're avoiding sugar, go for non marinated meats. There were also additional options for the hotpot including seafood, fish/meat balls, veggies, noodles, mushrooms and veggies. KPOT has service figured out. We constantly had our waitress around to help us including swapping out the grills and clearing used dishes. Also, ordering was very easy and fast. Food came out super fast. I had an absolutely wonderful lunch the other day with a couple girlfriends of mine. Oh let me just say Nina was an absolute joy. I've never done hot pot or Korean bbq before so having someone truly quite interested in making sure we understood the process was a refreshing moment for us. She's one of those people you just want to sit down at the table with you! The food was quite good. I really recommend the dinner menu as the lunch didn't have anything quite my tastes. The prices are quite reasonable considering the portions, portions being your entire appetite. There was this green little sweet drink Nina absolutely sold me on for Halloween as I was feeling sorta festive. Wasn't my friends cup of tea ‍but it was definitely my drink of the night!! Haha. I'd recommend also getting there a bit earlier in the day so you can enjoy the lunch wait times! (Very short) but you can still get the dinner menu. Nina sold me on it when she said short ribs. Came for my daughter's birthday on a Sunday around 6:30pm. Really busy so we jumped on the waitlist and shopped around the plaza to kill time. Received the ready text after an hour. Once we were sat down, our server explained the ordering process since it was our first time. We decided on doing the bbq and hot pot option. Everyone in your party will have to choose the same option. If ordering the hot pot option, you order your broth of choice with your server and everything else will be ordered from the tablet. Items are limited to 15 choices at a time with a 5 min wait in-between order sets. Food orders came out pretty quickly. Food quality of meats/seafood/noodles/etc were very decent! The self-serve bar had plenty of sauce options and additions. The area is also home to fried rice, fried chicken wings, fries, dumplings, egg rolls, kimchi, sesame balls, edamame, fruit, and various veggies. We went a bit crazy ordering off the tablet and I feel we still didn't order even half of the available options! Overall, this has become high up on my list for AYCE Korean bbq/hot pot due to the variety and quality of options, a good sauce bar, and amazing service! Our server (Jenny) was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of! She made certain to frequently change out our grill as well. Let me say this: what happened today nobody could have predicted that. Wifi AND AC went down in the restaurant today. Im not deducting a star for that. Why is the wifi important? Because their ordering and pay (POS) systems were internet based. What I am deducting a star for is they didn't tell anyone newly seated or anyone that called the restaurant . Christo was good. I think he did exceptional IF it was a normal service. But when the AC is down (it was down after we sat down), those drink refills are critical. He had a normal pace. But given the extra circumstances, the service could have been more accommodating. Definitely my go-to hot pot place from now on! Kpot just opened 5/6/25 and is a Korean bbq/hot pot place in one. We had Jake as our server, and he was extremely attentive and friendly. He had great recommendations and never left our drinks more than half empty. I'm SO happy we finally have a hot pot place with herbal broth as an option (think Happy Lamb in Seattle, or Little Sheep in California). They also have a very comprehensive sauce and topping bar, and my favorite sacha sauce (Chinese barbecue sauce) is available here!! Meats are perfectly cut and your choices of protein (including seafood, red meats) are plentiful. My favorites include the tongue, pork belly, snow crab, bean curd sheets, enoki mushrooms, and ribeye. You input your order via the tabletop iPad and the runner brings it right out. We decided to also do kbbq as we wanted to taste both, and while it was great, it was a lot to eat. Value is fantastic. Prices are $22 Lunch, $32 Dinner M-F, with dinner pricing all weekend for either option. If you want to have both options, it's only $5 more. Friends grabbed a drink at the bar, said Scott the bartender was awesome, chatted them up and his service set the tone for our meal. See Scott, hang out, chill before seating. Then Christo our server took great care of us. Attentive, refilled drinks, changed out our grill, checked in frequently. Once you sit, you can order through the iPad, makes it easy w/well organized photos of items to navigate. On weekends the dinner menu is served all day, add $5 and you can get AYCE Korean BBQ and hotpot. The entire table must order the same deal. The sauces, banchan and desserts were available for you to grab on your own at anytime. 2hr time limit, and they have an ice cream chest option for dessert (vanilla cups and chocolate fudge bars). The selection of meats, seafood and veges were standard, came out fast and were presented well. No complaints there. They give you whole kalbi ribs and cuts of steak options besides the normal shaved meats. Snow crab legs are an option too. Drunk menu offers at an extra charge a full bar, soft drinks, flavored lemonades and boba milk teas. Best part was the birthday bonus, if you go within 3 days of your actual birthdate you'll get your meal free.
