This Kohl's is up in the mountains practically, off the 210 freeway at the Commons in the land of Up. I love this location because it's got a great view of the valley and the mountains behind it, but also because it's at the west end of the shopping center which means lots of parking. Also, the store is big, clean, organized and has a ton of new styles for women. They also have a Sephora. I enjoy this Kohl's more than the one in Ontario for sure. Definitely stop in as they have cute clothes and shoes!

Visited on Saturday, 04/23/22 for the first time. I haven't shopped at Kohls in a very long time. Family and I were around the area (plaza located in Upland) and decided to window shop after shopping at Target. There were a lot of sales in this particular location! I even signed up for a Kohls account so that I can accumulate points for rewards and other great savings/discounts in the future! I purchased long-sleeve shirts for $3!!!! Highly recommend!

This review is for the Amazon returns service here. I recently had to return something that I purchased on Amazon but I had mistakenly thrown out the box it came in. So while I was going through the return process on their website I noticed that it had the option to return it at a Kohls store. I was like, "hmmm...what's this??" I mean, I had vaguely heard about it but didn't ever think I would need it. Well here we were... I was suspiciously cautious about the words free packing and shipping but said, "ya know, what the heck lemme try it!" So in I went on a weekday afternoon after work. I strolled up to where the big signs pointed me to the Amazon station and found two people in line. I got in behind them and awaited my fate. It was rather quick but could've been quicker. One person had two separate returns and the other was taking their time in talking to the customer service rep. It felt like the dmv scene in Zootopia with the sloths. Ok it really didn't but it was a slowww pace...not because of the service reps but because of the annoying customers. Anyways, my turn came. I showed them the bar code in my phone. They scanned it. Took the item. Gave me a receipt. And I left. A couple hours later I got a message from Amazon and the refund was complete. I left and am happy. The end

This Kohl's is really a five-star, compared to any other Kohl's that I've been to, especially in Southern California. The dressing rooms are fairly clean. All the floors in general are clean and well kept. The items are organized appropriately on the hanging racks. Probably the most impressive thing about this Kohl's is if they have such a huge selection. I would only go to this Kohl's if you actually want to buy items. I've gone before, looked at items and then been to another Kohl's to try to purchase them, and they don't have those items at the other Kohl's. For probably in 20 miles every direction, this is by far the best Kohl's store around. Additionally, the staff are always very friendly and very helpful. It seems that they have been working at this Kohl's for a long time and enjoy their jobs. I definitely recommend shopping here for some good deals and a comfortable shopping experience!

UPDATE: Dec 4, 2019 I ordered an item from the Kohls website: toddler's shoes. I ordered size 5T for a 5 year-old and when I picked up at the store, I was surprised to find a tiny shoe that would barely fit a one-year-old. This is on the assumption that "5T" meant 5-year-old toddler as with all clothing items such as shirts, pants, shorts, etc. Those who have shopped for kids apparel will know this. I went back to customer service and asked them if they can exchange it for me for the appropriate size I ordered. I was told they cannot find it in their system and told me that I can head over to the kids shoes section to find one myself. I arrived at the kids shoes section and it was a mess and HIGHLY inefficient. There were shoes that had price tags (apart from the MSRP printed on the box - how am I supposed to know if there is any sale or price discounts applied to the item?), others did not. Boxes on the shelf were not ordered on the shelf properly in the sense that there was absolutely no way to find what I was looking for. Sizes were out of order that had absolutely no correspondence to what is in the box - a size 2.5 was in a large box while a size 11.5 was in a smaller box. To make matters worse, two boxes could have the same EXACT label with the same EXACT model number but a TOTALLY DIFFERENT shoe inside (wth??). And then there were confusing large numbers with letters on them such as "5Y" or "12K" ...are these a model series? A design? In addition, there were no specific design arranged by columns - absolutely no order to anything. And this did not only apply to the under-armour, but to the Nike's, the OshKosh, just to name a few. The only thing it was separated by is by how the outer box looks. Why can't there be a standardized system? Such inefficiency. Customer service agent Karlie was polite and knowledgeable when I returned the item.

