Because of time crunch and other engagements we usually schedule a pickup/curbside service. After, picking up item and when we got home we came to find out that the security tag was still on it. This is something we can't take it out ourself at home so we had to drive back again and we don't live close to Kohl's location. This was a big inconvenience for us and we missed an appointment because we needed these clothes to wear for our appointment. All I got from the Manager is SORRY. I like this department store for a few things - office wear, Harry Potter t-shirts, and basic tops. I really like the LC brand (Lauren Conrad) for office wear. Kohl's is where you find LC. They also have really good deals on bra's... Maiden Form is the best "cheaper" bra... If you're not willing to go to Victoria's Secret. Plus I really like that they have no attendant at the dressing rooms. It's less of a hassle to get in and out, and you can take as much stuff as you want inside. I also noticed this location (maybe others to?) have started to carry LORAC in the makeup area. Prices are pretty high... but no more than Macy's. read more

I shopped here today and had a not so nice experience with a male employee at the check out. As I was in line a young lady kohls employee asked me if I wanted to use the self check out and said she would help me. I agreed since there was only 1 checker and 4 people ahead of me, before we could get started, the male employee came over and asked her to go into another department, she looked at me and told me that all I had to do was scan the items and so I agreed to let her go. I started to scan and the machine started beeping. The male employee looked at me and said I needed to remove a inventory control tag. I looked at him confused as I did not know how to do it, or wish to. He looked annoyed and made no effort to help me. I then said "nope, I'm not doing it" and asked what I needed to do to return to the assisted checker line ( meaning how to cancel the transaction) he then passive aggressively stated that I simply needed to walk back in line. As I walked back he then asked the woman in line ahead of me if she wanted to use the self check out and told her he would help her, she smartly said no, I then told her I was offered help too, but did not receive any. The male employee interjected to say he helped me, I told him "He did not!". After realizing that, none of the customers wished to use self check out, he reluctantly went over and started checking people out. Unfortunately, he helped me. Things were civil during the transaction, I didn't speak to him any more than I needed to complete my purchase. When I got home I noticed inventory control tags left on 2 of the clothing articles I bought. I feel given our exchange that this was done with intent to anger me and further add to my unpleasant interaction with this Kohls employee. Thankfully I am skillful with a flat head screwdriver and was able to easily pop the sensors off. I d did attempt to call and speak with the manager, but I was put in touch with a male employee named Fernando, who sounded very much like the gentleman that I had the very rude interaction with so I decided to call corporate instead. Im waiting to hear back from them, meanwhile I figured yelp would be a good place to post a review. My final thoughts are how could Kohls put someone in a managerial position that seems to be so anti customer service, no empathy, and vindictive? read more

This store need to be shut down for their I'll practice. July 7, 2022 I purchased online two pair cargo shorts for my husband, when we picked up the order I noticed there where only one pair of shorts, I informed the Kohl's associate that I ordered two shorts, she informed me that Kohls no longer had his size. I asked the question of how my funds would be returned, since they debited my card for the full price and she stated my card would be refunded in about four business days. A few days later I received my funds, GREAT but a week later Kohls debited my card for the shorts I never received. I live in Rancho Cucamonga, I don't understand why I have to drive to Upland to pickup my order, when the Kohl's in Ontario is closer, also there merchandise isn't always at a store that's convenient for the consumers, meaning the consumers have to pay for shipping. I've decided to shop Amazon and have my merchandise shipped because I'm a Prime member and the HELL with Kohl's. I hope they close there doors for good. This brick and mortar don't rate. read more

I bought an awesome skirt at the Kohl's on Mountain and 8th and want to get another one but they don't have my size in the print I want. Next day, June 6 about 8pm, I head up to Kohl's on campus, I find my skirt (yeah!) and notice the price is $6.99 instead of the $12.99 I paid the day before, score!! Not having my receipt with me I head back to customer service to have them pull my receipt from my credit card number so I can get a price adjustment and get my new skirt essential for free. Wait forever (to be fair the lady in front of us was a compulsive shopper and was making the girl check prices on every item she bought over the past month to see if she could it get cheaper). One of the girls head back from lunch (think her employee ID # is 2158XXX) and takes me. I ask her to pull up my receipt from the visa card I have and she says they don't do that. I said are you sure, she said yes, they can not pull up receipts. She confirms with the girl next to her. She says it is not a 1 day sale and I can bring my reciept back tomorrow for a price adjustment. I ask again, is she sure, she says yes and she offers to ring up my purchase. So tonight I head back to the original Kohl's I went to with my receipt for my $6, now the skirt is $9.99 and there is a big clear sign that says they can and will look up my receipt for me with my credit card. The guy (#2158XXX) says the other girl was mistaken that they can look up the receipts, but does not offer to adjust the price to the $6.99 price. So between my time, gas and time I ended up $2 and change richer then I would have in the first place. Boo to "customer service". read more

