I got the Mango Bingsu. The shaved ice cream is so fluffy and creamy. The mango pieces were diced nice and tiny. Most were a little too green for me. I think they use green mangoes because they're more tart & offset the sweetness of the ice cream. It probably isn't so healthy, but I like the sweeter mangoes. I love that they don't skimp on the fruit! The Shaved Ice Cream aka Bingsu is enough for 2 people. Alas, I was alone, so I did the best I could!