I have been in kohl's for a while. There a lot of things in clearance and discount. I am looking in houseware area to see wha is good for the house having an empty Wall. The furniture area is small but prices,are not the bad. Clothing sales have many discounts. Store workers setting up this mornings are nice and helpful. Just i am in a auick run not much time. Wifey dissapered somewhere. I have to find her i am sure she is happy looking for something. I recommend for others to come good deals.

I've been here a few times and the store is always a mess. Hard to find clothes when it's on the floor. Also, the fitting rooms are left the same way. Not very happy with the cleanliness of this Kohls. read more

Took my 88 y o mom to Kohls to find a wallet. We both use walkers to get around. Today we visited the Campus St store in Upland. The items for sale are so terribly over priced its sickening! Plus, the isles are so congested & close together we had trouble moving around. If you are in a wheelchair of any kind, FORGET IT! Not up to what I think is code for the disabled. Won't be back. Oh yea, they have netted baskets on wheels that are Rediculous! read more

My favorite kohl's. The cleanest kohl's in the area. The staff is very nice here. I ship there quite often and they're always so helpful. I always leave with what I intended to buy and of course with things I didn't :). Kohl's cash and coupons and yes to you rewards are great! read more

The place is somewhat organized besides the clearance sections are a disaster. I found some clearance shoes and I went to purchase them but by the time I got home they were mismatched so I had to waste gas and drive all they way back just to get the right pair. The staff was friendly but I didn't get as good of a discount as I usually do, kinda bummed that my 30% off coupon was expired too when I went there so all I got was 15%. read more

Had a very bad experience trying to exchange a shirt I received for a gift. I didn't have a recpit. So they said I was only going to get $4 back! Or I can do an even exchange for another item on clearance. I was not able to find an exact item for the same clearance price and I was willing to take an item that was less. They gave me a difficult time. At the end they ended up keeping my item and I got nothing back! Hope you guys are happy. I will never come back to this store and I will let my friends and family know about this bad experience also. I always spend a lot at Kohls but not anymore. Terrible experience! read more

Today i walked in to make a simple exchange. The first associate I came accross in jewelry was beyond rude an older lady with short blonde hair I believe her name was Leanne. I left because i did not want to cause a scene....i went to the women's side registers and I was lucky enough to come across another rude one made sure to read her name.....Adriana....She honestly doesn't pay attention....all I wanted was an even exchange ...but she started mentioning returns.....with attitude to top it off.....im not coming back to this store....id rather give my money to another store that know how to treat people. read more

This store is a joke!! The prices are way too high and the personnel is worthless!! The management is rude to say the least!! I have to say the one good thing out of my experience was the cashier. She was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She answered all of my questions and was very quick in getting me checked out. She is definitely an asset to your company. This place is not a good store to go to! Rude cashiers every time. There was this lady named Melissa who kept taking from the regular return line until she realize that I was online online pickup. She argued with me about standing on the other line, when I clearly had an online pick up. She was trying to make it look good that they overlooked it on my pick up line. Not only did she argue with me, she had a really bad attitude, and she said "there an issue?" When I asked for a bag. She said this with an attitude and threw a bag on the counter when I asked if she can put my item in a bag. Lazy and disrespectful!! read more

Wooooow, never in my life have I felt so intrusive. Let me just take some time to apologize to the jewelry counter for inconveniencing their day by asking to be rung up. Its 15 minutes to closing and there are two registers open, unfortunately both cashiers(one manager and one associate) are too busy explaining to the family holding up the line that its impossible for them to get 30% off their purchase for the last three years as they claim, because the promo is only good for the day the account is open. So we politely ask to be rung up and get nothing but attitude, she slams the receipt on the desk, she throws the bag at us, I will NEVER come to UPLAND Kohls again. read more