Worst expeience at Kohls ever, first when shopping the dressing rooms were full of clothes, upon checking out the line took over 30mins to check out because there was only 3 cashiers. Then when checking out they of course asked if I was using my Kohls charge, I said I wasnt sure if my account was still open, she said we'd try and hands me a scratcher and I get 20% off. We do the transaction and I wait longer while she calls and finds out my account was closed, she says we'll just open one up, I reply Im not interested in a card as I go to pay its "stop! If your not paying with your card you dont get the 20% off" and proceeded to void the transaction. If it wasnt a gift and I didnt have Kohls cash to spend I wouldve walked out right then. They pass out discounts like candy and after all the waiting and hassle she couldnt let me save another $5. I bought two items, one $25 the other $22, paid $20 Kohls cash. When I go to return the $25 item that didnt fit they only offer me $15 saying the Kohls cash was split on the transaction. So even tho I paid $30 cash the only way I could get that back was to return both items and lose the Kohls cash completely. After the associate tells me theres nothing to be done and then the assistant manager tells me its impossible- I should of done two transactions, one using kohls cash and the other regular cash. How on earth did I know I couldn't get my full value of something I PAID in cash for. Also I originally spent $130 to get that $20 kohls cash, so I shouldnt have to forefit it- This experience has made me want to return everything and never shop at kohls again. This location is probably one of the best I have ever been to. Kohl's is always high on my list to shop for clothing and accessories because of their great sales and often times they have clearance racks! Who doesn't love a dale like that? Last night I visited this location to shop their cosmetics department. I had just left Ulta next door where the service didn't impress me one bit. As I walked over to the cosmetic department I was greeted right away by Deborah, who I later found out is new to the store, and she helped me right away! Don't bother saving time and ordering on line to pick up in store. It *legit* won't matter. You're gonna stand in line at customer service and get ignored for 20 minutes while associates file in and out of the break room, avoiding eye contact. I hate when I have to come in here. I have shopped at Kohls since it opened her in So Cal. The last two years I have noted a steady decline in the quality of their women's clothing. I used to always overspend when I shopped at the store and now I can hardly find anything to purchase. The buyers for this store should make more of an effort to make their purchases from countries other than China and focus more on the quality of the fabric since the actual workmanship is acceptable at best. That being said, the stores are always clean and and even though sometimes the lines are longer than normal because they only have two registers going, I can't bring myself to totally give up on them because they are the only store like it in my area except for Macy's. read more

I came here the other day to buy a cute outfit for a family get together.The place is so well organized and stock that it took me no time at all to get in and get out. When I used to hang out in these parts, this was barely being built. I was amazed to see the development of the entire shopping center. The Kohl's is great. One of the cleaner ones that I have seen. I went in specifically looking for clothing. Tops, in particular. I did just that. And quickly! They have great lines by Daisy Fuentes and Vera Wang. I went in while they were having a sale and was able to get some items on sale and some on clearance. There was a line starting when I went to pay and they automatically opened two more registers to get everyone out. As a bonus, since I spent a certain amount of money, they gave me $30 in Kohl's cash. I don't need to spend a certain amount of money. Just no cash back. :) read more

The selection can be a little limited compared to other local Kohls however if I don't need the item immediately I much rather wait for shipping than deal with the disorganization of the next closest store in Ontario. read more

The manager here is very nice and helpful! I don't remember her name but she has blonde curly hair and blue eyes. We lost our keys and couldn't find them anywhere. She spent an hour or more looking for them with us and even looked outside. She didn't complain and was very helpful. We love a manager that is always happy to help. Consistently bad customer service at this location!!! I drive mom here sometimes and it seems every time it's bad. Lazy and not very bright people. They'd do better to replace all the 'employees' with computer kiosks. One couldn't find an item pictured on their wall display and said it was not available at any other location either. I looked on my phone and found it immediately. She heard me find it on my phone. Much later, as we were walking around, she came back up to us and wanted us to know she found it. A little late but thanks for being so helpful. Customer service desk called in to see what our current balance was in order to pay our bill and said it didn't work when she punched in our account number on the phone system. She did it twice then gave up. She said she was able to do it in a similar manner for other customers just recently but didn't know why it didn't work this time. Then she asked me to call on my own. Finally another one asked for last 4 of SSN (first one didn't even ask) and then got through but then couldn't understand the amount the automated system was telling her.