This location is one of the worst!!!! I have EVER experienced. I had a credit with them from a prior purchase of $10.00 that was shown on my receipt. When I went to make more purchase's a few weeks later they did NOT honor it. There argument was I needed to use my credit within a certain time period!!! They lied to me and seemed very dishonest especially coming from there manager. They even had me waiting for over 20 minutes at the cash register to receive an answer from management. This store is the worst ever, I used to live in Riverside before I moved to this area, the Kohl's there was very friendly, kind and had great customer service. I always liked shopping at Kohl's however since than I have taken my business and expressed my bad experience to friends and family. The $10 does not bother me, what bothered me was how they handled it with no care or appreciation of my loyalty to them. I averaged about $100-$200 on a monthly basis that I used to spend at kohl's ... Now its 0 dollars plus my family and friends, and at least they will think twice before shopping there. Those $10 dollars that they did not honor me will cost Kohl's Corporation thousands of dollars for years to come. read more

Went shopping there the other night for the first time. Usually shop at the kohls on mountain ave in Upland but was near the one on Campus Ave so I decided to stop in. I could not find anyone in the womens dept to help me find a blouse in my size. When i asked the cashier to call someone to assist me, no one came. I then asked to speak to a manager. Again, no one came. I was about to leave then i saw a group of ladies talking in the aisle. I approached them and asked to speak to the manager. One of them replied that she was the manager. Said her name was ALICIA. She was very rude and short with me when I voiced my concerns about the service at the store. She rolled her eyes at one point and seemed to be more interested in gossiping with her younger employees than assisting me or other customers. I left at that point a refuse to ever shop there again. Never had I experienced such rudeness by a manager at any store I have ever shopped in. read more

Nowadays streetwear trends have shifted, blurring the line between casual fashion and high fashion. Kings to me is what pure streetwear is all about at its core. No bots, no asinine reseller mark-ups, no insane pricetags, no bullshit. I'm thankful Kings and others like it still exist (Proper, BAIT, Bowls LA and Union are both kind of). I say kind of because Bowls opens whenever they want and Union definitely has a certain audience in mind with the brands they carry. Anyway, maybe I'm looking back at the history of streetwear with rose-tinted glasses, but there's no denying that the fact that a place like Kings can still thrive despite the fact that a lot of boutiques I used to frequent have either shifted to online exclusively or just shuttered their doors permanently is respectable. The fact that you can still walk into a place like this and get some sick drip without playing bullshit games and waiting for drops or buying bots to cop shit is something I truly appreciate. The staff is cool as always and if anything, their selection has improved over the years and they've definitely stepped up (heh) their shoe game as well. Anyway, my very long drawn out point is that Kings is still king when it comes to finding streetwear locally with an excellent selection. They carry all the brands; new and old. It's like Costco. I was trying to shop for christmas gifts and some creepy orange hair woman working in the jewelry section kept staring at me constantly so i smiled back, she didn't. she continued to stare then she followed me, literally hovering over me everywhere i went and then proceeded to aggressively say, "one thing you should do is close your bag" , which took me off guard. oh so that's why you're literally stalking me while i'm trying to shop- you think i'm stealing. i don't go out that much to shop because of people like her and wish i got her name because that is not okay and made me not even want to shop there anymore. read more

Is there a girl here named Nicki or Nikki or something like that? 'Cause on 7/19/24 I heard some white lady manager tell someone else that they're being flexible with your hours and unloading the truck and you're not doing your job. LIKE MAM... YOU AS A MANAGER ARE TALKING LIKE THIS IN FRONT OF YOUR CUSTOMERS? I was in the store for like 20 seconds before I heard this mess. Don't quit but report your manager read more

This Kohl's looks a little outdated from outside because it is in an older building. However, it is very clean and normally well stocked (except when there is really good sales going on). Staff members are very polite and friendly and always willing to answer my questions or help me locate particular clothing articles. Would totally recommend this one over the Kohl's near the Ontario Mills Mall! read more

Kohl's is banning My Pillow from it's stores due to politics! This co. does a lot of good for organizations such as Veteran's and Cancer organizations. This cancel culture must stop and I will NOT put my money into a company who cares more about politics then providing great product!! BYE KOHL'S, I'LL BE TAKING MY MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!! read more

The lines are long... not because of the sales.... but because of the cashiers working "hard" and "fast and efficient." Will not recommend to go here, especially during holiday seasons...unless the sales are great. read more
